Fantastic experience: After some not so pleasant visits to other dentists and having to have teeth removed due to gum disease, I was recommended to come and see Eddie for a proper treatment and maintenance plan. From the first visit, Eddie was kind, patient, non-judgemental and understanding. His knowledge and ability to explain things clearly is exceptional. For the first time in decades I can have my teeth cleaned without anaesthetic and have my gum disease under control. I no longer have a fear of dentists and highly recommend Eddie and this clinic if you are struggling with oral care or problems.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I went to see Eddie for a second opinion after another dentist suggested my husband required large amounts of dental work that would be very uncomfortable and expensive. Eddie made us feel comfortable from the outset and explained simply the work that was required was nowhere near what was suggested by the other practitioner. Literally saving us thousands! To top it off, Eddie made my 3yo so comfortable in the chair that he sat for 40 minutes through a proper consultation, getting a professional clean to boot! We are so happy and comfortable with Eddie we would never dream of going elsewhere in the future!

Fantastic experience: We could not recommend Eddie and his dream team enough, for their professionalism, high integrity, and very prompt with their communication/services. We have seen other dentist in the past that not only they required multiple visits, from initial consultation, follow up consultation, pre-procedure visit… to be told a total unnecessary and pricey procedure, which causing distressed in my child, also time/money! When we came to Eddie, he took time to assess and provide genuine advice for the condition, did a less invasive procedure that gave the same outcome, all within one visit!!! Positive experience: Update (from previous 5-star review): Unfortunately I've never had a dentist be as condescending to me as Dr Michal. I am a 29-year-old woman who is soft-spoken and looks younger (being Asian). My check-up and clean with Dr Michal was overwhelmingly negative and made me feel bad about myself. While I'm sure I have an average level of dental hygiene, she scolded me as if I am in mortal danger for not flossing daily. Made me feel like unconscious habits such as grinding in my sleep are things I can control (thus I've FAILED to control them). Threatened me by saying I would be encouraged to make appointments every 3~4 months next time if I couldn't "manage" to improve. She assumed everything about my dental care routine from observation rather than asking. I appreciate feedback if it comes from a place of respect and understanding. But blame, guilt-tripping and fear tactics don't work well on me (e.g. saying that *I* have caused irreversible damage, that things will "blow up" into infections, etc). I was also left waiting for 30mins before the appointment - she may have had to rush through my treatment, hence dropping the ball on actual patient CARE. Original 5-star review: Had my appointment with Dr Tesia yesterday - my first ever dentist visit as an adult - and it was a dream. She was the utmost professional and kind, and put in the effort to achieve the best checkup and clean possible. She was happy to teach the basics of dentistry/mouth care, and let me take breaks as often as needed. She inspired my confidence to revisit this clinic :)

I saw Michal and she was extremely professional explaining everything throughly and talked me through each stage. Michal was also very caring, but most of all her work and results were extremely impressive as I’ve seen a few dentist Michal was by far the best I’ve seen and was very happy with the work she did for me! Would recommend her and the business to anyone who wasn’t a quality dentist!

Fantastic experience: Had a broken tooth with previous root canal extracted. Tricky job I’m sure. Done very carefully but swiftly and painlessly (dentist made sure of that - no mucking about or misplacing anaesthetic). Only $630, where I’d been quoted much more for root canal extraction elsewhere (although may have helped that a lot of the filler had just fallen out). Got an appointment very quickly. Afterpay available. Can’t thank this team enough.

As someone who really didn't enjoy going to the dentist and would put it off to the detriment of my own teeth, Dr. Michal and Dr. Josh have been amazing. From ensuring I felt comfortable, to helping improve my oral hygiene practices, nothing has ever been too much of a trouble. Communication and planning is always spot on, and I'm always made aware of costs and treatment options before proceeding. Even the building is beautiful! Fantastic experience: This dentist is the best .. I felt so confident.. I was in the chair for 5 hours as it was my 4 front teeth. I had veneers put on over 20 years ago, so they needed replacing with crowns… the temporaries Dr Josh put on while waiting for the crowns were incredibly well done, no one noticed.. I’m looking forward to having the crowns on tomorrow.. I now have the crowns in and they are perfect. I am so happy with the result. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Such a compassionate, friendly and caring practice. I've had and still have ongoing a lot of dental work due to my health history. The lovely receptionists are so welcoming to me and my family, helping us with our appointments. Adam has been so clear and helpful with all my questions and helping coordinate my previous records and reports and making sure i'm organised and know whats going on for my treatment plan. Eddie did my check up and clean and my teeth have never felt so good. My kids also loved seeing Eddie and now all want to be like him when they're older! Hadeel is so lovely and knowledgeable too. Fantastic experience: The dental work performed with kindness and care by Michal, Olivia, Ed and others, coupled with the friendliest service and management of the process by Chloe and Adam made this a terrific experience for me. Fantastic experience: I took my daughter for her first dental visit (3 1/2yrs) and only wished the dentist was this magical when I was a kid. Such a lovely experience for both of us. Even myself, who grew up not loving the dentist felt so comfortable in this clinic. I did a lot of research into finding a good dentist for my daughter so she wouldn’t grow up fearing the dentist like I did and I spent 15 minutes trying to convince her to leave. They had a play in the chair, he showed them all the equipment and my daughter was so excited to find out she had her first adult tooth growing. A welcoming family friendly practice. Thanks VDG. Fantastic experience: I am so happy to have found this practice and Eddie. I was so scared of going to the dentist, especially now with everything that is going on in Victoria with COVID. The staff where so professional and caring, the practice was clean and they really make sure everyone is safe and taken care of. Eddie instantly put me at ease, and explained everything in a way that was so easy to understand. He really took the time to get to know me and was so gentle. I highly recommend going there.
