Fantastic experience: Thank you so much Dr Yadira! I was suffering from extreme gum and tooth pain for almost 2 weeks and was told from a different dentist that my pain was simply because I required braces which was extremely disheartening - and very draining on my mental health. From family recommendation I decided to go to Highclere dental as I woke up this morning with an abscess. Dr Yadira was extremely kind, thorough and examined my condition to find the exact cause and why my gums were not happy. She then found a piece of popcorn lodged deep into my gum - I’am extremely lucky it didn’t turn into a greater infection! Thank you so much again Dr Yadira and the team for being so kind, helpful and just great Dentists!

Fantastic experience: I was fortunate to have a friend recommend this Dental Centre to me. I have seen DR Mike now several times and I feel relaxed and confident in his expertise and up-to-date technology. The nurses and reception staff are always helpful and obliging. The waiting room has a wonderful relaxed feeling that you don't even feel your at a Dental Centre.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Yadira Martinez and her nurse Sandra are so amazing! My young daughter was so nervous and they both made her feel so relaxed. Dr Yadira took her time to explain everything to her and she was so patient with her. Highly recommend, will be booking the whole family in with her.

Fantastic experience: If I could give 10 stars I would. I have been seeing Vesna for close to 20 years. Out of any professional that I have ever seen I would say Vesna is the most competent and empathetic which is really hard to come by. Vesna you are an absolute treasure.

Fantastic experience: This practice has been our family dentist for years and we have always had a wonderful experience here. Mike and his team are great, it’s a clean and friendly environment. Dr Martinez is the best with kids and highly recommend her for your kids as my 8 year old was always in fear of the dentists and now he loves to go.

Fantastic experience: My mum visited Dr. Mariana Denes four times and couldn't stop singing her praises. Dr. Denes is incredibly knowledgeable and takes her time with each procedure. She's meticulous and patient, always willing to elaborate when I had further questions. My mum has seen other dentists before, but she said Dr. Denes is by far the best and will continue to see her from now on whenever necessary. I'm not sure who the dental assistant was who was always with Dr. Denes but she was very lovely and kind too. My sisters and I also had appointments here with a different dentist, his name was Dr Maher Abodawood and the dental assistant, Rita. My younger sisters went for consultations and fillings, while I had my wisdom tooth extracted. They were both fantastic. He clearly has a lot of expertise and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. My sisters are also happy with the whole process. Rita was wonderfull. At the end of my visit, I had some questions and needed some clarifying, and she took her time to explain everything to me kindly and thoroughly. I highly recommend Highclere Dental Centre. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, and I feel they truly care about their patients. Thank you for looking after my mum, myself and my two younger sisters!

Fantastic experience: My name is Zuzana i am going to this dental clinic for 25years the whole staf is amazing poeple with heart caring and compation.My teeth where very bad and Mike Pandew and his wife save my teeth advice i will have folst teeth long time ago there work amazingly they do miracles no other dentis will do i strongly recommended this clinic.The clinic is in old house which was renovated to the clinic nice furniture beautifull energy you dont feel you are in dentist.I am so thankful to those poeple they feel like family to me.

Negative experience: I attended for a deep clean due to discovering I had a gum problem. I had the first side of my mouth completed ( not pleasant at all) and booked to have the other side done. Having spent $340 and being on the top health cover I expected a grind. This never came. The dentist had not put the code for the initial assessment on the receipt. The Manager promised they would remedy it but still I have not heard and I am needing the treatment completed. This is really disappointing especially when each month I pay a premium health fund I can barely afford but do so for this very purpose!

She talked me through every step of the process and was very kind and patient throughout in answering my questions. I couldn't reccomend Yadi more highly!

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist can be an experience in itself. I've been going here for a few years now & find ALL the staff friendly and helpful with me. Inside is spacious and comfortable to relax in with ample parking at the front & rear of the building. My experience here has always been great & would recommend this to anyone seeking a dentist in this area.

He has completely transferred my smile and went over and above to ensure that I was more than happy, for a fraction of the price that I had been quoted elsewhere. Positive experience: Dr Mike is a great dentist have no complaints regarding him.. But their Indian receptionist has no people skill and I find her very rude. Example she was telling me regardless what I do with a tooth that has mooved it won't make a difference like she is in my mouth and knows how I feel. In other words didn't want to make me an appointment.

Fantastic experience: I was very anxious about having two wisdom teeth removed as one of them had a root on a difficult angle, the public system had said I would need to have them removed under GA in hospital. Vesna made an appointment with me to discuss the procedure and to offer suggestions for if I would like to be referred, Vesna did not charge me for this. I felt informed and reassured and booked a time for Vesna to remove the wisdom teeth, the procedure was over very quickly without any pain. Vesna talked to me through out the procedure and did an amazing job. I returned a year later to have my other two wisdom teeth removed and again the experience was positive. I see Vesna for all my regular check ups and I also book my children in to see Vesna and she is excellent with them too. The receptionists at Highclere are friendly and the the environment is clean and calming.

Fantastic experience: I have been to many dentists so when I tell you this is by far the greatest dental practice I've ever been to, I'm not exaggerating in the least bit the staff here are extremely caring and thorough and gave me the most comprehensive initial exam and an amazing treatment plan.
