Negative experience: I made an appointment to go here. They tried to call me once while I was at work on the day of the appointment. I didn’t pick up the phone and went straight to the appointment. Turns out they cancelled my appointment because it was too late and didn’t offer to reschedule or apologise for the inconvenience. This is a legitimate and not fake. Please don’t go here.

Negative experience: First let me say that the dentists and the dental assistance have been great. The infection control is top notch and knowledge and care is great and better than most dentists in my experience. My qualms related to the operation and the management of the clinic. On three occasions they screwed up payment with hicapps machine and today I had an appointment for a filling at 9.30 am which they cancelled and didn't bother to tell me after I had confirmed many times that the appointment was today. The reception at this clinic either requires more training or grossly incompetent or is pressured by some directive by management that make no sense which is not good any way its spun. I'd probably be less annoyed if they were open on the weekends but those hour were taken away even on an ad hoc basis making it challenging with anyone with a 9-5 job to organise time outside of work. When we book within clinic time the clinic screws up the timing. I am a good patient: I show up on time and I follow direction with dental care but I have put up with enough. Therefore, I won't be coming back. Although the dentists are great it's a gamble every single time whether the admin part will go well. If you value your time you shouldn't either.

Negative experience: Sorry I have had a terrible experience with 1 extraction taking 2 very long appointments, 1 being 5 hours & the second 3 Hours & 1/4 of the Tooth is still there. Spent last night in the emergency room at the hospital in extreme pain.

Negative experience: One star is very generous here. I bought my disabled client here for dental work, we called twice to confirm the appointment as getting this person out causes a great deal of anxiety. We called in the morning and then again 30 minutes prior to be told the appointment was going ahead. We arrived 15 minutes later to be told by very rude reception staff that the doctor - if you can even call him that - went home and had no appointments scheduled this day. I showed my call log, I showed my clients, the reception staff then told me it wasn't there number so I called it in front of them; and what do you know? Their phone rang. She then tried to tell me I must have spoke to someone else on staff who didn't know there was no appointments, when I asked if this other staff had access to the appointment books, she actually had the audacity to say that was not our concern what staff have access to. All this, in front of my VERY anxious and physically impaired client. Disgusting service! No compassion for their patients, no apologies.

Negative experience: I have a disability and was marginalized. After ages of waiting I arrived to the clinic for my appointment,( that I called and confirmed) only to be told he went home. I made another appointment but they made me wait ages. Instead of apologies the dentist called me a liar. He was rude and dismissive. I won't go back as they love messing people around then be rude about it.

Negative experience: Not usually my cup of tea giving reviews however i would keep away from this clinic. Very expensive and reception staff rude. Automatically book me in for a clean and check up every year. The receptionist rang me at the time of the appointment. Sorry i cant remember making the appointment. The receptionist hung upon me. Pretty rude.

Negative experience: Stay away - Only out for your money. Second visit to this clinic. First time was about 2 years ago and saw a female dentist who was just lovely, but she has since left. Second visit was in February. I booked a checkup and clean and saw Dr John Herrington. Despite having healthy teeth and gums he took 2 X-rays (approx $100)and gave me a fluoride treatment (approx $50) without my asking my permission to proceed. Considering I wasn’t asked if I would like these treatments, I assumed it was now part of the checkup and clean and included in the price. However that was not the case, I was charged the extra on the bill. I was totally shocked and just stupidly paid the bill rather then complain there and then. I called and complained the following day and asked for a refund which they agreed to, however its been 4 weeks and still no refund. I have followed up many times with no reply. Their Customer service is just shocking, they obviously don’t know how to handle customers. I finally got a response from the dentist himself who actually called me just last week to argue who is right and wrong which I found so unprofessional and strange. I don’t know what he wanted out of that call. He also took personal swipes at me and was basically accusing me of making it up! Even though he admitted that he always takes X-rays as part of his consultation. I am totally shocked at their unprofessionalism and the response from this dentist. He did end the call by agreeing to refund me, but I am yet to see the money. I’ll be taking this matter further as it’s wrong that they scam money out of patients like this and I’m sure it’s not the first time. Stay away front this dentist.

Negative experience: Terrible do not use. My daughter had a bridge made there just over 1 year ago. When it was first made 3 different dentists worked on it as they all quit thier jobs and left. When it was finally done it did not look right. When I asked about it I was told "it was fine" It has now broken off her tooth only 1 year later. When I enquired about getting this looked at I was told that I would have to pay for a consult. How is this my responsibility. Those Bridges should last at least 5 years without a problem. I requested to speak to the practice manager and was told.i was not allowed to. Rude staff only out for your money. No patient care whatsoever.

Negative experience: Had a damaged tooth reshaped here. It was not done correctly to match exact shape it should've been (or even close) I saw a dentist there on a follow up, and when I brought this up; asking about it being redone correctly for a discount they said they would have to speak to management. After making several calls to them following up on this in following weeks and hearing nothing, I visited, where the dentist again avoided me and had reception pass on that they would not be willing to re-do the job properly for a discount. I asked to have the manager contact me regarding this, I've since called to ask again and months have passed. Manager/dentist are deliberately ignoring me. Avoid this clinic. They don't care for customer service or doing a good job.

Negative experience: Response to the owner to Moiz Khowaja's feedback. Khowaja didn't say it was the "male receptionist", he said it was someone on the phone who spoke rudely with him when he tried to reschedule the appointment and he clearly said that "his daughter" was the patient, not him. If you have cameras and "records", you can clearly tell who answered the phone that time of the day, he mentioned the time as well. As it was our first time visit to this clinic, the first appointment was supposed to 6:30 PM booked via healthengine, but we started getting calls to come early at 4 PM when we didn't book at 4 PM. We had commitments, however, we still managed to be there by 6 PM and they said its too late. Why would you offer appointments at 6:30 PM on health engine when you stop services earlier? It was a sweet lady who was there at the time and she rebooked us, which we accepted with smiles and no complains. During the next appointment, our daughter got sick, we called in to reschedule when someone spoke to my husband rudely. We aren't registered patient with you because of this incident. Mostly, companies apologise for their staff's rude behaviour not threaten with dealing with the legal team because here we are the ones that were harassed over the phone. We haven't visited your clinic since then and not planning to in the future. Thank you!

Negative experience: So I went there on Monday 5:00 PM with my daughter because we had an appointment at 6:00 PM we booked via healthengine. When we reached there they told us at the very last moment that they have turned off the machine and they close at 5:30. They rebooked us for Wednesday at 1:00 PM, we accepted it. Now on Wednesday my daughter was not feeling well so I called them around 12:40 to reschedule the appointment but there was a very rude guy on the phone; THE MEANEST EVER!! He told me that he can't reschedule it because we will loose a patient because of me. Now instead of understanding me that BECAUSE OF THEM, last time we were not able to see the dentist just because they turned the machine off at the nick of time and we had to go back eventhough we had booked an appointment with THEM! This guy was yelling at me and hung up the phone on me. Now I don't know his name but I will tell you in case the management of this clinic is reading; I called on Wednesday 7 March, 2018 at 12:40 PM so if you could maybe check the schedule and find out who he was and teach him some manners. This was the WORST experience of my life thanks to this mean guy over the phone.
