Absolute nightmare to deal with and not even sure how their practicianer allowed to practise in our soil.... the irony remains getting three fillings done and when payment is to be paid there is a retaliatory attack on the clinic saying they are money grabber ,untrustworthy. I believe you don't go to clinic and say do my filling expecting no cost involved especially when your wife has been to the practise on 23/11/2023 has ben given a quote for the treatment .she attends again requesting the fillings did that mean the dentist forced treatment? It would be nicer if you had enquired with your wife about the care and time taken into treating her , for you knowledge let me tell you the dentist did three filling ,but for the check-up ,and polishing her sharp broken pointy teeth on her request was not charged .There is a saying before you raise your tongue for speech and finger to write you should know the truth.
also you wife did ask us about whitening cost and doing filling eye teeth and booked her appointment for Saturday for clean ,is that all possible if she dint trust us?
patient has attended clinic in 2023 given all option if she attended the clinic again today was it because options are not discussed, if patient is sure and remembers she needed 3 fillings is it because there is no transparency? being aggressive on phone and saying wants refund for the treatment provided is never appreciated then going online threatening to harm the reputation is never acceptable.

Negative experience: Today I had the worst experience at this dentist this morning. I was lied to, very rude behaviour and wanted to over charge me for treatment that I didn't ask for. I was told that the dentist who I normally deal with was no longer working there which to my surprise she was. I saw her, then confronted the front desk and was repeatedly lied and disrespected about the dentist presence. Not only did she lie she was also rude, disrespectful and wanted to over charge me on work I didn't come in for initially. When I refused to agree to her work I left and was followed outside yelling at me that I didn't pay consultation fee. The nerve on her. I do not recommend anyone dealing with this dentist as they are unreliable liars and have no respect for their clients and on top want to rip people off. As a result of this I have been left traumatised and anxious. Bad practice don't go there!!!!!!

You had not been to clinic in 4.5 years.you were happy with treatment provided then hence you reattended the practice. You had made couple appointments with the dentist of your choice in last few months which you failed to attend or confirm. Today the dentist of your choice was going away ,and only came in to attended an emergency patient . It was not her official day of work . You had only confirmed your appointment via sms not requesting and asking for specific dentist. We had called you day before only sms was confirmed not phone confirmed .The dentist who looked after you did the consultation and check up .,to her knowledge the dentist of your choice was leaving on holiday or job(which was not disclosed to her ) . The reception asked you to pay for the consultation ,I don’t think asking for consultation was an offence on our side. The dentist you wanted came to reception and discounted the fee . She dint argue or offend you in anyway . .when you consult a dentist you need to pay for the consultation I think it’s not fair to attack the staff just because we asked you to pay ,as you were leaving with out payment .we had another patient in clinic who was witness to the situation.at the end of the day you dint pay for the service .bad mouthing the practice was never expected .the front teeth veneer you have shows the quality work of the dentist who then did for reasonable price and allowed you to do payment plan .
Negative experience: My daughter had fillings placed in 2 teeth we had issues with both. 1 tooth was an adult tooth, a new xray later week by another dental clinic showed that the filling was not done correctly, it needed to be removed and replaced there was visible decay under the original filling. The other was a baby tooth, we discussed that 1 tooth did not have an adult tooth underneath told me they put a filling in this tooth. They did not, the tooth they filled was the one next to it and it fell out within 3 months. When xrays were sent to them to discuss they denied any fault.

Fantastic experience: It's been one and a half years and I have finally gotten my braces off. At first my teeth were all over the place and I believed that it won't be able to be fixed. However, Dr. Menon assured me that the treatment will help fix my smile. And it did. Dr. Menon has made my braces journey enjoyable and she is very caring towards her patients. I was delighted to have her as my orthodontist. I will come again!

Negative experience: What kind of establishment is this? The reception has got to be the worst person to deal with. Can't answer basic questions about appointments, couldn't assist in any capacity with anything else. Then called me to say can you come in now because we had alot of cancellations when I said I couldn't she said we will have to cancel your 3pm unfortunately as we will be closing early. What kind of a joke is this? Is this your service level? Your receptionist should be let go or at least if she's saying your going to close early cos it's quiet that is ok the owner which is even more frustrating. Won't be dealing with this place again.

Negative experience: Worst Dentist or Clinic I have ever been to. No regret on patient waiting, no communication or to informed the waiting patient. They think we are there for their free service. And moreover, the way they talk to patients are utter ridiculous. In addition, they have to understand one dentist cannot serve 2-3 people at the same time, and if you cannot handle the workload you should not accept appointment. When you try explaining this, they will come at you in a weirdest way. Be careful if you looking for a superior service, and this is a place which suppose to provide heath services not a corner shop.

I understand you support your community ,Ayesha and her husband was upset Tuesday due to wait ,but ethically it’s not good for you to bad mouth to support a friend without attending clinic or knowing truth.
Sometimes dentist may be running behind time due to emergency procedure or sometimes patients who attend may need special care , without understanding please don’t blame clinic or dentist .
When there is wait at doctors ,airport ,other services we don’t share same cancel culture ?then why do you do it to defend a relative who complained about the waiting time . The dentist have still provided the service with outmost care and dedication , no aggression was used in language or action so why are you crucifying someone for waiting time ? yes nurses and reception may not be able to give aptly the delay in service but patience and gratitude have been low in our current generation .Due you understand health service have shortage of staff and there is great work load but we have not compromised on service and provided the care .some days dentist have met with accident or had personal crisis so would have gone to attend same and got delayed due to same staff can’t say the reason of personal loss they keep it professional ,why are the public judgemental of moment rather not appreciate the care ?
We don’t have to explain all that wait you complain .but we do ask for respect and treated like humans or how you treat your family .

Negative experience: Very poor hygiene practice .first visit cheap Treating more than one patient at time without washing her hand when she come-to treat the other patient only put gloves on .Then over charged you.very rude dr menon disrespectful and dishonest.pay $850 for root canal for 13 years old with out let my before she put her hand my my son.she didn’t ask for my consent before she do the treatment . Today the 19th October my son came from school holding in his hand the filling she done it meant be a good job as she claims to be.I paid money for very bad job .can’t be trust to do a proper job.I called her , and explain to her that I already paid for this treatment and it fell off and only last 5 months she hang up on me.she was very rude.unprofessional

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Dr Parmatha from last few years,She is absolutely amazing , always charge very reasonable , comparatively was paying a lot more with previous dentist.aboth my kids and I love her! She is great with kids and makes the whole journey seamless.. Dentists give me anxiety but not this clinic, I have had cosmetics from fillings to cleans here and always feel great afterwards! The girls at reception are also great very friendly and welcoming! Absolutely no complaints

We understand the pricing may have been a factor but the operators charge based on the treatment provided .The invalidation and dismissal of credits they have attributed with hard efforts on social platform is never encouraged. Just because we are upset we don’t wish we hid the truth in anger .

Negative experience: Went for a clean with Dr. Menon and found 3 issues with my visit. 1. Not hygienic, as she saw 2 patients at the same time. She saw me and left me on the chair to see another patient next door back and forth multiple times. She cleaned my teeth halfway and then left me to treat the other patient next door. 2. Rush while cleaning my teeth: She just wanted to get it done quickly (maybe because the other patient was waiting for her next door) 3. Price for deep cleaning is $300, while in my case I got a discounted price of $220. I've surveyed other dental clinics, price for deep clean is supposed to be around $160. Not planning to go there ever again. Anyone looking for a dentist better go to any other clinic but this one.

But I was a witness to the treatment provided to you , dentist dint compromise on the care given to you ,nor there was a hygiene issue (which you could see with the result of the treatment provided to you)
Yes you were smile member the dentist have not actually put even charged deep clean codes per tooth so as you dint have to pay extra deep cleans are never 160 ,but if you found an another place with better pricing and you are happy to go there for follow up care
The dentist was never in rush she sat with you detailing the post care instructions and maintenance

I am surprised you had bad experience ,if I recognise you right you had requested for 99dollar clean but after periodontal assessment it was a deep clean provided .deep clean full arch is not 260! You are grateful dentist discounted you as you had got your child earlier,
Nor she said you had dirty teeth nor you stopped her .Also since I was there in clinic in addition to the nurse and dentist ,heard her speak to you in your language which just you two understood .You yourself were feeling grateful and was happy with result .But at reception when you had to do payment you were not happy as bupa insurance dint cover much and you had to pay .If you were genuine and had appreciated the effort ,time she took on the day for a result you actually enjoy today with all the care and instructions she gave you ,this was not the review expected.Payment for deep clean is different ,a dentist time and staff efforts can’t be so inappreciable .

firstly wish to wholeheartedly apologies for the wait,But we would have been glad if you had acknowledged the efforts put by staff who were working tirelessly on public holiday to attend to emergencies today.You must have also seen the other patients waited patiently because they believed in us.When you called us for an appointment we dint turn you away ,but we had similar such appointments whole day today from child as young as 15 months to older patient 85 years old,during emergency we priorities urgency ,yes you saw the dentist saw the waiting area to make a judgement call but you failed to see the actual story behind the scene.Never judge someone till you know the actual situation like said its easy to criticize till you land in their shoes.As you had your story there is a story on other side.We understand the discomfort caused to you.
Negative experience: Came to have a crown refitted and it was a real hack job. The dentist began putting the crown back on and had to shave down my crown and the tooth above the crown. Midway through the shaving she called the receptionist in for help because she couldnt get it right. Then both the dentist and receptionist took turns like they were playing a game of operation. They got the job done but i think they damaged my top tooth because i have been experiencing pain there ever since. And the crown fell off (6 months later)

Fantastic experience: I have seen many dentists for various treatments and i can honestly say Dr Pramatha at Lyndarum Family Dental is by far the best I've ever been to! She's so friendly and knowledgeable, she was able to do everything that i needed done, including wisdom tooth extraction, orthodontic treatment, an implant, tooth whitening and veneers, and a few fillings. I am so happy with my new smile! I've also taken all of my 3 children to see her and they can be a hand full sometimes, but they where looked after so well and where happy when they left, i wouldn't take my family anywhere else! 10 out of 10 gold stars. Negative experience: PLEASE DO NOT GO!!! We had a really really bad experience. They were not professional at all. You can sense it the second you walk in. Place smells funky and doesnt look like a professional dentist. And that was just the start! The procedure was very very painful. Please do your self a favour and go somewhere else. This is the first time is wrote a review and is only did it to protect others going thru this.

Negative experience: Very dodgy dental clinic and not professional. Don't risk to go here. Few words explain a lot about your dodgy service. Anyways here you ago... I booked my dental appointment 1 week ago for my son. On the day of appointment I was waiting for more than 30mins After 30mins our Medicare was checked even though we filled in all the registration form as soon as we arrived there ont-ime. When checked with reception she said it is going to take still more time for us to be seen and there is also another patient in front us to been seen as well. So we asked to cancel our appointment and left the place. The dentist Promoda then calls and inform us we were about seen next where the receptionist gave us completely different info. Atleast they could have called us beforehand that they have accepted emergency walk in patient in our appointment slot so that we could have rescheduled our appointment some other time. Very dodgy and in appropriate management. They are professionals. Please don't go here.

Negative experience: I've had the worst experience with this Dental Comic today. I made an appointment for my son to have his tooth extracted and offered to pay online. Receptionist wouldn't take payment. Called again for payment still wouldn't accept it. My son turned up for appointment and was told can't do it as he needs to pay first. Told him to leave. He traveled all the way from Kilmore. Never again! Horrible customer service!!!

Negative experience: I’m quite disappointed with the lack of experience dental practitioners have here. I’ve been there twice to get my fill in’s done, fill in’s took more than the 2 month period to heal. I can no longer eat on that side as much anymore, its very sensitive to hot and cold tempretures too. Before being introduced to this place, i could eat regardless of what it was. I also got it x rayed before i had a fill in done and nothing was wrong, it was then after i had the pain. I take very good care of my teeth and they are well maintained. I avoid sweets at all costs and i don’t usually eat them because of dietary reasons. So i decided to transitioned to a new dentist and they said i have nerve damage. My parents spent over 11 grand on my teeth, such as braces and jaw surgery and overtime i am paying them back, therefore i am in debt :) They are cheaper than most places because of the discounts but that still doesn’t account for the pain and suffering i had to overcome these past 8 months because of their screw up. Thanks guys, I’m too nice to take anyone to court, so I’ll just never come back. :)

Negative experience: I have heard good things about the dental practice but its service unfortunately did not satisfy its reputation. Not very professional, no inquiry on dental health, treatment was unsatisfactory and the doctors were lousy, barely any social interaction. Not worth the price and I would not recommend.
