Negative experience: Awefully incompetent bunch. Waited 40 mins to see the dr (had booked an apointment prior) only for him to tell me (to put back a zirconia crown) will charge me $360 (x-ray and fix the crown) but hes not optimistic that it will stay in place !! Like seriously, then why r u charging me that money when u are not confident of the work you are going to do. Walked right off after paying 60$ "small" consultation fee.

Fantastic experience: During a lovely family lunch I broke a cusp off one of my molars. Dr. Charlotte fitted me in at a moment's notice and fixed my tooth with a porcelain on-lay, made to measure there and then. I am very happy with the professional service received and Dr. Charlotte will be my new dentist from now on.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Charlotte regarding a dental issue. After having so many bad experiences with previous dentist's it was nice to find such a great dentist in the mountains. She has small delicate hands and is very gentle and caring. Can also recommended Dr Aysa and Dr Ryan who are both lovely. All the staff are friendly and helpful. They understand the anxiety and stress that going to the dentist causes.

Negative experience: In my opinion its the Worst dentist by a country mile, I couldn’t express how bad this place is. They ask you would you like this done or that and don’t tell you the price until you get to the counter. No transparency on cost, i got a retainer and it took several weeks to arrive. I had an appointment two months ago where the dentist didn’t mention a serious receeding gum issue. In my opinion don’t waste your money here as its a Terrible dentist, especially if you have anxiety about this type of thing.

Negative experience: Loved this dentist a few years ago but they have completely changed now. Had a dentist tell me I had a cavity in my wisdom tooth and it would have to be removed. Was offered a filling as a "temporary solution". This seemed weird to me so I went to another local dentist. He fixed the issue which was pre-decay in 15 minutes and only cost me $90 as opposed to the $300 I spent to get a checkup at this dentist. Additionally, had a CT scan that cost $120 and the dentist did not even review the scan (which was done on site) with me afterwards. Staff seem young and inexperienced and I was very disappointed by the misdiagnosis which could have cost me a healthy tooth (not to mention the money).

Fantastic experience: I can honestly say I’ve never had a better dentist. Dr Aysha was skillful, gentle, and non-judgemental about my dental issues—she listened to me, and met where I am as far as *plans* for improving my dental health and care. I am sure they are wonderful for people with dental phobias as they specialise in that area, but I can personally highly recommend them to anyone hesitating to seek dental care after a lapse.

Fantastic experience: Dr Charlotte is a very gentle and hardworking dentist who spends a lot of time studying to maximise her care. She is a bit quiet, but when you are in need she will stay back after hours to make sure you receive your necessary treatment.

Fantastic experience: My regular dentist wasn't able to see me so I called and got an emergency appointment. At first I was nervous as I wasn't seeing my regular dentist but very quickly the caring and professional staff put my concerns at ease. I saw Dr Kim, who was able to sort out my issue and even though I've returned to my regular dentist for routine check ups, even he was pretty impressed by Dr Kim's work. Thanks for getting me out of pain on such short notice =]

Negative experience: This dentist performed an extraction on a person with a severely infected tooth without an anaesthetic because the patient couldn't afford the extra money for the anaesthetic (the extraction itself was a prohibitive $600). The patient was so distressed with pain, they agreed to have the extraction without anaesthetic. My question is: What kind of dentist would do such a thing? What happened to First Do No Harm, or don't dentists take that oath? A vial of Xicaine anaesthesia costs around 40 bucks. It contains about 15 doses of anaesthetic. The cost of giving the anaesthetic is minimal. But because the patient couldn't afford the extra $200 requested, the dentist caused immense pain and suffering, and psychological damage. Shame on you for putting money before humans.

Fantastic experience: An absolute expert in her field, Dr Charlotte is warm, compassionate and clearly very experienced. A complicated dental procedure was performed with ease, using a holistic approach that left me informed and cared for from beginning til end. I even received a follow up phone call from the lovely receptionist Catherine. I have seen multiple Dentists in the area, none of which begin to compare with the treatment and cost effective solutions I was provided with by Dr Charlotte and her colleagues. I highly recommend this Practice, and in particular Dr Charlotte.

Fantastic experience: 5-stars for the all stars at Integrated Dental Health. No longer is going to the dentist a scary experience when in the hands of the very competent doctors here. Dr. Kim is wonderful and so are the counter staff who are very considerate and professional! Only five star rating up top? Sure I can't give 10? I would if I could! :-)

Fantastic experience: Due to my severe anxiety I've been unable to see the dentist for many years when I should have, but Dr. Damian was the first dentist I've ever met who gave me the reassurance and courage to go through with my procedures. I had so much major work done and so many needles, but I never felt trapped or under pressure to stay pinned down in the chair. Damian and the whole team understood how I felt and reassured me I could take a break anytime if needed or even take a walk out on the balcony. Most times, however, I didn't need a break because I felt safe in his hands. He's always calm and walks you through each step so you gain the confidence to undergo the procedure. And once things get into motion you realize it isn't that bad. Yes, the needles hurt, but after that you feel nothing and can relax. Dr. Damian's expertise, precision and attention to detail is unparalleled. Coupled with his calm nature and understanding, I wholeheartedly recommend him and Integrated Dental at Katoomba, especially if you suffer anxiety like I do. The end result of my teeth has been remarkable and given back my confidence to interact with people again.

Fantastic experience: I took my kids to see Dr Damien and he was amazing! In fact, the whole team at Integrated Dental are welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. I was very impressed at how calm they made my children and now, my kids are asking when they can go back! Fantastic experience: I had a general check up, and Damian was very kind and made me feel very very relaxed throughout. He was very gentle with my teeth and after the clean I had no pain from any vigorous brushing or scraping. Overall, I was very well looked after :)

Negative experience: Twice the price of all other dentists. Close to $500 for a small filling and 20 minute work. The dentist also casually suggested an x ray “just in case”, but didn’t tell me it would increase the expense. Avoid.

Fantastic experience: This would have to be the best dental practice that I have ever attended. Charlotte was the dentist that I saw and she is nothing short of remarkable. She was so knowledgeable, fast, precise and caring. Her work was exemplary. In addition, Erin, her assistant, was so welcoming and friendly. Together they make an amazing team. I have to say it was the first time in my life (I have been to dentists all over the world) that the dentist and his or her assistant haven't had long and detailed discussions about their social life, state of the world or their sick cat, whilst the procedure was taking place, almost as if I was unconscious! The atmosphere they create is so quiet and calm. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Lastly the front of house staff are also, so friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Integrated Dental at Katoomba have looked after my sister Helen, for many years. My sister has an intellectual disability and I cannot recommend this practice highly enough! Heather, Cecily and every single person working there (no matter who would answer the phone) showed such kindness and care to Helen and it meant she could have treatment without nerves! So thankful for all your care and sad we have to find another such place now she has moved to Sydney. Wishing the Team all the very best!

Fantastic experience: I can't praise this dental practice highly enough! My teeth were in a sorry state and I was in a lot of pain, as I'd never found a pain-free dentist, until now! Dr. Charlotte is so caring and makes sure every procedure is comfortable, not rushed and I just felt so at ease each time. I can't believe the difference a caring dentist can make to the whole procedure. From first contact when making an appointment with the young ladies at reception, through to the procedures (I needed many!) and the follow up care, I cannot believe how pleasant a trip to the dentist can be. I am recommending this practice to all of my friends and family, and I will not hesitate to return for my 6 monthly checkups, no longer viewing a trip to the dentist with trepidation.

Fantastic experience: My first experience with Integrative Dental Health. Charlotte is a lovely lady (as is the dental hygienist who was there on the day) I usually steer clear from dentists however, I will be back in 6 months time for that much needed plaque removal. She did an amazing job and my mouth feels fantastic. She was also very re assuring and allowed me to take breaks as I have very sensitive teeth. The atmosphere is very pleasant and you have a screen above you that you can watch to relieve anxiety. Thank you ladies. Reception staff also very friendly.

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best dental practice I’ve ever experienced. The reception staff are welcoming and professional I cannot fault them. The dental assistants are the most skilled and professional I’ve ever come across. Then there is doctor Damian, he is truly amazing. His passion for your wellbeing is evident within the first second of meeting him. His ability to educate and inform a client is professional to a level that one could not dream of. My partner and I have nicknamed him ‘dr care bear’ he is one of the most caring and nurturing people you will ever come across. Somehow a dental appointment has become borderline enjoyable. The owner should be proud of the business they have created and the team they’ve put together. Simply unbeatable!

Fantastic experience: Wow! Sometimes you suspect the truth to these google reviews but I can tell you that Integrated Dental truly is great. I’ve just received restorative work on one of my teeth plus a clean and Dr Damian was so gentle and calm and so in turn I felt very relaxed. The work was professional and clean. I was also surprised that it didn’t cost as much as I thought. The reception staff are also lovely. I’ll definitely be back. Cheers!

Fantastic experience: My whole family (me + spouse + 3 kids) have been treated periodically by Dr. Charlotte Kim and Dr. Henriette Macri-Ettienne. Both do a consistently great job, so we are now regulars. Reception is also great - courteous, helpful and efficient. Love this place and would recommend to others.

Fantastic experience: The receptionists Cecily and Heather are always friendly and welcoming. They seem genuine in their care and interest in my well being. Dr Damien's polite, softly spoken manner always puts me at ease. He has always been sensitive and gentle in handling my condition, and I appreciate his respectful approach of keeping me informed, explaining what the options are, allowing me to make an informed decision with him on the best course of treatment. I have had major dental surgery numerous times with Dr Cecilia So, who is friendly, and I enjoy her inclusive approach. I feel like I am being educated as well as being looked after. I trust her experience and expertise, and observed her and her team follow the highest standards of hygiene before, during and after surgery. My dental treatment journey continues, as it will for a long time, and I feel that I have found a practice that I can trust to support me along that journey. I now bring my children to Integrated Dental. Dr Damien and Jess were so good, my 8 year old son didn't even realise he'd been given a needle in his mouth! Now, that's impressive. Fantastic experience: I am terrified of visiting the dentist! Old root canal and cap needed to be removed 20 years ago but I was too afraid. Spoke to Integrated Dental, made an appointment, sat in the chair, went to sleep, the tooth was removed, woke up and asked when they were going to start. Simple as that really, minimal pain and friendly on my wallet.

Fantastic experience: Having a tooth cave in, I had to get an appointment in a hurry because my chemo therapy was starting two days later. My regular dentist insisted to want to sell me two days of treatment - two days that I did not have available to me. I was stuck. When I rang Integrated Dental Health and explained my situation, they moved heaven and earth to see me right away. The staff was a pleasure to be around with their natural manor and friendliness - someone even brought me a herbal tea while I was waiting (I did not ask for it). Henriette is a very gentle and careful dentist and I new of her good work from others that directed me to her. I was lucky to find that clinic and I am grateful to have found a very good dentist that is also a very good person who is surrounded by great staff. Thank you all so much.

Fantastic experience: I would be pleased to highly recommend Integrated Dental Health as one of the best dental practices I have ever been to. Their approach to dental care and their patients encompasses a holistic nature but with the latest equipment and professional interaction and transparency with their patients being high priority. Their 2 receptionists Cecily and Heather have a complete knowledge of the services offered and they discuss with the patient all their options and give excellent advice in a calm, friendly and extremely helpful manner. Little touches like offering herbal tea and making the patient comfortable at all times are added benefits. I personally have had recent treatments from a young and highly skilled dentist. Dr Damien Choi. These were very confronting and difficult procedures but Dr. Choi explained thoroughly the manner in which he would help me. He has a gentle personality and calm soft voice and he took me through the procedure with a very good result. I intend to use this practice for all future dental work.

Fantastic experience: As someone with a poor history of visiting the dentist, I now wouldn’t wouldn’t miss an appointment and I wouldn’t go anywhere else than Integrated Dental Health. Dr Charlotte and her team are incredibly understanding, patient and gentle, and the reception staff are lovely. Highly recommend IDH, particularly for those as unsettled about a trip to the dentist as I used to be.

Fantastic experience: Very professional, friendly and respectful team, receptionists and dental staff. I normally avoid dentists because I don't want to be exposed to chemicals and flouride, but my teeth really needed a clean. When I inquired about my wishes, they were at once respectful, accommodating and didn't try to argue or change my mind once. It was a very easy process, I felt supported the whole way through and was very impressed with the skill level. I definitely recommend them and would go back if I need dental work.

I'm talking valium!! prior to going so If you are looking for kind and patient! dentist s and staff this is your go to place I can't say enough good things about these people patient from the front desk right through also.don't be like me in delaying !! it could cost you a lot more ...because I avoided the dentist as too afraid ! ...they will play what you like to hear ...give you a heat pack to calm you ...I even take my pillow for my back ! yes my review may well be over the top but its all true and if I can help one person like me then that's great .

Fantastic experience: I was reluctant and fearful to come to a dentist for a diagnosis for a while because I had big dental issues and I didn't want to face them, but I finally made the step and contacted Integrated for a diagnosis. The experience, from the first phone call and contact with Cecily and first assessment and then ongoing treatment with Dr Henriette is incredible... They have a profound and very genuine sense of care which makes you at ease straight away. Dr Henriette is very gentle, careful and attentionate and at the same a dentist expert with a clinical approach. She made a thorough but easy to understand assessment, a precise treatment plan, with all services needed at hand in the clinic so you don't have to travel to Penrith or Parramata. And then Cecily proposed a valuable financial plan which made the all thing very affordable... Last thing the treatment room is very comfortable and relaxing with state of the art equipment.. I am actually looking forward to my next dental appointment, which is a very new feeling to me... My wife and I have ongoing treatment with Integrated Dental Health and we would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks. R

Fantastic experience: My 10 year old daughter and I go to Intergrated Dental Health for our regular checkups and cleans. As a nervous patient, Dr Henriette is so gentle and soothing and really put me at ease, I actually don’t mind visiting the dentist now. She was also great with my daughter. The dental hygienist, Caroline is absolutely lovely and also gentle. Cecily, Jess and staff are lovely too. I would recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: By far the best dental clinic I have ever been to before. The team at Integrated Dental Health have always been warm, friendly, professional and accommodating to my needs. Jess & Max have made me feel comfortable, they are always so gentle and the experience has left me feeling pain free and 100% satisfied every time. So far I have had my teeth cleaned, whitened, several fillings & two veneers done. Fantastic experience: I don't write these review things often but an urgent need to see a dentist (not a favourite it way to spend time or money), as toothache is one of those things that can not be ignored or put off for too long, I'm quick enough to complain when I receive poor quality / service and so when I get treated well I should also make the effort to reward those that provide it. I'd had bad experiences growing up in the UK under the national health service and still often fear a trip to see a dentist, however I was pleasantly surprised by the way I was treated by this team, Henriette is promoted as a gentle dentist and I must say she lived up to this with my treatment, for the 1st time ever I didn't even feel the needle prick to numb my mouth, it's a result when the worst part was the suction thingy they stick in your mouth! Also pleasantly surprised when I got to the desk to pay the bill, I'll be sure to use this dentist again.
