Fantastic experience: Partner and I went in for a deep clean today, hate dentists, but David and the receptionist made the experience amazing.. Both went above and beyond, will be going back for everything else needed.. 10/10 would recommend

The dentist explained everything to me and both the clean and filling were painless. I am usually very apprehensive about going to the dentist but I had nothing to worry about!! Fantastic experience: I was referred to Top Dentists by my aunty. They are a family clinic and are very friendly, welcoming and professional. Dr Jia recently undertook a root canal for me. In my opinion she is a highly skilled dentist. I noticed that she had a lot of positive comments on Whitecoat as well and I was confident in her ability which proved to be correct. She explained the procedure to me in a language I could understand and there was no pain! I am happy to go back to have a crown done in a few months. Another reason I chose Top Dentists is that they are extremely competitive in their pricing as I rang around a few practices in Footscray and Yarraville.

Even though my older son was scared to go dentist still very happy and he said Joseph is his favourite dentist ever. Joseph was very gentle for clean and filling. Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to a dentist for many years. Thank you doctor. The clean was gentle and didn’t hurt. Thank you nurse for comforting me too. The filling I had was done very well. No pain. Also the cost was a lot less than I thought.

Negative experience: Inexperienced dentists, crooks, irresponsible. Go there at your own peril.

Negative experience: I like that they send out text messages to remind me that my half yearly clean is done. What I don't like is how the dentist doesn't let me in on the quote when she starts to do filling. I didn't expect two dabs to be so expensive nor did I wanted to do some sort of scan which cause me to pay an extra 120$ out of my own pocket when I finished. I just wanted a standard clean. They're in it for the money obviously. Not Happy.

Positive experience: Re my issues below, I was phoned by the dental receptionist and asked to come in so she could explain the way charges were derived, and to offer a refund as a gesture of goodwill. I was satisfied with her explanation, and appreciated the goodwill. The service remains of a very high standard. .... second visit ... I had a different dentist - Dr Alice ... who quoted me 200 to 250 for another broken tooth. The actual cost was 270 - I was charged an additional 40 for a "consultation" which means i was advised about options. The receptionist is very professional. First visit: the Perfect Dentist - Dr Joseph Nguyen took care of my broken tooth. The filling he did looks and feels perfectly natural, he was caring, kind and gentle, and explained procedures thoroughly. The price was affordable and less than I expected. I will definitely go to this dentist again - not a scary experience at all !!! :-)

Fantastic experience: I came in to see you for a filling last Wednesday. I usually go to another dentist but he’s away on holiday! Just wanted to let everyone know that your service was fantastic. The dentist (a lady) explained everything to me and the charge was very reasonable. Sue at the front desk was very nice too and we had a good laugh. That’s never happened to me before at a Dentist! Fantastic experience: I came into Top Dentists on Saturday in a lot of pain and it turned out I needed a root canal. The dentist I saw (Dr Gia) was very professional and gentle. She diagnosed my problem straight away and explained what I needed to know in an easy to understand manner. I feel much better now! Many thanks for what turned out to be a very positive dental experience.I'll bring my 2 boys in during the September holidays too. PS. Your fee was really reasonable too!

Fantastic experience: Dr Jia Leong is very friendly and does everything immaculately. I have seen some slack dentists in the past and I can assure you that she does her job without cutting corners. I've already recommended her to my friends and family. Also, the dental practice gives you a little "good bag" with oral hygiene products to take home after each check up and clean! And what's better is that there is no gap to pay (as long as you have an eligible private health insurer).

Fantastic experience: I am so happy that I found this place! I've had my teeth whiten and clean on 2 separate occasions with different dentists, and both times has been lovely. My gums and teeth are on the sensitive side, so thoughts about visiting the dentist can be rather daunting. I didn't have much expectations at first but the lovely lady at front desk Sue, was warm and friendly. She made me feel comfortable and when I had the treatments done, both the dentists was knowledgeable and informative. They basically almost talked the whole way through to either divert my attention or to ease me which I thought was very kind. And now, I am no longer scared of visiting the dentist!

Fantastic experience: Since moving to Melbourne I had been struggling to find a dentist that I felt comfortable in seeing that was professional but wasn't overcharging. Thanks to a friend of mine, I got put onto Top Dentists Footscray where I saw Dr Leong. I've been very impressed with the service, the care, and the skill of all the staff I have dealt with. I'd happily recommend anyone to give them a go! I'm now looking forward to trying their teeth whitening service!

Fantastic experience: The staff managing the clinic (Sue) was terrific and kind in accommodating my request for check and fix without an appointment due to my sudden onset of toothache. The dentist (Dr. Nguyen) was great, doing the filling carefully with no pain at all and provided clear instructions what not to eat and what to do if pain persisted. Charged reasonable fees and accepts private insurance. Would recommend and would definitely visit again!
