Fantastic experience: Today I had an appointment in this dental clinic for the first time . From the moment I met Dr. Mahdieh and Parinaz , I felt completely at ease. They were not only professional and skilled, but also friendly, warm, and genuinely fun to be around. Their laughter and light hearted energy made the whole experience so comfortable, something I’ve never really felt at a dental appointment before. They bring positivity and joy into what can otherwise be a stressful environment, all while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and care. Highly recommend Dr Mahdieh and Parinaz . Fantastic experience: Overall pleasant experience. I was attended by Doctor Varnaseri who was both professional and compassionate. The entire staff have no faults, made the procedure very comfortable. I was explicitly informed of my condition with very fair costing, and so I’ll be back for my follow up appointment. I’ll be recommending to others.
Fantastic experience: I squeezed in a quick clean up today after lunch, and Dr Varnaseri was very accomodating and lovely. She made me feel very comfortable and even had time for small talk before the procedure. Usually I have sensitive teeth however I barely felt anything and the procedure was quick as well. By the end of it it didn’t feel like much time has passed it was that quick. Thank you to Dr Varnaseri for her service today - will book my next dentist appointment with her again.

Negative experience: I normally don’t write reviews but I honestly had the worst experience of my life in this place. They prescribed me an implant, booked an appointment and 4 days before the date they told me they went through my case and they weren’t able to do it. Told me that i needed to go somewhere else, but didn’t get back to me with more info til I called them. Made me buy an Invisalign THAT I CANNOT USE BECAUSE IT DOESNT FIT. Completely disappointed. Go to one of the other dental 99 where they are much nicer and competent and save yourselves from a shitty service.

Fantastic experience: Dr Fotouhi is so gentle. My mouth locks if opened too wide or long so I usually put off dentist visits but she was so understanding & gave me many breaks. Dental splints- no need for a mouth mould, they have tiny photo device that makes a 3D picture of your tooth! As always, transparent & no hidden costs. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Had the best experience. Dentist was so lovely and sympathetic. I needed a wisdom tooth extracted while I also had an infection in my mouth and she really went above and beyond to make me comfortable. Would definitely go back again. I’ve always followed all of the aftercare and had literally no pain from the extraction so far (a day later)

Fantastic experience: Best dentist in Sydney. Very satisfied customer in first appointment with Dr. Mahdieh Fotouhi. Very gentle and clear explaining the treatment. Very transparent about the cost in the beginning, since I’m worried how much it would cost for dental treatment. Very affordable price compared to some other dentist around Sydney. Negative experience: Dentist cancelled my dental appointment cancelled at the last moment just before I arrived at the clinic, after I took sick leave from my work just for the appointment. No respect for patients time! Also, the credit to my account has still not been processed, although it mentioned it will be processed within 5 working days!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient with Dental 99 for the past 3 years and I really love the idea of using a mobile app to manage my appointments. Today I braved it and got my wisdom tooth extracted here in Dental 99 Epping - can I just say, wow!! I do not hate the dentists but I have heard lots of horror stories with wisdom tooth extraction. I would highly recommend Dr Mahdieh Fotouhi and her lovely assistant (sorry I did not catch her name) - competent, gentle and brilliant communication! They communicate every step and the pain/pressure to be expected. Honestly she is the best dentist I have been to and I will continue to get my check-ups from the lovely ladies! Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: My fear of going to dentists has finally been allayed. My first time to see a dentist in 18 years and what an unexpectedly pleasant experience it was. I booked for a tooth extraction which was done by Dr. Mahdieh Fotouhi. She is a wonderful dentist, very personable, professional and customer focused. She and her assistant made me feel completely at ease. The dental 99 surgery is state of the art. I will certainly be going back again for regular dental maintenance.
