Fantastic experience: Dr. Ou was recommended to me by a very good friend studying dentistry. She is the only dentist that would want me to bring toothbrush with me every appointment to teach me how to brush my teeth properly. A dentist who real wants every patient to save as many their own teeth as they can. She is very efficient and experienced in her work. I have done my aligners, dental fillings and vaneers with Dr. Ou. My friend herself had her Invisalign orthodontics and occl rehab treatment done here with Dr. Ou as well. We both had very good experience during the whole process. Really wished I have encountered her at the first place! I had two dentists before her and they either couldn’t provide nice results like Dr. Ou or wouldn’t care less so I felt my overall oral health is declining. Dr. Ou would never recommend any treatments if unnecessary which a lot of dentists these days do (and they just want to get the most out of your insurance, nothing beyond). She also taught me how to smile more naturally and how to train my facial muscles to achieve balance (never knew I needed nor asked for but so glad she mentioned). I am still on my journey to learn how to look after my teeth and myself. But I have found this team who will help me become a better person. If you want to see someone who is honest, responsible and person-centred, consider give this place a try.

Fantastic experience: 因为没有有效的刷牙导致患上了龋齿、牙周病、口腔有异味、偏齿。疫情没有及时看牙医造成了一颗牙齿掉落，非常影响美观，口腔有异味也不敢与人近距离说话非常烦恼，疫情后认真就医，首先在医生的指导下正确刷牙减少口腔细菌，做了矫正牙齿和种植牙，牙齿贴面保护，经过两年的治疗，现在基本掌握如何正确刷牙，牙齿整洁，口腔没有异味，终于可以自信的谈话微笑了，感谢欧医生的悉心指导，妙手仁心医术精湛！

Negative experience: I'm deeply disappointed with the orthodontic process. It's terrifying when the dentist prioritizes profit over the optimal solution. Despite the time that has passed, I feel compelled to comment. This is also my first time giving a negative review to a business. I explicitly requested not to have my teeth shaved, yet they did so without any communication. I was never informed about the stitching process. There are gaps between my teeth that were never addressed, resulting in significant biting issues. The proposed solution was resin veneers + bite reconstruction. Please note: Resin filling for gap $550, Resin filling for one tooth $650, Bite reconstruction (also resin veneer for one tooth) $550... It's frustrating. Is the outcome of orthodontics just being repeatedly exploited for profit, ending up with a mouth full of resin? This is a photo of my teeth after completing the orthodontic treatment. Everyone, please stay vigilant. Encountering this dental clinic was truly a nightmare.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr Ou for quite some years. I had some serious problems like periodontitis, teeth not aligned properly, and tetracycline teeth. With Dr Ou’s treatment, within just about 15 months, not only my teeth were re-aligned, bite re-constructed, also got a beautiful teeth veneer done. Now I have smile with great confidence. She stands from the patient's point of view and helps me solve the all the problem. Her care for the patient is so valuable. I was treated with invisible aligners and occlusal rehabilitation. Fantastic experience: 非常专业的补牙诊所！ 由于我长期没有养成好的刷牙习惯，且近十年都没有看过牙医，检查牙齿，导致长了很多蛀牙。直到最近右边大牙很痛才来看诊。本来以为补牙会很痛，因为小时候就体验过，非常疼。但是欧医生把补牙的疼痛感降低到了最低，就算不打麻药也可以承受。 而且检查牙齿非常彻底，对于一些隐藏的很深的蛀牙，像两颗大牙中间的部分，也能检查出来。治疗之后也没有不舒服和敏感的情况。 非常感谢欧医生和David！
