Negative experience: Reception is also a hygienist so the wait to check in and pay can be long. I was given a price upon calling and booking however it was significantly higher, no extra work was done and then i was told i need an extensive amount of work in the future without a proper consult, felt really money hungry. I explained i needed the bite block to keep my mouth open due to extreme anxiety and excessive jaw pain when i booked and again when i went in, this wasnt available which has caused me ongoing days of jaw pain. I did appreciate the dentists efforts to allow breaks as she could see i was shaking and struggling. My biggest issue was being very noticeably pregnant and still being told I need xrays which I have been advised not to do as its unsafe during pregnancy, this kinda shocked me a little bit. I just felt like my personal needs such as anxiety, pregnancy, and ongoing excessive jaw pain was neglected and made me a bit uncomfortable.

Fantastic experience: Had a pleasant experience today from the moment I sat in the chair until the end of my appointment I was treated with respect and care and I look forward to my next visit.

Negative experience: Did not have the greatest experience here. I went in with extreme pain for my wisdom teeth which they were aware of when I made the appointment. I went in and paid $150 for a consultation which was just an X-RAY - I was told they would call me that afternoon with a day and quote to perform the single extraction (1 tooth). While I was there, the service was extremely rushed and impersonal. I didn't get a phone call that afternoon, I had to follow up and then was told that they couldn't fit me in for weeks and the cost would be $800 for a single tooth. Avoid this dentist.

Negative experience: “I had a dental filling done last Friday by Dr. Sadaf. However, when I arrived home, the filling broke, and the very next day, my tooth started to hurt.” Very disappointing , wastage of money and time .

Negative experience: I went to this place for the first time for dental cleaning and routine check up. I appreciate the end of year appointment and the doctor caring and great attention however, it was very intense in time of dental cleaning. 3 days passed from my dental cleaning and my teeth are still hearting. It is so painful to eat/ drink which wasn’t the case ever after dental cleaning. My gum is a bit wounded which is not the end of the world but I think it could be more gentle. It shouldn’t heart after dental cleaning at all

Fantastic experience: I have visited clinic first time for wisdom tooth issue and consulted Dr Nisha and found her very kind and helpful. Dr Suhasini Ravi who took out the tooth is very nice and she made sure I m ok during the treatment and took overall 10 minutes for extraction. Could not believe it was so quick and painfree. Overall very happy with Dr Suhasini's way of treatment. Highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: Had a very pleasant experience at the dentist. I went there 1st time for my daughter's appointment since she had a boken baby tooth. We had an appointment confusion as well with online booking (do not book with hotdoc, call the practice), but the front desk helped us sorted it and accommodated us. Dr Nisha is very good in handleing children. She did well in comforting and reassuring my stressed out daughter and extracted her tooth with no pain to her. Reasonable fees as well. I would give them over 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: My son is less than 4 years old and his tooth was accidentally broken while playing. He already had cap cover on his broken tooth. It was bleeding badly so I made appointment on phone to visit urgently. The receptionist and Dr. Nisha didn't waste any time to check him, it was very quick. My son was scared to face dentist due to his past experience at a very young age. But doctor handled him very patiently and provided him a comfort level. And soon she was able to treat his tooth. We had x ray of his teeth and she made sure to give the right treatment. She explained everything very precisely, given the fact I didn't have any knowledge on the subject matter. Excellent service without consideration of charging unreasonable money as my son is not covered under dental subsidy. It was more than just a service. Grateful to the team.

Fantastic experience: Its been over 35 years thats when I saw a Dentist, a time when they use to school check ups...fast forward to 2020 and I walked in for a emergency tooth extraction and even though I was a nervous wreck oh let's be honest I was in tears lol the ladies took great care in calming me down and explaining step by step how the process goes. I am in awe of the great care they took in a space of 10 minutes yes folks 10 minutes and I was walking out swollen but happy. Thank you Design Dentals.

Negative experience: My husband visited the Quakers Hill Design Dental Surgery at 5:30 pm on 19/2/19. There was no one at the Dentist reception. He waited for 10mins & even rang the bell placed on the reception counter numerous times but no luck. NO DENTIST, NO NURSE & NOT EVEN A RECEPTIONIST. He soon realized that all people waiting at the reception were waiting for the Medical GP. He then went & asked the Medical GP receptionist who told him that the receptionist does not sit here regularly & the Dentist is rarely there. Seemed liked a deserted place considering they advertise that they are a 24/7 practice. THIS IS MISLEADING! ANYONE PLANNINIG TO VISIT THE PRACTISE, BEWARE!
