Dr. Simon McPherson, along with the entire team of nurses and the receptionist, were all amazing.From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile by the receptionist, which immediately put me at ease. The nurses were incredibly professional, kind, and gentle, making sure I was comfortable throughout my entire visit.Dr. Simon McPherson is truly a phenomenal dentist. He is not only highly skilled but also has a wonderful bedside manner. He took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment plan, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I felt informed and confident every step of the way. Fantastic experience: Jacqui is the absolute best dentist I have been to & I’ve been to quite a few in my extensive journey with my teeth! She is warm & obviously cares very much about her patients. I like how she explains everything she is about to do & checks you are ready & ok. Each term she used she explained to me so I understood what notes were being taken & why. The clean was so gentle & thorough. She took some X-rays & went through them with me in the appt. I highly, highly recommend seeing Jacqui. Very glad I’ve found someone to trust & give good advice.

Fantastic experience: I really like the rapport I have with Bridget. I have been coming here since 2019 for overall oral - checks , cleans since getting my braces on. I didn’t go to a dentist for 15 years due to the horrible experience I gain and once I had my first appointment with Erin . I’ve been confident coming back whenever Erin or Bridget needed me too. Erin went above and beyond when I had to get my wire cut because it came out of the bracket and she squeezed me in between her patients as I couldn’t get into my orthodontic!

Fantastic experience: Without doubt the best dentist I've seen. I had an appointment with Dr Gee today, with Vicky as nurse, and was incredibly impressed with the entire experience. Everyone from receptionists through to my nurse and dentist were really friendly, explained everything very, very clearly and were exceptionally professional in their high quality work. I've actually never walked out of a dentist genuinely happy before but today I did. I'm ditching the dentist I've seen for years to see Dr Gee for my future dental care. These guys are terrific and I wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone. Thankyou :)

Negative experience: Latest update 30/11/2022 Today 28/11/2022 Today I had my second last appointment at Aesthetik Geelong Westfield, where 2 fillings were done by Dr John. Dr John has now done 3, 3 that were missed by Dr McPherson at Totally Smiles. Dr McPherson wanted to pull out a front top tooth, he said it was to bad to fill and had to come out. I said it was not giving me a problem so I want to leave it in, I said that it may last me 3 months or 3 years. Anyway Dr Jonn only took a few minutes to do the filling after he said the tooth was good, and the tooth was restored, how about that! The other tooth Dr McPherson had missed was a bottom left tooth, Dr John did a filling on that and took a bit longer at about 25 minutes. I am now happy and I am also disappointed, disappointed with Dr McPherson, for obvious reasons, I don't make it up. On a brighter note, in 2 days time I will have my final appointment, a teeth clean and polish, of which was not offered to me at Totally Smiles. I have the pleasure to show you my new dentures made by the most caring Dr John and his most caring staff at Aesthetik, Westfield Shopping Centre Geelong, oh, and the black coffee on arrival was mostly appreciated. I paid Aesthetik $2879.00 for the work done that was required and new dentures, upper and lower, see photo's. I am totally unhappy with Dr Simon McPherson as he traumatised me by wanting to pull out a good tooth and he missed 3 fillings and a clean and polish. He wrote to Barwon Health and stated that I did not require any further treatment, therefore, Barwon Health would not give me any further assistance until 12 months time is up. I had to pay for the required dental work out of my own pocket wholly of which I did. I am not happy about this, I am very happy with Dr John of Aesthetik Geelong. Have a nice day Mr Owner.
