Fantastic experience: We’ve been seeing Dr. Jiang for many years and absolutely love this dental clinic! Dr. Jiang is always patient, gentle, and highly professional. Every visit is a pleasant experience — our kids (6 and 5 years old) actually look forward to their check-ups! He always takes the time to explain everything clearly and carefully. The staff are friendly, caring, and welcoming, and we always leave with a smile. We feel very fortunate to have Dr. Jiang as our family dentist. Highly recommend!

It wasn't easy to try and find another clinic that provides high quality service and has friendly staff.Dr Wei is our family dentist. He performs our check up and some of the dental treatment over the years. He is very professional and knowledgable in his practice. He is also very friendly and easy to deal with. We highly recommend Macpark Dental .

Dr. Jiang listened carefully to my concerns, thoroughly explained the tooth filling process, and made sure I understood the pros and cons before starting. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained every option of my treatment clearly, and made sure I was aware of the pros and cons and felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The kids enjoyed cleaning their teeth with Dr. Jiang too, even my daughter who usually dreads dental visits, enjoyed her visit and didn't complain at all during her filling. I also took my son to see Dr. Lee for a consultation before, and I was incredibly impressed with her honesty and expertise. While many orthodontists might recommend braces as a default solution, Dr. Lee took the time to thoroughly evaluate my son's teeth and explained that brackets weren’t necessary at that time. What stood out to me was their transparency—they didn’t try to push unnecessary treatment but instead provided clear, evidence-based reasoning for their recommendation. They even told me what signs to watch for in the future if treatment ever becomes needed. The dental team is friendly, efficient, and professional. The office is clean and has a calming atmosphere. It has books and a game machine-something the parents really appreciate if the kids feel anxious about dental visits. Whether it’s a routine check-up or a more complex procedure, I always leave feeling well taken care of. Fantastic experience: I had such a positive experience with Dr Jiang and his team of exceptionally kind, friendly and personable dental assistants! I went to Dr Jiang for a mucocele on my lower lip - he assessed it meticulously and decided it required more expertise than what he could offer and promptly gave me a referral. I so appreciated the knowledge and insight he displayed that enabled him to confidently determine the appropriate course of action. Knowing what you don't know is such an impressive and underappreciated skill! Thank you Dr Jiang, you are an exemplar of honesty and humility! Also, the waiting room is kitted out with a 2 player arcade machine with so many old school games I couldn't even get past the A's before seeing Dr Jiang!

Negative experience: It used to be a good place that has changed ownership and never informed the clients about it. So basically they had all your data and stored it illegally without your consent. I tried to figure out what was going on. But their reception is both incompetent and not particularly bright. Really shady business, unprofessional approach and those suspicious and fake the new reviews look like. Very upsetting to lose a good local dental practice.

Dr. Jiang is not only professional but also incredibly patient. He took the time to explain my daughter’s dental issues and variable treatment options that were available. Also the receptionist was very kind, she kept an eye on my 6 year old girl and 4 year old boy while I was doing teeth cleaning. Definitely going back!

Negative experience: Really not happy with the service, booked a general dental clean and she (Mrunalini) kept saying that I need to come back to get it cleaned again, when back home found she hadn’t removed plaque just so I book again…like wow.. what a way to make ppl to rebook and pay again! Never going back! Please note, they also go by the name Sydney budget dental!

Fantastic experience: Mac Park is a fantastic dentistry. I had an implant installed and it was a beautiful job. It was so well done that no one even notice I had the work done even though it was one of my top front teeth. My kids get their teeth cleaned at Mac park and loved the experience. They have arcade games in the waiting room and tvs in the surgery rooms, they wish they could stay longer and don’t even notice the teeth cleaning. It’s easy to get to by car with plenty of on site parking. It is so convenient. I’m never going anyway else.

Negative experience: After 3 visit, the pain is still there. Visit Dr Ellie Philips tik tok advise before visiting any dentist that are only trying to profit fr you. I am shocked that I was accused to abuse the dentist and staff. I was just trying to ask the right questions, even thank her before leaving, and she didn't call me when she said she will. I am just giving my honest reviews but now falsely accuse to abuse her. Just ridiculous

Negative experience: Poor customer service and not giving solutions Jay - the man behind the chat talk messenger not doing any work and job properly. Always hanging up the conversation, it is very difficult to have a conversation with Sydney Budget Dental - There is no landline phone to contact with, just asking X-Ray scan and new treatment plan but its taking over a week and still not getting anything. I will give 1 rating for this, because I am so tired waiting for this, obviously they are here not helping the patient, I am in need to get immediate treatmen but the service they provided is way taking too long, this is unacceptable I dont know how and why there is such a customer service like this - but this is one hell of a way to communicate with patients, it is very frustrating, their best excuse is living in a modern world and cutting cost, that is just not making any sense to me. There are situations that needed clear communication and talk over the phone to avoid any misunderstanding, but this is just really not for me. I really wish the communication way is not like this but hanging people in needed help for immediate action. I wish I can give 0 star. This is just not acceptable, sorry and this is my genuine feedback. Thank you for giving me frustration Jay

Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr Mrunalini for a root canal. She was so gentle and thorough and took away all my stress regarding the procedure. She is polite, patient and kind and puts the patients first. Not only that my treatment went smoothly but the crown I got on top looks exactly like my real tooth. She’s a magician with her skills. We drive out of our area to see him, and have done for years, He’s amazing with all my kids, particularly my 3 year old who is normally terrified of Drs or Dentists. Peter is thorough and precise in his work, and doesn’t push unnecessary work ( have had happen at a previous dentist) My daughter’s Invisalign experience exceeded our expectations. Before coming to Sydney Budget Dental I was very anxious and nervous from previous dentist offices in NZ. But Dr. Mrulani took away all my nerves and made the office was very safe and comforting. The work they did and the advice has been so helpful in my new journey to better my teeth. Can't reccomend them enough, best team ever with her dental assistant - Im not too sure how to spell - but what I can say joining them has been life changing for me

Fantastic experience: Dr.Mrunalini Ramini is very attentive to detail and meticulous in understanding the patient requirements. She has thoroughly examined my teeth and patiently explained me the Treatment Plan. She has a top notch chair side manner, very professional and highly skilled dentist.

Negative experience: For those of you who are on a budget, I would highly recommend going with Dental 99, and steering clear of Sydney Budget Dental. Read on... Peter Azzi is not a very competent dentist. He attempted 3 times in as many visits for one tooth, which he never got right; and attempted 2 times for another tooth also in as many visits, which he eventually got right. When raised with the owners, Katrina and James, they both ignored the concerns I raised. I escalated the matter to the HCCC, and Peter provided biased evidence to them, which resulted in a nonchalant response by the government authority. They were previously operating under the name, Midas Dental Macquarie Park, and were partnered with Dental 99. They then had a falling out with Dental 99, and part ways with them. They have recently rebranded themselves to, Sydney Budget Dental, and subsequently changed their business model similar to that of Dental 99. I recently made an appointment with a fully qualified dentist at Sydney Budget Dental, who has the title of a doctor. Note that Peter is not a doctor. They accepted my payment and booking. Lo, just one day before the appointment, they cancelled the booking without my prior knowledge. For those of you who are on a budget, I would highly recommend going with Dental 99, and steering away from Sydney Budget Dental.

Fantastic experience: Peter Azzi is excellent at what he does. He isn't only knowledgeable and thorough in his work but he is also genuinely compassionate towards his patients.
