Fantastic experience: I first took my son Zayne to Word of mouth dentist as a young boy with severe fear and anxiety of dentists. We saw Tracey who had a son with similar issues. Tracey was outstanding, kind patient and an amazing hygenist! My son is now 16 and now has built so much confidence due to her patience and care. We now see Dr Rita for more advanced dental services who is also outstanding. Today l saw a new dental hygenist, a lovely friendly lady Lilly for a deep scale clean. She took great care to make sure l was in no pain, checking in to make sure l was ok. She showed empathy, explained processes and l love how my teeth look and feel. There was an emergency filling l had done 6 months ago, l was distressed going through some stressfull health problems. l was unhappy with the dentist work at the time. Not one l regularly see. The way the staff delt with it, showing concern and aftercare really resonated with me. A company that deals with its complaints and compliments with such individual compassion shows me a company that takes pride in its work and willing to rectify concerns or issues and make you feel comfortable. This is why l loyaly return. The girls at reception are so friendly and they juggle the appointments to suit always happy with a smile. The whole office is so lovely to deal with l now look forward to my visits. A credit to the owners. Highly recommend A++++

Negative experience: They are always running horribly late but they never bother telling you that. Today I got over it and decided to find a dentist who has some basic respect for people's time, so I left after 25 mins. Then they actually called me later to ask if I was on my way!! They hadn't even noticed that I was there, or that I left, even though I presented at reception and gave my name. They just expect people to wait hours after their appointment.

Negative experience: A few years ago when i was a teenager the dentist there told me i needed a filling on one of my top molars. Recently took an OPG and found out there was never a cavity and filling on that tooth. One of the dentist there also told me flossing 7 days a week is not good…wouldn’t recommend this place as they’re just there to hit their KPIs :)

I am now in my mid sixties and have trusted Stella with my dental health ever since. The only thing that hurts after seeing Stella is my sides - from laughing too much. Fantastic experience: For many years of my life I dreaded each visit to a dentist. It probably was a phobia...the needles in removal of teeth and drilling etc. But over the past 4 or 5 years since going to Word of Mouth I actually now enjoy each visit. I am sure what has changed my mindset is in many ways due to the friendly, smiling welcoming staff who work there. This starts with the welcoming and cheerfulness of the front staff and my dental Hygienist Tracy is the best. I love my time there. My dentist Hannity is the tops. He is friendly, he is easy to talk with and does his work with great care and I feel totally relaxed if any work has to be done on my teeth. I am so glad I found this place.
