Fantastic experience: I am a new patient to Your Dentistree and was able to see Dr Nathan Fong on very short notice. He and his lovely dental nurse were so wonderful in the extraction of my very stubborn tooth. Being so gentle and caring and funny, they made the process as best as it could be, sending me home with bits and bobs for further care. I cannot recommend them higher and I’m so happy to have found my forever Dentist, thankyou Nathan and his lovely Dental Nurse

Fantastic experience: Had the best experience with dr Pamela ng! She was so nice and did such a great job. The pricing was cheaper than anything else I'd found, and also because they are a smile.com dentist I got even more of a discount. They have TV's on the ceiling so when I had a long appointment they just put headphones on me and went to work! Dr pam went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and happy and I understood everything. So happy and will be a customer for life now.

Fantastic experience: Great Dentist - Friendly and easy to speak with queries over the phone or person. My 8 year old daughter had a lot of anxiety about getting a couple of teeth out, we were not keen to have full anesthesia and Dr. Pam and the team were just so nice and professional to make it happen with happy gas. I have also had dental work done at this clinic with Dr. Nath and again very happy with the clear, friendly communication and professionalism from the entire staff.

I had a consult today with Dr Ellie who took the time to understand and listen to my concerns and organise a treatment plan for me. I have seen a few dental clinics since moving to the area and I now know I have found my dentist. I previously spoke with Rachelle over email to organise my appointment and address my concerns around my dental anxiety. She took the time to respond to all my questions with compassion and did not make me feel judged for my fears. 100% recommend this clinic.

It’s a really lovely environment though so I quickly lost that uncomfortable feeling. Slav was super nice and fitted my Invisalign. He explained everything and did a great job. Fantastic experience: Great group of people. On the 31st of December, 2023 I had badly broken tooth that needed attention soon. I sent an email and they had replied the following day (1st of January, 2024) and they managed to get me in a few days. Dr. Jack was my dentist and he was honestly great, one of the most gentle dentists I've ever met. Fixed my tooth and explained what to expect going forward and assured me I could call in any time. The office went as far to message me say next day to check in with me, I've never had that happen before, excellent service all around. They have a life long patient here now.

I had to have a tooth removed and contacted Your Dentistree Mornington and Rachel on reception was amazing, caring and made me feel at ease. I rang and had an appointment with Dr Jack. I Cried due to being terrified but he made me feel ok with what would happen and talked me through everything he did. He and Danni his nurse were very caring and kind to me. My daughter has major anxiety with the dentist and I was told she would need to be put under general aesthetic to get fillings done. That was until I found this place! I have a HUGE (Irrational) fear of dentistry and after John Osborne Retired from his practice I have really struggled finding anyone I feel I can trust. I had an appointment with Dr Ellie Shih and she was incredible! Was able to take care of an issue I had been told numerous times would need hospitalisation, and no one else would even consider taking care of. She was gentle, caring and very understanding. Years of pain and anguish taken care of within an hour! Not only was the treatment efficient and skilled, the cost did not leave me in further pain. From the moment you walk into the practice, all contact is kind, caring and considerate and not an ounce of judgment. I cannot recommend them highly enough! THANK YOU to the entire team. Fantastic experience: I have just had a pain free wisdom tooth extraction, not just any tooth, a wisdom tooth! It is now 24 hours later and no pain or swelling, Dr Slav is so highly skilled and so gentle. He applied the numbing gel, and took plenty of time to make sure it had fully activated before the injection - completely pain free! He then took time to make sure the local anaesthetic took effect, all while he and the wonderful dental nurse Taylor made sure I felt at ease. He then started to work on the tooth, checking regularly that I was okay, ready to stop if I felt any pain, but I felt nothing, and a short while later he removed something from my mouth and placed it on his table. I thought that can't be the tooth, but it was, all done. I have been fortunate enough to be a patient of Dr Slav's for many years, initially in Mornington, then in Cheltenham, and now back in Mornington at his brand new modern practice. He hand picks each of his dental colleagues, who share his ethos, and are highly skilled. From when you walk into reception, and are greeted by people like the remarkable Mary, you know that this is not like so many other dentists. This is not a "hello Mr ABC, take a seat, the doctor will be with you" kind of place, there is a real warmth, caring and family feel. I would encourage anyone to give this clinic a try, you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: This impressive young man has been my dentist of choice for over 10 years. I followed him when he moved to his own practice in Cheltenham and am now delighted that he has opened a second practice back in Mornington, the drive is much more pleasant. I believe his skill and chairside manner will continue to serve him well as he expands his practice in this new location.
