Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Elwood Dental Group for over five years. I’ve had routine check-ups here and the odd fix, and the care has been steady and straightforward every time. My latest visit was for a filling and a general clean. The procedure was gentle and I didn’t feel a thing. The dentist explained each step, checked I was properly numb, and made sure my bite felt right before I left. The clinic felt clean and organised, and I was in and out on time with no fuss. The results were spot on. The filling feels smooth and natural, and my bite was normal straight away. The clean left my teeth feeling fresh, and I had no sensitivity after the anaesthetic wore off. Aftercare instructions were clear and easy to follow, and I had no soreness the next day. What keeps me coming back is the consistency. Booking online is simple, reminders are helpful, and the team is friendly without being pushy. They’ve been part of the Elwood community for years, and it shows in how they look after patients.

I got a glimpse into holistic dentistry in the waiting room, which was a refreshing bonus. They were upfront, re: extras and kept everything as low-cost as poss (as prompted). Fantastic experience: I wanted to go somewhere close to home but also saw they had good reviews on google so booked a clean and check up and was happy with the service from walking into reception and during my appointment to payment. They had a special deal going and they also quoted me what I needed to get fixed. I find dentist work so expensive that it put me off for years booking a visit but surprise it was cheap. I do like the atmosphere at this dental and will book my next one again.

Fantastic experience: Dr Le is an extraordinary dentist and a master of her craft. She is extremely attentive and provides a level of care and attention to detail that is second to none. I’ve been seeing her for all my dental needs since 2019. My teeth are healthy, strong, and beautiful. She has recently done some contouring, and I couldn’t be happier. In addition, Yvette, who coordinates the front desk, is a delight and always available to help. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for exceptional dental care.

Negative experience: Had quite pleasant experience with Dr Lana before so decided to consider the clinic to get an implant fit. Called them to arrange a free consultation to just obtain a proper quote (as I already had CT scan done so it’s just a matter of looking at the results) and was told that a full examination of my mouth is required as I haven’t seen their dentist for couple of years and cost associated with the examination is $75. Was very rudely told over the phone by a stuff member called Zoe that they don’t care that I don’t need to examine any other teeth in my mouth apart from the place for the implant (during last 2 months I had around 5 or 6 full examinations and everything what needed to be addressed has been addressed so I didn`t need to check anything nor spend 0.5hrs with a doctor going over a theoretical part and pay $75 for that. I just needed a quote for an implant and in order to minimize time to be spent on it I had my CT scan ready already). Shocking as no one else tried to charge me any fee for coming and obtaining a quote as having me as a potential client who will pay $5k for the implant looked attractive to other clinics. Not this one unfortunately. The reception person was extremely rude.

Negative experience: I am not sure who is writing positive reviews, maybe different people get different experiences there. I've done a filling there about 2 years ago with Dr Lana Morgulis. I got quite poor experience. I complained about sensitivity I had on my 6th tooth. The tooth was done 2 years before that. She requested the x-rays from the previous service provider and decided to redo the filling again. She never told me that the filling will be between teeth. It causes so much trouble since day one! Food stuck there all the time, create pain and pressure on my gums. As a different specialist that I talked to after explained to me that it's quite hard to recreate the space between teeth once it was touched. She also told me that the filling will stay for 5 years, it chipped 6 months after. When she did the work with this tooth she said she saw some caries under the filling. Again, as a different specialist explained to me, the x-ray should be done first prior Dr does the filling. Finally, in the end of the session Dr was very rushed pulled me up and said we are done. I said that the filling is very uncomfortable and I can feel it, so she has to put me back and remove the extras. My husband got similar experience from Dr Lana, but I hope he'll write his own review.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with my dental treatments here with Dr Lana. I had a root canal yesterday and I was nearly asleep! I love a dentist that knows how to give you a good numbing! My tooth doesn't even hurt today. She's done a really nice and smooth filling too. The price here is also very reasonable and affordable. Highly recommend
