Fantastic experience: Friendly, efficient, caring staff who made me feel at ease.

Negative experience: Trying to book an appt and no one answering the phone, despite online saying they are open! Can’t leave a message as they say, as mailbox is full and can’t book online as it’s not working either! This is not the service we used to get at this surgery.

Fantastic experience: Yes dears, the service was very good and all the 3 good ladies , the Dr. Janet, The Receptionist Madam Sonam & the lady inside who assisted lady Dr. Madam Neelam all did their job very well & much appreciated. Thanks a lot & God bless all of you.

Fantastic experience: I had a severe pain due to re-infected tooth which was already root canal treated. I was lucky to see Dr. Nazia at Strand Dental. She looked after my tooth and found the 4th canal which was missed by previous dentist, causing me pain. She clearly explained the procedure in advance, and gave me the possible options. I was impressed by her professionalism and patience while giving me the injection as well as her excellent infection control practices throughout the procedure. Many thanks to Dr. Nazia and lovely staffs at Strand Dental Centre.

Negative experience: Went for a filling that had came out. Asked what was cheaper, removal or re fill. Was told re fill. Had to pay almost $500 for a procedure that took 20mins Total rip off I won’t ever go back

Negative experience: Used to be really good when it was ‘Strand Dental’ but I’ve found since it’s moved to All In One that it’s not the same - high turnover of staff and unreliable appointment times. For example, being told (after waiting) that there was a 30min delay - this could’ve been communicated via phone prior to attendance, to save a wasted trip. I’ve always been happy with the quality of the dental work here though.

Negative experience: Went for a clean and scale, ended up with rough surface feeling on some of my teeth, waited 1hr extra to get in, charged $50 for floride treatment despite their head office quoted me $27 for this 60 seconds process, did not ask for examination however got that partially done and charged without asking, money should not be always a priority when running a business.. expensive with inexperienced staff. My inner cheeck still bruised.. thanks

Negative experience: I SAVED $3000 GETTING A SECOND OPINION BEFORE GETTING WORK DONE BY THE STRAND. I went for a clean, got a filling, and the dentist ran out of time, I was charged full price for a second clean for her to finish. Denitist told me I needed a two further filings and a crown. Got a second opinion from another dentist. The two fillings were unnecessary and the suggested crown only needed a filling. The filling Strand did do was 'very rough'. The new dentist also said the the clean, that I paid for twice had not been done properly. Money seems more important that the patient to the Strand. The second star is because the receptionist is lovely, I hope she gets a better job.

Negative experience: Went in for a examination/check up as my only wisdom tooth left was rubbing against my cheek. Dentist took some xrays had diffcutly trying to get an stay of the root of my wisdom tooth. Said she can have it out in 5 minutes, thought grand. Well over an hour late the tooth couldn't be removed and I also had some of my cheek and gum cut to expose the tooth. I was left with an excuating pain all through my cheek tooth ear head. As a result I needed to then see a specialist. Ended up going to hospital to have it extracted costing me a fortune.

Fantastic experience: I am very scared of dentists and told Dr Nazia there was no way I could get my wisdom teeth removed despite them needing to come out. I ended up booking again to get 3 wisdom teeth removed in the chair and it was a positive and painless experience. Dr Nazia took my anxieties and concerns into account and made sure I didn’t experience any pain or discomfort. She is very kind, patient and thorough. :)

Fantastic experience: I went to the dentist today and saw Dr. Nazia, who I had not seen before. She was amazing, she was kind, comforting and saved my tooth with the proper procedure and care. I had been to the Strand Dental before, but because of Dr. Nazia, I will definitely be going back, as the treatment, conduct and kindness was extraordinary.

Negative experience: What a horrible experience for me this morning visiting this dental center. The dentist was so rude to ask me so many personal questions like have I married, what do I do for work, how many years I have come to Australia etc. and then pushing so hard to ask me get the X-ray and check up cleaning done though I only made the appointment for teeth cleaning as I repeated. And when I asked price, the fee she told me is so different from the receptionist told me when I made the appointment. How doggy is that! And I said I will leave it, she nearly pulled me back saying she will do at my cost as her time has already been wasted. Excuse me If I could rate zero star I would!

I’m really nervous with dentists, especially having teeth removed. It helped so much that they were welcoming, patient with me and were always happy to answer my questions clearly and kindly. No issues at all and everything went smoothly, great dentists who I definitely trust from my experiences :) Forgot the name of the Anethetist who came for my wisdom teeth removal, but he was also super lovely and professional.

Fantastic experience: Thanks Dr Nazia Ghori for your professionalism in dealing with me and my tooth. I had a filling that needed to be taken out because it had been carelessly applied at another practice, not only did Dr Nazia remove the failed filling, she applied another filling which has restored my tooth, saving me from getting a root canal (which the other dentist at Advanced Dental Spa Ballajurra told me I had to get. Btw I don't recommend anyone going to Advanced Dental spa) I also received a follow up call after the treatment for asking about aftercare and I really appreciated Dr Nazia taking the time out to call me back and educating me about my tooth and that it only required a simple filling, not a root canal. She is an honest person who knows what she's doing. Thanks again, God Bless!

Negative experience: Went to this dentist needing a filling in a wisdom tooth. They said that they wouldn't do it because the wisdom teeth needed to be extracted (even though I expressed that I wanted to avoid this if possible). They then said I needed to make another appointment with another dentist. Essentially charged me alot of money to do nothing to help fix my problem. Went to another dentist who said the extraction was unnecessary and it only needed a filling. I feel as though they were encouraging an expensive procedure to make money. Would not recommend.

That was before I discovered the phenomenal service and beautiful people at The Strand Dental Centre. Even now when I rave over-enthusiastically to every person who even mentions health care, I'm met with somewhat weird looks and amused disbelief that someone could have so much to say about how fantastic and wonderful their dental centre is! But the truth is, when you're welcomed so warmly each and every visit without fail by the gorgeous reception staff; when everyone at that centre actually cares enough to take their valuable time to get to know their patients; when your dentist creates such a calm, relaxed atmosphere and is so concerned for your comfort and well-being that you've built an unfaltering trust in them to be able to jump right into that chair with confidence (lookin' at you Dr Vilas Menon), it's impossible NOT to let the whole world know how much this place has changed your life for the better. Honestly, all the ecstatic raving I could give would still not be enough to describe everything these beautiful people and wonderful business has done for me. All I can say is if you are looking for excellent dental care, you better raise your standards because what the Strand offer is above and beyond that. Until I joined The Strand Dental, I never knew how bright my smile could really be. :)

Fantastic experience: If you haven't been to the dentist for longer than you care to admit because of awful childhood experiences (like myself), then THIS is the place to go! Everyone at Strand Dental Centre is so lovely, welcoming and caring. They listen to you and you everything they can to make your experience as pleasant as possible. I go every 6 months for my clean and check up now (after having not been to the dentist for around 20 years!) and I actually look forward to my visits. I cannot recommend them enough :-)

Fantastic experience: Well perhaps loved it is not quite the right phrase, however I recently came to the Strand Dental Centre for an examination and treatment plan as I was aware I needed dental work done. Dr Vilas Menon was extremely professional and thorough in his examination and went to a great deal of trouble to explain his approach and what needed doing and why. I had an interim appoint with the dental hygienist Doris to go over dental hygiene maintenance and as a consequence ended up purchasing a whizz new toothbrush that is much better than my old one. I was so impressed with everything that I agreed straight away to go ahead with my treatment plan. I had my first 2 hour appointment yesterday and although it is a long time to be in a dentists chair, Dr Menon and his assistant made sure I was comfortable and ensured I was able to have short breaks to ease discomfort. Not only that, but today I got a follow up call from the clinic to check that I was OK given I had had such a long appointment. Fantastic customer service. Extremely impressed overall and I would recommend Strand Dental Centre to anyone that is looking for the best possible dental care and support.

Fantastic experience: Having been a patient at The Strand Dental Centre for a few years, I feel extremely lucky to call it my local dentist. Whether it has been for a routine scale and clean, the repair of a chip, or multiple fillings, I have never felt a need to question the skill or attitude of any practitioner or secretary. In fact, each staff member that has attended to me has seemingly gone out of his/her way to ensure I have the best experience possible. Even the take-home bag of goodies following a scale and clean is generously stocked! Although numerous dental clinics around Perth may also be HBF providers with reasonable fees, The Strand Dental Centre - to my mind - has the all-important staff factor, which encourages me to continue being one of its regular patients.

Fantastic experience: The best dental practice I have ever been to. Everyone working here is highly professional and show great patience and understanding of my 'visiting the dentist nerves'. I am always aware of the procedures recommended including the cost and time needed before making my decisions. Dr Villas understands the need for doctor patient communication and takes the time to walk me through the process while work is being done. Doris Pringle, the dental hygienist, always takes time to 'catch up' with me and ensures that I am comfortable before she starts her cleaning routine. Sam, the dental nurse always helps me keep calm during procedures. All in all, this is a dental practice with a highly effective team, starting with the front desk. Thank you for giving me the courage to visit the dentist again. I highly recommend this practice to everyone!

Fantastic experience: Outstanding! I have had some negative experiences with dentist in the past, which made me anxious about seeing one again. My mother had already started receiving work at the Strand Dental center, and after her rave reviews she convinced me to give them a go. From my very first appointment where the dentist really spent time listening and giving me advise, to the follow up after my last appointment where they called me up twice just to make sure I was ok following some dental work. They just have that level of service and care, I almost thought had been lost in the clinical world. If only i could find a GP like this! This review is based on work I'v had done, which included numerous fillings, crown, whitening and the replacement of broken front tooth, which now looks better then it did before. :)

Fantastic experience: When I first walked into The Strand Dental Centre I was a bit nervous but i was instantly put at ease by the reception team. The were friendly, professional and very helpful with trying to find times that best suited my schedule. Dr. Menon was especially great, from drawing a picture to help explain what is happening to telling me how to prevent anything from happening in the future. I'll definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: This is the Dentist I can proudly recommend to anyone. Strand Dental Centre is the best Dentist I've ever experienced. The Doctors and dental nurses are very informative and educated with their knowledge and skills. The Doctors explained to me what is happening now, why did it happen and how we treat it. They discussed a few options with me and made sure each one was making senseor not. They listened to my problems carefully and explained each steps to me till I really understand using the picture they drew. They never push me to do any procedures they suggested untill I agreed. They can deliver the best treatment possible but they always listen and respect my (our) opinion as well. Then they got to the point of what is the most important things to do. The ladies at the reception are wonderful too. They are so friendly and not snobish or anything. They are the people whom we can talk so easily. From the moment you walk in, they are very caring, Understanding and the main thing is that they listen!! to what you want, and what you want to achieve I'm a very nervous person when it comes to dentists and what i liked is that they are very re-assuring in what they will do, and what you will expect from your time at The Strand which made me feel more comfortable. I live in Banksia Grove ( about 35mins away ). I know there are closer surgery's, but from my experience at The Strand, i will definitely be coming back!! 5 star service!! and definitely recommend to others!!
