Fantastic experience: My husband and I were patients of Dr MJ a few years ago and we were thrilled to find him again. He is now in EasyCare Family Dental at East Brisbane. He is hands down the best, most gentle and thorough dentist we have ever had. Dr MJ explained everything carefully, he ensured we understood each step and he is calm and professional. Fantastic experience: Today I visited Dr. Majid, after a long and frustrating journey with a previous dental filling that required six separate adjustments. During the final visit with the previous dentist, a suggestion was made that didn’t sit right with me—and unfortunately, the issue remained unresolved. As soon as I sat down with Dr. Majid and opened my mouth, he immediately identified the problem. I felt a huge sense of relief and happiness—finally, someone was able to pinpoint the issue, quickly and accurately.. I was genuinely impressed by his skill, knowledge, and sharp diagnostic ability. Throughout the entire procedure, Dr. Majid was incredibly patient and considerate. He made sure I was comfortable, offering breaks and consistently checking in to see how I was doing. I also noticed that the equipment they used seemed modern and up-to-date, which I believe adds an extra layer of capability to any practitioner. The nurse, Matina, was equally kind and skilled. Her support during the process made the experience even more comfortable and reassuring. I’m truly glad to have found a dentist I can trust. From now on, both myself and my family will be regular patients at Dr. Majid’s clinic.

Fantastic experience: I and my kids have been coming to see Majid for several years now, and it comes as close to a positive experience as a trip to the dentist can! Majid is gentle, patient, considerate, and responsive to your reactions throughout the entire process, offering you little breaks to make things more comfortable, and not laying on the flossing guilt too thick. I also have never had the impression that he is trying to find ways to upsell or make extra dollars from you unless it's necessary, unlike past dentists. Very honest, trustworthy, and reliable, and I'll be sticking around!

Fantastic experience: I lost a filling and was very scared, thinking my tooth might break at any moment. I was able to book an appointment the same day very easily and quickly through the website with just a few clicks. This was my first experience with Dr. Majid. When I arrived, Charlotte, the assistant, welcomed us warmly and we quickly filled out a patient form. The reception process was very fast, and I think I saw the doctor in less than 5 minutes, which really helped reduce my stress. At first impression, Dr. Majid seemed very precise and professional. He examined me carefully, took an X-ray, and explained the treatment plan in great detail. The anesthetic injection was done so smoothly that I didn’t even notice it—although he told me it might hurt, I was still waiting for the pain when he suddenly said it was done! Dr. Majid restored my tooth so well that I think it looks even better than it did originally. I had no pain at all in the following days. The price he gave me was also very reasonable—not too high and not too low. Today I even booked an appointment for my wife. The clinic is very clean and modern. Overall, it was an excellent, pain-free experience. I really liked it and I think we’ve found our family dentist. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic experience: I had horrible wisdom tooth pain that i had been putting off for years, and was TERRIFIED of going to the dentist - however the team here were beyond comforting and helpful with making me feel settled and fully informed of the process. I am still in shock at just how professional, quick, and generally lovely the Doctor and Nurses were :) I feel immensely less anxious about going to the dentist in future, and will 100% be using EasyCare for the foreseeable future!

Fantastic experience: Everything went very well, the dentist and his assistant are very attentive and kind, they were quick and efficient, satisfied I recommend

Negative experience: Was quoted ~$700 for a single wisdom tooth surgical extraction. Agreed as I didn’t know anything about wisdom tooth prices and I wanted them out before my university exams as they were causing pain and interfering with study. Ended up being a non-surgical extraction. Was quoted the same price upon payment but was last minute given about a $50 discount for being a student. Ended up paying $690 ($500 for extraction, $190 for oral exam) before insurance (~$650 after). Later questioned why I was originally charged the same amount as what was quoted when the extraction ended up being non-surgical (no incision or stitches) and took less than 5 minutes. Was told that the original quote was for a surgical extraction without the cost of the oral exam meaning that if it turned out I needed a surgical extraction, I would have had to pay an additional $190 on top for the oral exam (totalling ~$900). This was not explained to me when I was given the quote. I’ve been saving this money for new tires for my car as they’re due. Figured my health is more important. Total cost should have been discussed with me especially as Dr Majid knew that money is an important factor for me being a student

This was the best experience I could’ve wished for. The Easy Care Family Dental practice is immaculate, welcoming and an enjoyable experience! Dr explained everything prior to the appointment as well as check ins to throughout. A very difficult removal and painful recovery but Dr Majid was wonderful with his after care and made sure I was ok with my pain and asked if I needed my follow up appointment sooner. Fantastic experience: Mr. Mj helped me a lot with my toothache. I made an appointment the day before at 10pm and got one for the next day straight away. He is very professional, friendly and helpful. Fantastic experience: Had my first ever tooth extraction about an hour ago. Low fuss, professional, efficient experience. Uncomfortable but not painful with Dr Majid checking how I was feeling frequently. Clinic was spotlessly clean and his dental nurse was very calm and capable.

Fantastic experience: I had a nasty infection in my wisdom tooth and Dr Majid booked me for an emergency appointment the next morning after calling him really late in the day. I was so grateful that he recognised I was in a lot of pain and was eager to help. I ended up seeing him twice for two extractions and I was so happy with his service. He was very friendly, put my nerves completely at ease, regularly checked in about my pain and comfort, and really gave me thorough and professional care. I can’t recommend this practice highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I’m from the UK and do not have brilliant teeth. I went to see Dr. Majid over a year ago who examined my teeth and came up with a treatment plan. Following two root canals, two crowns, several fillings and the first session of a tooth implant surgery, I have to say that he is the best dentist who has worked on my teeth. I have never experienced any pain ( apart from the injections occasionally) during any of my treatments. I had my tooth implant surgery yesterday and now have very little pain. Dr Majid’s assistants are very friendly and have a caring manner - just what you need when a little nervous. Sometimes, Dr Majid’s wife acts as his assistant, who is also a dentist! So you get two dentists for the price of one! Easy Care Family Dental have recently moved to new premises, with state of the art equipment. Now further for me to travel, but I consider that irrelevant when considering the treatment which I receive. Definitely recommended.

I got my significantly large size cyst removed by him and really impressed by his skills. The cyst was close to my sinus and big in size. Did such a good surgery with minimal swelling and bruising.
