Jessica is an amazing dentist – she explains everything clearly, is very gentle, and always makes me feel comfortable during my treatments. The reception staff are also always friendly, professional, and very helpful. The customer service is consistent every time, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients!

Negative experience: I was expecting to have a honest diagnose with a root canal I was needing, they made me the "favour" of book an spot for my treatment, they did just this to grab the money from my initial appointment just to say they were fully booked to perform an actual treatment, so this gives a lot to think , won't be back again.

I have had my wisdom teeth taken out with Dr Theo and orthodontics work with Dr Jessica and I am not only pleased with the results I am ecstatic at the service! I thought when I did my ortho maybe I should shop around but then I thought who else would I want to see consistently for two years? You won’t commit to your health unless it makes you happy and I always feel happy going to JD! Fantastic experience: My first visit at JD was for a teeth clean and check up, which I purchased from GroupOn, I was very impressed by how professional and friendly they are, the receptionist warm welcome and greet made me very relax when I walked in. The dentist Jessica is SO professional and patience, she's also very very friendly! Second visit was two weeks after, I went there for teeth filling, once again everyone is very friendly with big smile on their face, Jessica was so professional and explains everything you need to know about your teeth. I was the last patient that day due to the late finish at work, but they didn't rush to finish, they still take their time look after me and make sure everything is alright. The next day I received a voice mail from them, they just wanted to make sure I'm feeling ok and everything's fine. The service is outstanding. If you are looking for a great dentist in the CBD, give this one a go :) Once again a big thank you to the whole team especially Jessica! :)
