Fantastic experience: Dr Parsa has been looking after my husband's and my teeth over a number of years and has provided excellent and professional dental care. He is thorough, gentle and a great listener. He makes a visit to the dentist a very positive experience.

Fantastic experience: Great, convenient clinic (easy/quick access from CBD) with wonderful staffs - at both the reception and in examination rooms. I have been under Dr Parsa Partovi's excellent care since 2023. Very attentive, thorough with his examinations and patient with explanations, and looks after my teeth without imposing unnecessary pain I've come to expect from some other dentists. (for example, he's the only dentist who's used numbing gel to ease sensitivity during a 6-monthly clean up). Wish I came across him sooner. Nurses/ hygienists are also well experienced and attentive, and put your mind at ease during the visit. Liaison with other clinics (periodontist/orthodontist) is also smooth and effective.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Parsa for 6 years for both general dentistry and sedation dentistry. I am a very high maintenance and anxious client. Dr Parsa is very patient with me and always willing to explore different strategies to carry out my treatment that takes into consideration my fears, concerns and comfort. I would recommend this practice if you are nervous or fearful about going to the dentist and need more TLC than the average patient.

After a traumatic dental experience 50 years ago, I avoided dentists almost entirely - in fact I had only been to the dentist 4 times in the past 30 years. Then I found Dr Yasmina Andreani at New Smile, and everything changed. She’s gentle, honest (“if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”) and saved me thousands by fixing my teeth affected by toothbrush abrasion with $205 adhesive restoration instead of $5,000 veneers that I was quoted by another dentist. She attended to everything that needed doing, and did not attempt to upsell at all. Thanks to this sedation clinic, I felt calm the whole time, and my teeth now look and feel great. Fear gone, smile restored, wallet happy. If you have had dental trauma and have been avoiding the dentist, seek out Dr Yasmina (who also specialises in root canal treatment), or any of the lovely staff at New Smile Dental.

Fantastic experience: I've been visiting New Smile Dental for years, and I can't recomend Dr Sahba enough. Professional, kind, great communication, she is an excellent dentist. The most recent visit I had two buccal fillings and they were so prefectly matched to my teeth you can't see them at all, and completely removed any sensitivity to cold foods. First time in years with no sensitivity. Happy client.

Fantastic experience: Just had a visit with my dental hygienist Agata and this lady is soo good at her job! She literally saved three of my teeth and not only cleans and scales but teaches me dental hygiene so I don’t lose teeth!

Fantastic experience: TOTALLY recommend misagh and the team. I needed a lot of implants and even have the new Zygomatic (cheek bone) ones. Everything was done at the practice. This included 2x5hr operations in the chair. (no hospital admission needed) they even have their own xray/cone beam machines, so everything you need is right there. The whole team are fantastic, explained everything and devised a tailor-made quote with a plan, which they stuck to (no added surprises at the end). I've seen several dentists in Perth and I can say that this experience has been the most beneficial. Given all the work/operations/implants and healing time, Misagh made sure I ALWAYS had some kind of denture/ teeth to wear, so i was never without anything, this was so important to me. The whole team are friendly, professional and really listened to any concerns (no matter how trivial I thought they would be). I'm going back for ongoing aftercare to make sure any potential problems in the future are detected early and dealt with, because i feel very confident they will always be acting in my best interest. If you're thinking of implants, no matter how complicated your situation is, this is definitely the place to go.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend NewSmile Dental Centre, first of all the staff are lovely and helpful, Secondly the work done by my dentist Dr Vivian Mascarenhas was impeccable, I just had 3 wisdom teeth out yesterday under IV sedation and feel great already. You can barely tell I’ve had work done in my mouth apart from the visible stitches. He’s very accommodating, gentle and made me feel so comfortable and safe as I was extremely nervous. If you need any work done definitely go see him. I’m one very happy patient.

Dr Vivian is by far the best dentist I have had and Andrea was equally as amazing. Fantastic experience: I have been with this clinic in its various forms for 30 years. It's current incarnation is populated with caring, efficient, and professional specialists who get the work done at the price you'd expect. Dr. Vivian is my go-to man, who looks after me well, clucking like a mother hen at my bad habits, but he is right! I'd suggest you do what I do, and have a fixed appointment twice a year; follow their advice, invest in the appropriate equipment and treasure your smile-you'll need it!

Fantastic experience: Easily the best decision I have made , I have had trouble with my teeth since childhood , now just turning 50 , trouble eating , my smile was just bad , I saw a report on Tv , regarding accessing my Superannuation get my teeth fixed , I went through Supercare , they helped me with all the paperwork , and , recommend me seeing New Smile Dental at Subiaco , this was the best decision I could have made , from seeing Dr Habibi , a true master of dentistry , and Vicky , New Smile administrator , the whole process was very professional and pleasant , all the support people as well we're fantastic , I had all teeth removed , gums trimmed.and support screws inserted , all on 4 , top arch , and supported denture on the bottom arch , I was put to sleep , which didn't feel for long , not remembering anything , I woke a little groggy , no pain at all , was given pain medication , but never needed it , could not believe , what a great experience this was , so impressed by everyone at New Smile Dental at Subiaco , I can be the confident , person I have always wanted to be , and cannot recommend this fantastic team enough for what they have done for me , please if you are in the situation I was in don't put it off , contact Daryl at Supercare , they are based in Sydney , get the ball rolling the right way , and make sure if you live in Perth or Western Australia , don't bother with anyone else but New Smile at Subiaco , you will not be disappointed . Fantastic experience: Been a very nervous anxiuos patient with not only a fear of the dentist but needles as well I cannot speak more highly of the new smile Dental centre and there fantastic staff right from the get go they were understanding and calm with me, then opting for the sleep sedation, well what can i say but fantastic felt nothing, remember nothing and felt like I was under for 2 minutes when in fact it was closer to 3 hours! So thank you to the team. And anyone else looking for a pain free caring dentist make sure you book an appointment.

Dr Vivian Mascarenhas at New Smile Dental would have to be the nicest and most caring Dentist I have ever been too. He was very gentle and guided me through every step, even called the next day to check in on me. He somehow made me feel no pain when giving me the needles. I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone to New Smile Dental, I just wish they were a HBF provider so I would get more back on my claims.

Fantastic experience: Very impressed. We took our ten year old daughter for the first time to a dental clinic and needless to say, she was terrified. The staff at this clinic however were very patient, kind and professional and made our daughter feel relaxed and happy. They managed to do three filinings and an extraction in one session which was a big relief for our whole family. It was a very positive experince for our daughter.
