Fantastic experience: Best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. Jenny goes out of her way to deliver the best possible care.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant dentists and staff. I arrived in agony with a back molar with an abscess which I found extremely painful and I hadn't slept in days. I was told the dentist who would look after me was Angela. I cannot speak highly enough of her. Extremely caring, knowledgeable and a talented dentist. When you actually find a dentist like this you keep going back. Even though I am from Sydney and was only visiting, it will be worth the trip. Bec who handled the booking and details was fab too. In fact all of the staff I met are great. And they smile and laugh so that's a win from me. Thank you to all of you but especially to Angela.

Fantastic experience: Dr Angela Xuan is such a great dentist. I appreciate all that she does for me. I will keep recommending her to more and more people. The team that supports her including, Brydie, Beth and Tori are awesome too!

Fantastic experience: I recently broke a bottom molar, and the team at Nova Smiles Wallsend had me fixed up in no time. Dentist Matt and assistant Brydie were incredibly friendly and professional, turning what could have been a stressful visit into a surprisingly enjoyable experience. Dentist Matthew is the best, I really appreciate how easy our visits are with two small children who need lots of reassurance and smiles. Negative experience: booked in here to get a checkup and clean during which they wanted to do Xrays. I said i dont want to pay for Xrays as i have been burned by dentists before. The dentist replied that the Xrays are part of the "Package" which i asked what package? he then forced me to have xrays i didnt want and charge me $400 for it all. SCAM

Fantastic experience: I attended this practise yesterday for the first time and had a lovely experience. Dr Camila was kind, informative and gave me several treatment options with no pressure at all to do any of them. I will definitely be back (as will my family!).

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best Dental Practice I have ever been to. Dr Jenny is warm, thoughtful, listens to your concerns and explains everything, and shows you what is happening with the advanced technology they use. Painless, dare I say that about a dentist, but so true. The reception staff are amazing, attentive, kind and friendly. The premises are first class. My Dentist now. So happy that because of a very painful tooth, that I was sure I was going to lose, they could fit me in, relieve my pain and save the tooth. Amazing. Thank you Nova Smiles.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience! They were lovely and explained my issues well, giving me tips that were easy to encorporate into my brushing routine. Also, CHEAP! The best price I found from ringing around (and it included dental xrays) but they were still the best review star rating, I can see why!

Positive experience: Beautiful place. Went for a wisdom tooth extraction. Completed the process very smoothly and professionally. I didnt feel a thing. However, they charged $380 just for a simple teeth extraction. Way too pricey in my opinion. The wisdom tooth i had was a very simple extraction process just like a regular extraction as well. So I dont know why it was so pricey. I was expecting it to be about $250 max. Other than that, great team. :)

Negative experience: Worst experience. First left waiting at reception whilst person across the hall saw me and didn't acknowledge me or moved! Had to wait 20 min.. I needed a third quote, for smile makeover (cosmetic approx. worth $12k) and dentist wasn't confident giving me the crowns for my front teeth and said she didn't know what would happen with them in the future . Waste of time, yet I was still expected my health fund paid for visit . Very unprofessional. I'm happy to go somewhere else ☺

Fantastic experience: The best dental in Newcastle. The receptionists and the doctor was very friendly and helpful. I did my wisdom tooth decay filling and took less than one hour to do the filling. I have done it almost two years ago and still never have a problem. I couldn’t recommend how good the doctor work and how reasonable the price is.

Fantastic experience: I can not recommend this dental clinic enough!! Dr Jenny, Dr Mary-Kate and the team are just fantastic. They are welcoming, professional and empathetic. The clinic is spotless! I’ve had my fair share of appointments there recently, due to wisdom teeth causing havoc and invisilign appointments, and I can’t speak more highly about my experience. I’ve had two infections (at no fault of the clinic) and they have taken care of me so well. I’ve had general check-up/cleans on multiple occasions, fillings and a wisdom tooth extracted. All of these appointments have been personal, yet professional from the moment I walk through the door. I’m recommending this practice to anyone who will listen!! I hope that Dr Jenny and the team are around for many more years to come because they have my complete trust when it comes to dental care.

Negative experience: I book appointment with the dentist to get my teeth done two days later each time I drink something cold or hot it hurts so I caught up to talk to my dentist He’s not working on that day The person at the office keeping assisting she can help me so at the end she can’t answer my question and she said she left the dentist know and give me a call back what a waste of time Bad service I call back a couple weeks later the same person name Keuer i’ll tell her to pass a message to my doctor and discuss in person with the same problem Bad service

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Jenny for a check up, cleaning, and 6 fillings on my front teeth. I found her to be kind and clear in her explanations. I felt at ease during my procedure even though I don't like needles. Thank you Dr. Jenny for being so gentle and meticulous, and for improving my smile!

Negative experience: Went for a teeth cleaning today, it was almost too quick, it only took me less than 20mins including checkup and consultation and cleaning. I got home and checked the results in the mirror, not happy with it, don’t think it’s cleaned thoroughly. Also didn’t think received polishing and flossing as teeth cleaning procedure usually include.

Fantastic experience: I have never had such a calming experience going to the dentist. I was relaxed because the staff was so friendly and the whole ambience was zen. I usually dread the experience but I’m actually quite comfortable with going back to have further dental work done. Thank you so much .

Fantastic experience: I had my digital scan for Invisalign here and can't wait to have straighter teeth. Dr Jenny was so kind and informative. I have always been a bit hesitant to go to the dentist, but Daniel and Jenny made me feel so welcomed. They explained everything to me and made me feel at ease every step of the way. I would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Dr Jenny and Daniel are wonderful. As soon as i sat in the chair i said "I'm not going to lie, I'm absolutely terrified". They were so caring and calming. Dr Jenny explained everything throughout the whole procedure (2 fillings). She was so gentle. I didn't even feel the needle. The surgery is modern and meticulously clean and sterile. I was given a follow up phone call a couple of hours later to make sure everything was ok. I highly recommend Dr Jenny and the team at Nova Smiles Wallsend. I can finally say I've had a good dental experience

Negative experience: Called to ask if I could fit in for an emergency appointment. Conversation went: “Have you been here before?” “No-I’m from...[the south east and have been evacuated due to fire threatening my home]” “Then no” Now, If there no appointments available then there’s none available and that’s just bad luck, but there’s no advantage in being rude about it and no cost to being polite about it.

Fantastic experience: Nova smiles dental is such a friendly and happy practice. My kids love Dr Jenny and Daniel and feel so at ease in the chair. They communicate well about appointments and findings during treatment and are always happy to give advice and answer any concerns. We always leave happy and relaxed. Fantastic experience: My Mum and I had been going to heaps of dentists trying to find the right fit and we are over the moon to have found Jenny and the team. We had found many other dentists seemed more interested in the money they could make out of you but Jenny wants you to have great teeth at a great price as a valued long term client. Jenny did a beautiful repair job on my Mum's front teeth that was a work of art. My cleaning was done with an ultrasonic water device that didn't hurt. They even gave us goodies bags. Happy customers indeed.

Fantastic experience: Amazing dentists and very fair pricing. Nova genuinely cares about your needs and has some of the latest equipment that many do not. They were the only ones that could look after me on short notice, with superb results. One of the best around!

Fantastic experience: Took in my 5 year old daughter Zuriel for a dental checkup and found the dentist there, Dr Manika very friendly. My daughter just connected to Dr Manika. I booked an appointment 2 days later and took my daughter in and had her tooth filled. Wonderful staff and setup too. Highly recommend Aqua dental care to anyone with a dental problem. My daughter is still asking when her next visit to her dentist will be.
