I recently visited QL Dental Clinic to have my impacted wisdom tooth removed, and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I didn't have to wait long to be seen. Most of all , Dr. Jennifer was amazing. She took the time to explain everything clearly, before proceeding with the operation and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Dr. Jennifer was gentle yet thorough, and I left relieved with my wisdom tooth already removed. I also appreciated the modern equipment and the high standards of hygiene maintained in the clinic. The entire team genuinely cares about their patients' well-being, which made the experience even better. Negative experience: I had a very painful experience with exam and clean today. It was unbearably sore and bled unusually and I thought I would pass out on the chair. It's obviously not my first time with dental work or my first time in this clinic but yes, first time with this dentist. I had really great experience with Dr Jennifer in the past and I even bring my child for dental check and clean to her..but never coming to this particular dentist ever again. Ponnu.

Fantastic experience: TOP SERVICE AND TOP RECOMMENDED PRACTICE! This is honestly the best dentist place I and my family have been. All of the staff in the practice are so friendly, their process and prices are clear and honest, and Drs are awesome! The Dentist took the time to discuss treatment options, show pictures and make a dental plan. During each of the procedure, they explained and had good communication and did excellent work. I had 2 lots of appointments and each started on time and I was very super impressed with how efficient the work was completed, the freebies were cool too. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND and worth driving 45min. My family and I would give QL DENTAL staff and Doctors 10 shiny stars if it allowed!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Negative experience: Watch out, the fee they charge is unreasonable, less than 20 minutes kids general dental check, for 200 dollars.

Negative experience: Definitely watch out – They provided random quotations and charged extras! We wish we have read all these negative reviews before we decided to go to QL Dental for my root canal treatment. Receptionist quoted me with cost of $800-900 for the second appointment (where I have already been charged $700+ for first appointment with the procedures I didn't ask for) and I ended up paying $1,800. I asked them for explanation which they responded that it was my own issues that had more roots than others and not covered with major dental (I am pretty sure that was our own choice but nothing to do with getting charge extra), and also argued that the receptionist have told me it was $800-900 over two visits (really? if we were aware, we would've went elsewhere for sure). They did optional procedures and charged us where other dentists said the procedures were not necessary. Their communication was terrible that we had to follow up for a response then they kept arguing. I ended up going elsewhere to have my crown done. They even said to us that if we lodge complaints with Arpha or Dental Board of Australia, we would not get anything. very rude! Would not recommend at all!

Negative experience: My wife went to get a filling and in the end they did such a bad job that she had to get a complete root canal. They refused to give the initial X-ray. After a lot of argument they handed it over. She then went to another dentist who said that the root canal was not necessary. They even didn't do the root canal properly and only removed one of the nerves, meaning she had to go back a second time to remove the second nerve. They keep trying to have her do unnecessary procedures which other dentists said were not needed.

Fantastic experience: I’m really satisfied for the dental services which are provided by Dr Chloe. I went to QL Dental for general dental care and filling up my tooth decay. Dr Chloe was very gentle and explained every procedures to me, she’s respectful and polite all the time. My home is far away from the clinic, but I would definitely come back again.

Fantastic experience: I booked in for my dental treatment with Dr Chloe with a really bad toothache. She did a thorough and detailed checks including X-rays and determined that my wisdom tooth was too decayed and not worth saving. It was painless when the tooth was extracted. For the first time in my adult life I was surprised and impressed that my gum was sutured. I recovered within a few days and was back to work on the third day. I went back with my two kids to see Dr Chloe, and were given the same thorough checks. Thank you for the professionalism shown by all the staffs at QL Dental for making the whole dentist visit a pleasant and smooth experience:)

She explained to me with pictures what is happening with my teeth, what treatments were needed, and how to take care of my teeth afterwards. I found everything very professional and trustworthy as I could see before-after pictures of my treatment. The filling was fast and effective, a painless and soothing experience overall. Dr. Jen also gave me cream and toothpaste to use at home to help with gum recovery, and I could tell that the team go above and beyond for customer care. Fantastic experience: I am glad that I finally found a careful and child friendly dentist for my family. In my first visiting for general teeth cleaning , I was surprised that during the process I didn’t feel any pain and bleeding anywhere in my mouth which I usually do. This experience make me feel safe and happy so I decided that it’s time to solve my old problem of missing tooth and to do the dental implants surgery. Before I started the doctor explained it very clear, including the implants having 3 part stage, how long the time will take, the budgets and how my personal conditions is affected ...etc. I felt educated and I was ready to go ahead. Now I am very satisfied my new teeth And the doctor is also very patient when seeing my daughter, that makes me more confident to come here. If someone asks me which dental clinic is good to family I always say QL Dental !!❤️

Negative experience: About 6 months ago I recommended this dental clinic to a friend who was looking for a nearby clinic to get her wisdom teeth removed. She got a bad experience. I did post a review 6 months ago which was a fair one. The quality of dental service (doctor's competence) is fine, but the admin is not good. Last week, I booked an appointment for my son (anyway, this clinic is close to my house and I'm to busy to take him to other clinic). To my surprise, they called me and said that they reject to take my son's booking as I did write them a bad review. Oh my god, I was so shocked. My review was fair and reflected my experience (will post my previous review later). And instead of trying to improve customer service, they take it personal. I can't believe this could happen in this civilised society. They reject to take care of a child's teeth, as they think his mum didn't write them the review they want!!! Below is my previous review. "The dental service is fine, however, the admin/payment is not good. I suggested my friend came here as it is close to our place. It ended up a bad experience for her. She asked for a quote and the receptionist said "no more than 400". At the end, they charged my friend $550. Instead of saying sorry for miscommunication, they delete my friend's review on FB. It's really bad way to handle the matter. I also have problems with them regarding payment. They charged my children medicare account without letting me know the cost of treatment. When I check medicare account balance, I was so shocked and contacted them for clarification. I have to follow up many times to get the right charge in my account. The only reason I use their services is that it is so close to my house. I suggest the clinic to give a detail quote before treatment and the tax invoice after treatment to avoid misunderstanding and confusion."

Negative experience: 简直不能更垃圾！超级后悔找他们做牙齿！收了钱后说什么可以买保险，先挂单，等到时间了帮我claim，还推销保险人员给我，结果到了时间又说前面的都不能报销。回复一条email一个礼拜都不回，一条信息催N遍，回复的都是没用的东西，简直是垃圾！最关键的是，医生的专业性有待考量，隐形牙套人家都是两周换一副，我的是三周换一副，好嘛一年半的矫正时间省了多少副牙套钱了？无语至极！

Fantastic experience: Was very happy with Dr Jennifer yu good and friendly attitude. And I was worried about what was covered on my insurance and I thought I was getting charged extra for stuff but she was very proactive and called me and kindly explained everything and on top of that went beyond and said if I need any further information just give her a call. We as the public should find a dentist like Jennifer who is willing to explain everything to there patients. And if they are not then they most probably are ripping you off. Thanks

Negative experience: Bad experience with wisdom tooth removal in QLDental The service was fine but I had a trouble with the hidden cost and allergy. I am a student with a limited budget, I already emphasised my financial issue with them. They said no more than $400 but then they charged me $555. They mentioned $65 for consultant and $90 for Xray before but when I asked for the money, they said no more than $400, I thought $400 included every fees. I went there in a short time after the phone call, I did not see the receptionist I met and called before. Another receptionist was there, without confirming the cost and anything else, she asked my name and just took me around for Xray and I got my tooth removed. Then the receptionist gave me the bill of $555 like a punch to my face and they said that no more than $400 was only for the tooth removal. I am so regretted because If I know that much, I would not come. One day later I got an allergy, my body skin turned red and itchy. Never come back again, too painful both mental and physical.
