Fantastic experience: It was a great experience overall after what first appears as very daunting. Right from the start the staff were great from the dental surgeon, Daniel, the dentists, John and Jaquie, the anaesthetist, Ryan, the patient concierge, Ashlee, as well as Patrick and all the nursing staff. I was kept well informed of what was coming up and how things were progressing. All of my questions were readily answered. I have no hesitation in recommending Fox implants. True, it can be done overseas at a much lower price but the extra money is well worth the convenience, the professionalism and the feeling of security knowing that any issues will be handled promptly and able to be done locally at the all in one dental facility. Fantastic experience: I had a huge fear of Dentists but had the worst teeth ever from having pain killers on the daily from tooth aches missing teeth couldn’t eat properly something had to be done so I went for a full dental implant option both top and bottoms. I live in Adelaide however apart of the treatment you get flown down to the Melbourne Branch the facilities are literally state of the arc so clean and so professional all staff so friendly and lovely. The lovely guy from the anaesthetist team who was with me from before the surgery and when I woke up was the most lovely man sorry I forgot his name. From Doctor Nick what a great Guy he is as well so caring and was heavily involved in the whole process. Lovely lady named Jo who came over to Adelaide to meet me and help apart of the Journey she was so helpful and caring as well Then lastly the whole experience was made that much more Special by Ash. If it wasn’t for her I would not of got through the process her support genuine care and amazing customer service, She had my back and literally was there for me every step of the way she made me feel like I mattered Ash became my customer care person from then she became literally a rock for me I was not the easiest of patients to deal with and she helped me so much this lady literally would have to provide the best customer service I have ever received she treated me like I was her own family and without her I wouldn’t of got through this Ash would possibly be one of the most genuine and nicest people I have had the pleasure of meeting in my life. I thank the whole team at Adelaide and Melbourne but Ash is the backbone of this business and she deserves everything good in life that comes her way I would give 20/10 if I could Huge shoutout to Dr Daryl and Taylah from Adelaide whom are amazing as well they were with me from day 1. Fantastic experience: I can't thank the Fox Implant team enough for giving me a chance to live without constant pain due to hereditary gum disease. I had my full mouth implants done on Monday, Nick and his team were amazing, between Nick, the anaesthetist Ryan and the whole team you calmed me before my procedure and made me at ease and explained the whole process. When I returned on Tuesday to have my temporary teeth inserted John, Antonio and staff were fantastic talking me through the next process of screwing in the implants. From my first initial consultation I felt very comfortable and that I was being listened to regarding my issues, I had attended different consultations but felt the most comfortable at Fox Implants, thank you so much for my new teeth and smile that I will finally be pain free.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nick makes many promises and his team makes sure everything happens + goes the extra mile One of the first thing to impress me was the staff attitude everyone is always positive - especially the phone calls after my implant surgery and then the care taken by John to make sure my new teeth suit me. Also friendly reception staff make sure my appointment times allow for my travel time. I am sure you can obtain lower price at other implant dentist but I am very doubtful if you could get better value money - absolutely first class.

Positive experience: Recently booked an appointment to get implants using super. The initial consultation was good and staff were very friendly and helpful. Will be using this company to take the next step in the process. Happy so far.

Positive experience: Great Dentists and state of the art facility. We used to see mainly Michelle and she was fantastic. They are moving towards no longer doing general dentistry and are becoming an implant centre.

Negative experience: I'll never know if Dr Nick is as good as he is said to be. Unfortunately, I had a question for the bean counter that can't add up, and I got ignored and happily turned away. It's all about the money to her. I guess her role is to collect money & not to worry about patients. Very disappointed but I'm sure I'll find somewhere else.

My history; I have had endless bad luck when it comes to dentists, so when I first went to Select Smiles and explained my history, I was shaking!! Nick was full of empathy and quickly had me at ease. I have taken all advise and been thrilled with the results – and no pain or tears! Just a fabulous smile! I could not recommend Select Smiles enough! Fantastic experience: Let me preface this with saying, I am usually terrified of going to the dentist to the point where I just avoid going all together… Select Smiles, however, has changed that for me. I have been going there for a few years and honestly have never received anything short wonderful every time. I have seen both Dr Nick and Amelia. Amelia has held my hand whilst I have trembled in her chair with fear and anxiety. She has been so patient with me and can really empathise with those who she treats. I’ve always been well taken care of by both Dr. Nick and Amelia and have never suffered any pain or complications under their care. They are really passionate about what they do and it shows. Not to mention the reception staff are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Dr George Foo and his team at Select Smiles helped us out in an emergency at 4:55pm on a Friday night (5 minutes before closing). My son had cracked a tooth whilst we were on our way for a weekend away. Thinking we were in for a torrid time waiting until the next week, we called in on Select Smiles for help. Dr Foo and his team had my stressed son relaxed, prepped and a tooth extraction all completed in less than 20 mins. My son (a new patient) has found his dentist. Great work and thanks for the emergency support. Cannot recommend more.

Fantastic experience: My partner and I saw Chelsea and our nerves were put at ease by her caring and genuine nature. She was able to do everything we hoped to get done and even did some extra things for my partner that would have meant another trip. Definitely would recommend Chelsea.

Fantastic experience: I came here as a second opinion because I didn't like my other dentist, Bianca didn't do anything in my first appointment, she could tell I was nervous, just took x-ray's and discussed what needed to happen. Then split my following appointments up to reduce my time with my mouth open, constantly checked I was ok, always explained what was happening, and gave me regular breaks (I have a small mouth). She was so understanding and never made me feel stupid or judged or like a baby. Already recommended her to a few people I know.

Fantastic experience: After seeing multiple different dentists over many years, I finally came across Select Smiles Ringwood. I have now been seeing them for almost 8 years and will never go back to a different dentist! Both Dr Nick and Dr George are incredible. I trust them to do any procedures needed and have also previously had braces and invisalign with them too. Highly recommend this practice!

All the people I have met in this place are absolutely amazing. George can put you at ease even though you're terrorised. Negative experience: 我的伴侣kim 在这间牙医证所接受治疗。首先我们booking 了周三28/11/18的看牙医服务但是可悲的是不到20分钟已看好了。预约了下个星期的周五再来补牙。但是很搞笑的时，我们不知道大约的价格和做什么治疗。过后我们打电话去诊所那个前台小姐说多5分钟会给我们回电话。我们等了一天！！却没有给我们回电，心想前台那女生可忘记了。第二天再打电话去还是说等下打回电话给我们！！但是生气的是却没有！！很好的服务态度！！我们在下周一再打电话去也说等下回电给我们！！也没有，连续三天打去了还是那样的态度对我们。至到5/12/18我们驾車去到诊所那个女服务员才把单子发给我们。到了星期五7/12/18我的伴侣去那补牙但是就什么都不知道的情况下收费了$500++补个牙要那么贵吗？

Fantastic experience: Professional and personal caring dental services

Negative experience: I bought a custom mouth guard from here for $200. It doesnt fit and rips holes in my gums and makes them bleed. It was still useless after the dentist 'fixed' it. I had to work away for a year and took the mouth guard back when I returned. I was told it had been to long to replace it (which is fair enough) and was told by the receptionist that I could get another one for $200 and should feel lucky because they are normally $400 (Not sure why I would buy another one). It still rips holes in my gums and probably does more damage than what its trying to prevent. If you do MMA, Kickboxing, any style of fighting, stay away from this place. Zero stars, absolute trash. By the way, the $8 mouth guard from Chemist Warehouse feels like heaven.

Fantastic experience: This place saved me! I was stressed because I had my bottom left wisdom teeth impacted and was getting messed around and sent to all different places. So I kept putting it off until I couldn't bare the pain anymore and looked for somewhere close to home and decided to let google decide I spoke to Rochelle who was an angel and got me hooked up within 10 minutes and I had an appointment for Friday morning (This was Wednesday night) so I was so happy at how quick and helpful it got sorted. Friday I met Georgie and she was just as helpful as Rochelle. They both showed a lot of empathy and have beautiful personalities and are beautiful Nick took my tooth out and managed to do it in the chair, he was extremely kind and compassionate and even though my tooth was apparently one of the hardest cases.. He kept his composure and a positive and attentive attitude and made sure I was comfortable the whole time and Taz his assistant was Awesome too. She put Gossip Girl on for me I did go in for a checkup yesterday with Michelle and she was just as lovely as everyone else and she is stunning and professional and then of course there was sweet chelsea who took my Xray. The staff are honestly all wondeful and helpful and I can't speak highly enough of them. I just got a checkup call from Georgie which reminded me to write this. Stay Awesome guys!

Fantastic experience: I took my 6 year old to see Michelle and she was fantastic! Caring, professional and very good with kids. She gave my son some 'homework' to wobble his loose tooth and brush carefully around it even though it hurt. He had such a positive experience inspite having a tooth pulled and cant wait to go back. I'll be returning with my 3 year old next!!!

Fantastic experience: I was recommended Select Smilea for braces for my eldest. All three children had now had them. We are so happy with the result. George advised us the best treatment with the best outcome. Mchelle looks after us as well and we couldn't be happier with the care and treatment we get. Fantastic experience: I was first drawn to the clinic because of it's outstanding Google Reviews so after an amazing experience myself, I felt compelled to leave my own review! All of the staff at Select Smiles are brilliant. Very friendly and willing to go above and beyond for their clients. My visits have truly been like no other dentist experience I've ever had. I had scans and photos taken in-house of my teeth and we were able to discuss any issues immediately. You get the chance to stand at the computer and look at your teeth on the screen with the dentist. I learnt more about my teeth in the first visit than I have over YEARS of dental appointments. The facilities are also state of the art with televisions on the ceiling and Netflix for your viewing pleasure. I will never attend another dentist again. Thank you Select Smiles Ringwood!
