Fantastic experience: This is a super impressive family dental practice. Dr Ash and her team have really 'freshened up' the experience of visiting the dentist. They've clearly set some high standards for being patient-centred and it's been consistently evident in the level of passion, care and competence they've delivered for our family. Shout-out to Sita and Beth - I managed to provide a last-minute challenge on a Friday and without hesitation their response was, "We'll stay back and get it done". Picked up the next morning, 8:30am Saturday (apologies) and they nailed it - thank you! Highly recommended for the whole family.

Fantastic experience: Visiting the dentist is not something anyone looks forward to; however, I know I am in the best practice, here, to help me get through the work that is required for my situation. If they can do all they have with me ~ ~ then every other person visiting for the first time will never fear the dentist again AS LONG AS THEY ARE COMING HERE. My teeth were in particular bad condition due to life events. My first visit was an emergeny ~ a horrific abscess that reqired immediate attention. Grace (on reception) was obviously concerned and got me in immediately ~ two (2) hours later. I feel comfortable knowing that I have put myself in the best hands of this unique team ~ the most caring and connected dental practice I have been fortunate to come across. It is obvious this is cohesive team with a HOLISTIC APPROACH ~ creating a warm working environment for ALL INVOLVED. Thank you Sujay (dentist) and Sita (dental assistant) for being so gentle and understanding of my unique situation whilst in the chair. AND thank you also to the reception team, Grace and Binnita, who are are on top of everything immediately. They always follow up the next day to ensure I am progressing well.

From the reception to the assistants, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I was given details at every step of treatment. Dr. Kathryn is very oriented to details and is good at dealing with people who are usually anxious at the dentist.

You are unique with genetics and past dental works, and all this is taken into account for current and future health. With time to explain, dedication and experience, the team look after every patient with care, with added consideration of airways that are affected by our overall state of teeth. Our children have had successful gentle, early intervention to prevent invasive, costly corrections in future. For us parents, our once neglected, now restored teeth are able to be kept as long as possible. Dr Ash took the time to assess me, reassure me, and book me in for a safe root canal and filling despite being fully booked. Her dental nurse and receptionist are professional and warm.
