Fantastic experience: Jenny was lovely, while Dr Jeremy and Susan took me under their expert care for an hour and a half filling a tooth over a root canal done years prior. Informative, caring, considerate, thoughtful and friendly. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to have their oral care performed by a personable dentist with capable staff. Taking time to share X-ray and photos explaining work in the future involves patients in their experience. Fantastic experience: Dr Tammy Tseng is a gentle dental surgeon professional. An excellent educator with long term dental health preventative advise with very good practice procedures. With care and gentleness facilitates good dental health and good advisory practices for the knowledge benefit of the patient.

Fantastic experience: I've had Guardian Dental care for maybe 12 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. The dentist will explain and go through xrays on any work necessary but also if the work can wait. I like that wait and watch approach, also I'm never stunned with the price of quotes like I was with other practices. Very kind, professional and honest.

Fantastic experience: Thankful to Dr Thao and Lara! They were both fantastic and made me feel extremely comfortable through the whole process. Lara is a lovely and cheerful receptionist. She very knowledgeable of the treatment they offer and so welcoming. Her chair-side manners is even wonderful. Negative experience: This is my second time here and service is not that great. The dentist who fixed my teeth was great btw, he was nice and talk professionally but the receptionist girl is so terrible. Second time here and again is her! First time l came she did not say hi or anything, just expecting peopple to say something first? Very rude, she is not even smiling !! Second time same again, not saying anything with annoying face, so terrible. Like seriously???! This place is near my place so decided to come here but if the customer service keeps going like that l feel no point to visit. Reason l gave 2 stars is just because dentist otherwise 1 star for bad customer service, rude receptionist!!!

Have visited with my toddler and also while heavily pregnant with my second child - we are always treated well. Dr Marina did a thorough check on my teeth today and a much needed clean after i had missed my last 6 monthly clean. Thanks again team!

It was only less than a week ago that my fiancée left me for a polo-playing Adonis, with abdominals sculpted from marble and teeth formed from the pearly white of the Universe's first stars. My confidence was shattered - but Dr. Ming forged me anew. With a spritz of water, a masterful application of fluoride gel, and a gentle touch, the Doctor removed the stains from my tarnished enamel, and made my smile shine brighter than the cheeky gleam of his eye. She made sure the filling was comfortable and most importantly the anaesthesia didn’t hurt on application! My mum hates needles and she found the experience pleasant. First of all, if you have private health extras your cleaning and check up is done with no gap payment. I left smiling. Dr. Thao is lovely, a great communicator and very thorough. We had a great discussion today about my dental care needs. I am very confident she will look after my teeth. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Today my friend and I had our first appointment at Guardian Dental Care. We were greeted by Paige at reception. Staff Maryam was very gentle assisting our well being throughout the process. Thank you to Dentist Tammy for all the tips. We are both happy with the result of our teeth cleaning. Cannot wait to start Invisalign appointment next.

Negative experience: Left disappointed and in shock after going in for my new patient clean appointment. The staff there do not seem to have great English and do not seem to be trained properly. No great service on greeting or leaving, had the suction hose drip saliva/some type of gross liquid back wash into my mouth several times because it was not turned on before use and had the inner of left gum cut by it. With the time of the virus crisis you would think you are in the safest hands around a health clinic but I am beyond disgusted and will not be coming back.

Negative experience: Came with toothache recently at 8:30 am. Booked 12 pm (they said LONG) session as the earliest. Came at 12:00. Spent 17 minutes on reception waiting invitation while another girl was serviced. When doctor had a look and did X-Ray, she said that she have no time for me today. Wasted 4 hours. Visited another clinic on the same day and they did all best and saved me.
