Fantastic experience: Wow where do I start? I am one of those people who had a lifelong phobia of the dentist. It took me many months just to make the appointment . From the very first visit Dr Max and his amazing staff made me feel very relaxed about my upcoming treatment. He spent a whole hour just talking to me and giving me the confidence to go ahead with treatment. I had three sessions under sedation and two treatments without any sedation , and I must say I felt nothing , by the time I got to the third treatment I was actually looking forward to the end result. Fantastic experience: A massive thanks to Max and the team for their care, understanding and professionalism during my recent procedure. Despite doing lots of extreme sports, I'm a quivering mess when it comes to even walking past a dentist's clinic - so needing to have surgery wasn't exactly a comforting prospect. The team however were fantastic - very understanding, friendly and always made sure I was relaxed. I had a "sleep" procedure but didn't feel or remember a single thing, and my recovery has all gone to plan. I was also super impressed that they are a one-stop shop and have everything on-site, so I could an x-ray, MRIs and full diagnosis and surgical plan within a single approx 1hr appointment. Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying I have always been petrified of dentist so by the time I had to go I chose siana dental, and boy am I glad I did! Dr Max and his whole team are not only thorough, but they are also caring, supportive and gentle. Due to my fear I hadn't been to a dentist for years so needed extensive work done for this reason I chose in consultation with Dr Max to have sleep dentistry. I was in the chair for approximately 3 hours and was fast asleep but monitored the whole time, there is no way I could have done this awake and it would have taken multiple visits. I didn't feel a thing and recovery was great, absolutely no pain at all! It was a great experience and I wish I could give 10 stars. Thank you Dr Max and team you guys are awesome. Fantastic experience: My regular dentist struggled to take my wisdom tooth out - I was in plenty of pain and half the tooth was left behind. I was recommended to see Dr Max. His team made an effort to see me asap and the very next day to help me , Dr Max removed the tooth and all of my other wisdom teeth . All whilst I was asleep . Fantastic experience: I’m an anxious patient when it comes to dental work, so the thought of having two broken molars removed under local anesthetic was terrifying. After putting it off for too long, I found Siana Dental and Dr. Patel through research into sleep dentistry and I’m so glad I did! Fantastic experience: As I was one of the many people who were always afraid of going back to the dentist because of fear of “ the needle “ it took me to look into “ sleep dentistry “ as I had a lot of work needed done. Finding Siana Dental ,and after having a consult with Max led me to having some major work done. 10 years on after having hygiene appointments every 6 months and further work done I can’t thank Max and his staff enough for looking after me and my teeth. So after recently having 4 crowns done on my front teeth I will have no fear or anxiousness of more to come in the coming years.

Fantastic experience: If you have any fear or phobia of the dentist then this is the place for you. I have extreme anxiety about the dentist but I have been able to sit through a root canal by using happy gas and light sedation. I could not have done this procedure anywhere but at this dentist. Dr Max and all of the staff are so lovely- especially Clarissa. Would 100% recommend for anyone that fear of the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Following a consult with Max I was on the verge of getting full dentures OR follow Max’s treatment plan. I decided to go with the treatment plan. 2 lots of sleep dentistry. I was very very nervous!! I have had a shocking fear of dentistry all my life. Halfway through the plan I couldn’t be happier. Max and his team were brilliant. Strangely I have put up with pain for a long time, it gets worse by small increments and somehow I didn’t really notice it. Following Stage 1, I was amazed to wake up with no niggling pain in my mouth for the first time in many months. Stage 2 is 5 weeks away while gums settle down. I am genuinely looking forward to going back and completing the treatment ( and I never thought I would say that about going to a dentist!!). What a weight off my mind. Fantastic experience: I just had a wisdom tooth removed from Dr. Max this evening and I am speechless on how amazing him and his team were! I had a bad experience few days back with another dentist which gave me extreme anxiety and whilst on the other dentist’s chair, I left before the extraction began. I went to see Dr. Max for a first consultation and I ended up getting my tooth removed on the spot. This is because he was super understanding, caring and explained to me every single step that was needed. Not to mention his team, which made me feel super relaxed and heard. Fantastic experience: I was looking for a dentist who can pull my wisdom tooth out as soon as possible, i found Siana Dental and rang them as soon as i could, i couldn’t reach them on the first try, the next day they called me! As soon as i walked through those doors, it was unbelievably amazing customer service from the receptionists and from everyone else at that Dental Practise. i’m a very big hypochondriac myself and Dr Max reassured me with his team that i’ll be okay and that it’ll be over in a heart beat. One of them was holding my hands and reassuring me that i was okay. I would never ever go to another Dental clinic apart from this one, everyone is so lovely, understanding and they know what they’re doing! Fantastic experience: I have such a fear of dentists that when I did my research and found Siana Dental did sleep dentistry, I had to know more. I went in for my consultation and it made me feel so incredibly relaxed and safe that I knew this is the place I wanted to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth out. I came in that morning from 9am and started my procedure right away I fell asleep and what felt like 15 minutes later I was all done. Dr Max is so incredibly patient and knows what he is talking about, he had time to fix up a few previous fillings while I was asleep which was genuinely amazing and I’m so much more confident in my smile. My healing process has been outstanding. They offer PRP (plasma) and they inject it into the site where you had your teeth removed and I must say it’s healed my gums a lot faster. I’m so incredibly thankful for everyone at siana dental, I will be making a comeback for my future dentistry needs. You guys are incredible.

Fantastic experience: Don't look anywhere else if you're looking for high quality dentistry. I'm a nervous patient but Dr Max immediately put me at ease and his professional staff is so friendly and so good at what they do. I have add extensive work done including a couple of extractions, bridges, numerous crowns and a brand new smile and can't tell you how pleased I am with the outcome. I kid you not, throughout all of these procedures, I felt NO pain - I availed myself of the sleep dentistry (sedation, not General Anaesthetic) that the clinic offers for the major work and always awoke feeling no pain. Highly highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: As someone who's been a patient at Siana Dental for a few years now I can solemnly leave an honest review from the countless procedures I've had completed. I've had numerous IV sedation sessions from wisdom teeth removal, fillings to crowns. All my procedures other than the biannual check up and clean were completed under IV sedation; which is literally the best thing ever as you're basically asleep while Dr Max is busy working his magic. The best part...you don't remember anything that happened that day either. It will all seem like a blur, yet you'll have all you dental work completed, how good right?! The entire team at Siana are some of the most friendly, joyful, caring people you'll meet. As soon as you walk in to the perfectly maintained clinic you're greeted with smiles all round; personally I'm all about that as it really does make a huge difference to any experience. Dr. Max, Carissa, the nurses, assistants (main man with the braces I'm talking bout you too ) and the girls at the front desk are genuinely great people who lighten the mood and help relieve any stress or anxiety and are always happy to chat. Dr. Max has always been caring and honest and takes a lot of pride in his work. He loves his tech so there's all the latest and greatest gadgets available at his disposal which is such a positive as everything is done in house, including crowns! I'm currently seeing Winston for my check up and cleans and he has a wealth of experience. He's very patient and allows you to have a break during the cleaning session if you need it. I also have to say he has the most delicate touch when he's cleaning your teeth. I felt compelled to write this review for anyone that's questioning or avoiding the dentist. I can't recommend the team at Siana enough. Anyone that has any form of fear/ phobia, please feel comforted in knowing that Dr Max and his team will certainly erase any of that. Fantastic experience: I heard about Siana Dental through a recommendation on my local community Facebook page, in relation to providing an understanding approach to working with people who suffered from dental phobias, which I do. The post also noted that IV sedation was available to assist with treatment, which I was immediately drawn to as I felt it would help alleviate some of my anxiety and make the whole process less daunting. I cannot express enough my gratitude towards the team at Siana Dental for everything I experienced during the whole treatment process. Having suffered from a dental phobia for many years, I’ve tried several different dental practices with the hope that I would receive the support and care that I needed. However, my previous experiences with dentists only exacerbated my phobia. But from the very first moment I sat down with Dr Max and explained my fears and anxieties, I was immediately made to feel understood, supported and cared for. This extended to the other staff as well, who all normalised my feelings and didn’t make me feel stupid or like I was exaggerating my concerns. I was very emotional, but I didn’t for one second feel embarrassed for expressing those emotions. I immediately felt safe and knew that I could trust Dr Max to be respectful of my circumstances every step of the way. As a result of my dental phobia, I had been over brushing my teeth, and it had caused the enamel to be worn away and my gums to recede, resulting in extreme sensitivity that was impacting on my quality of life. Dr Max talked me through several treatment options, without pressuring me into any particular course of action. He provided his expert opinion and was very open and honest about all the potential implications of each option, but ultimately left the decision up to me. We decided on a combination of fillings and porcelain veneers. Dr Max explained the process in detail, and answered any questions I had with patience and transparency. Obviously, this didn’t alleviate my anxiety due to the dental phobia, but I felt extremely safe and I had complete trust in Dr Max, which was all that I needed. Prior to the day of the main procedure, the staff made sure I was fully prepared and understood everything that was to be expected of the process. On the day of the procedure, the lovely nurse Jacinta spent time with me and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The actual procedure itself went really well, the sedation worked perfectly, I felt no pain or distress, and the outcome was a success. Following the procedure the staff called to check in, which I also really appreciated. The final result from this whole process is far beyond what I ever imagined was possible. The sensitivity is completely gone, and the veneers look absolutely beautiful! It’s literally been life changing. I’ve never had as positive an experience with a dentist as I’ve had at Siana Dental. I 100% recommend them without question, and I especially recommend them to anybody experiencing any form of dental phobia or even basic anxiety relating to going to the dentist. I’m so glad I’ve gone on this dental journey, my life has been significantly improved as a result, and I’m beyond thrilled with everything that I’ve gained from this process. Fantastic experience: The whole team at Siana Dental is terrific. This place isn't like other dentistry clinics. All the staff are super friendly and make you feel relaxed from the moment you arrive. On the day of my procedure, I had four crowns and seven fillings done under anaesthetic. Everything was done in just over three hours. A week later, i needed to go back for a clean which years ago would have caused me a huge amount of stress. Again, though this appointment was completely without pain and in under an hour later I was on my way. Due to super sensitive teeth and the fear of the dentist, I put off going for years. Now, after visiting Dr. Max and his team, I'm actually looking forward to going back in 6 months for another clean. I would 100% recommend Siana dental to anyone with or without a fear of going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I am admittedly a nervous patient, but Dr Max and his staff took the time to explain every procedure, and were gentle, kind, reassuring and comforting during my whole treatment session, which included redoing a failed Root Canal and a double filling gone wrong on a single tooth from a previous dentist. Fantastic experience: Found Siana dental online. Hadn’t been to a dentist in years and I’m absolutely terrified. I had an emergency tooth ache and they made time to see me the very same day. They explained costs and what they need to do really clearly with many options so I could decide. I ended up getting Iv sedation to get a tooth extracted and I didn’t feel or remember thing, it was the Best dentist experience iv had in 30 years. Fantastic experience: Since some really bad experiences with a dentist when I was a little girl, I have really not enjoyed the experience but with Max and the team at Siana it is a breeze. They put me to sleep and when I wake up, everything is done and away I go. No side effects and certainly the staff take very good care of me so I would recommend the team at Siana, whether you are having sleep dentistry or just going it alone.

Fantastic experience: I had recently developed some dental fear from a slightly difficult wisdom tooth situation, having had a couple panic attacks during a session and was looking for options when I came across Siana Dental and Dr Max. If you experience some form of dental anxiety, 100% pick Siana Dental for your care. I felt so silly having these reactions at the dentist but they did not once make me feel stupid and were so patient and kind with me, ensuring I was comfortable the entire time. I had IV sedation and barely remember the procedure which is great but the overall end to end experience they provide ensures each patient is absolutely looked after.

Fantastic experience: What an incredible experience I had today having a tooth crowned inside the day. I loved watching my crown being created on site, from images that Max created in situ. Max gives you his full attention, with a high focus on superior quality outcomes and maximum pleasurable experiences for his clients. No other dentist for me and my family as long as Max and his team are around.

Fantastic experience: Dr Max replaced my 15-year-old crown and the job was first class in every way. What is more impressive is that Siana Dental have their own crown building technology. I went in at 10.30am, had a 360-degree 3D digital scan of my mouth like a photograph, had old crown removed - all that in about 30-mins. Came back at 4.30pm the SAME DAY, had my new crown fitted. I could eat on the new tooth within 30-mins. This procedure is usually a 2-week process, with an annoying temporary crown… but not here! I thoroughly recommend Dr Max and his team at Siana Dental.

Fantastic experience: I am an extremely anxious dental patient especially with regards to extractions. I have had two cracked back molars beyond saving and have had two sedations with the wonderful Dr. Max and his exceptional support team. During the initial appointment Dr. Max thoroughly examined my problems and outlined the concerns, fees and outcome. When I went for the sedation, I was met by the warm and friendly receptionists and practice nurse who took me through and explained everything as she expertly popped in the intravenous line. Dr. Max and the lovely surgical team put me at ease, the nurse said a small sting and put a drip in the back of my hand and then suddenly I was being woken up and the 3-hour appointment was complete and the lovely business manager walked me to my waiting ride home! I opted for three crowns as well as the extraction at both sedations as you don’t want to waste a sedation with only one procedure. It just makes good sense to carry out preventative procedures like a crown during the sedation. Dr. Max even crafts a crown on site to suit your special fit. You get a comprehensive package of relevant information as well as pre surgery and post-surgery protocols which made recovery a breeze. There is always a call back after a few days to see that your recovery is going well. I am a regular patient of Siana Dental and will never go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I don’t often leave reviews. However, I want to leave this review for people who seek high quality of care and treatment. Dr Max and his team know what they are doing. I have gradually worn my teeth away and my smile was sloping. I was unsure if I needed a rebuild. I was educated by Dr Max and given options. My smile was rebuilt and my missing tooth was replaced with an implant tooth. All the treatment was completed conveniently and painlessly by Dr Max at his clinic. Fantastic experience: We attended Siana dental for my 88 year old old mother needing a dentist for urgent repair work and crowns . My mother had several treatments including crowns. From the fist interaction, Dr Patel and his team were exemplary in their approach and demonstrated what it means to come from a patient perspective. Dr Patel and his team took the time with my mum, explained the treatment right through and ensured my mum was comfortable at all times. My mother commented that she did not know dentists could be so gentle and close to a pain free experience. The care and after care is exceptional. Fantastic experience: I was very nervous about my upcoming procedure which would require me to be in Dr Max Patel’s chair for 5.5hrs. Max suggested that I consider the IV sedation ie sleep dentistry as an option. I cannot recommend the entire procedure highly enough! It was brilliant from the moment I walked in, to where the caring nurse took over, warmed my arm with a wheat-bag in preparation for the needle (which I did not feel). It was a surreal experience, for the entire procedure my brain was well and truly elsewhere in a dreamlike state. I would only register that they were talking to me when the staff used my name and lightly touched my cheek. I honestly felt like I was away with the fairies until such time they gently brought me out of my sleep state with about 15-20min to go. It’s going to be hard to go back to just a numbing needle for everyday dentistry! I should also add that I presented with a challenging case (the need for 6 crowns). In the end Dr Patel presented a fabulous solution that meant I was able to get 11 new veneer teeth for almost the same price. I’m so pleased that I had taken his suggestion on board. I’ve received many compliments on how beautiful my smile looks and cannot believe I hadn’t done it years ago. My teeth are perfect and natural looking at the same time, just what I wanted. Dr Max Patel and his staff are the best in the business, efficient, friendly, pedantic (which you want in dentistry) and utmost professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Fantastic experience: I needed my wisdom teeth out. They were hurting and buried. I did not want to be awake or go to a hospital. I found Dr Max. The entire team was warm welcoming and professional. I even had my 3D scan there. I was surprised how easy it all was. The sedation was amazing. I slept through it all. Because he used PRP, my healing was fast. I did not have any pain or swelling afterwards! I had my surgery on a Friday and was back at work on the Monday! The price was reasonable too.
