Fantastic experience: It was my first dental checkup in Australia after moving abroad; I was greeted so warmly by all of the staff here! Dr. Shin (Jonathan) provides the best dental care, always working to match his client's needs. Definitely like the overall atmosphere of this place, even more the doctors here. Definitely my first pick for dental care for the future as well

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for all my checkups and dental services for the last 5-6 years now, and I couldn’t be happier. The receptionists are always so welcoming, lovely and kind. Dr Ginny has been my dentist the entire time, and she’s so thorough, diligent and warm. The team is just the best!

Negative experience: Took my grandmother here as part of a government voucher for dentures. I was told that they would need to submit an application for funding. I was not contacted however. After following up, I was advised that the funding was not in fact applied for and they did not feel the need to inform me. Poor service

Fantastic experience: I’ve had some major pain in my gums lately and I needed urgent assistance. I tried to book with my usual dental clinic but they cancelled the appointment and I even considered another one I had gone to more recently as it was a nice experience but I didn’t want to travel too far. I called through and immediately I was met with the kindest receptionist mannnnn, I felt so reassured that I’d be able to get some type of help! Thankfully they had an available appointment today and they helped book that in for me easily. I arrived and again, such kind receptionists welcomed me!! I’ve been in so much pain lately so it feels nice to be looked after, even if that’s just someone being kind. And then the dentist (Dr Juri Heo) sososoooo nice!! and funny also her dental assistant was so nice as well. It also made me feel more comfortable that all of the staff was female because I’ve always had male dentists and well it certainly is a different experience with a woman as a woman. It was just so easy and nice and I don’t everrrr write reviews but these women need to be recognised for being so kind and helpful!! Thank you guys ❤️

Negative experience: Worst place to go if you are wanting to get braces!! Went here thinking they were good, spent almost 2 years with troubles and $7500 dollars for treatment only to have to get braces again less then 6 months later due to my teeth moving already and having gaps everywhere

Fantastic experience: So I don't usually do reviews but just had to this time. From start to finish this was the best experience I've had at a dentist office. The dentist very professional very calming and gentle well as much as he could anyway. I had my teeth cleaned after a very hard 3 year break and a filling done. His calming voice and demeanour was a huge help. I would most definitely recommend this dentist

Negative experience: I was wearing face mask when I came in to this clinic (on 21/12/20, 2pm) for fear of Covid-19 infection, but was so disappointed when I noticed the attending dentist was not wearing face mask while giving instructions face-to-face at very close range to myself on how to position my chin & what to bite for the panoramic radiograph. She was not also wearing hand gloves while manually setting up/positioning the thing for me to bite in preparation for the radiograph. I would have expected that the dentists as a hygiene practice especially during this pandemic should all the time be wearing face mask when attending to their patients, and should be wearing hand gloves when handling/touching items especially with anything that will be made in contact with the patients mouth/teeth. Only after I told the dentist about this, she then did wear face mask before continuing.

Fantastic experience: I visited Grace Dental Group Green Valley and all I can say is I am so impressed and happy with the visit! Not only is the clinic immaculate, clean and very hygienic with all the latest technology (x-rays on site), the doctors and staff members were all so accommodating and friendly! I will admit, I was a bit nervous for the visit as I don't generally enjoy dentist trips, but they all made me feel so welcomed and at ease, that I'm actually looking forward to my next visit! Thank you Grace Dental Group for my new perfect smile!

Negative experience: I am very disappointed in today's general cleaning dentist appointment. He (dentist) was not listening to the customer's concerns and still insist of going thru his own ways even if the customer was suffering due to sensitive teeth. Also, I hate the dentist rushing his work just because the customer was 10 mins late. This kind of work should deliver a care to the customer and not ending up with a disappointment. I'm not going to visit and make an appointment with that particular dentist (He) in Green Valley Branch ever again. He ruin my morning.

Fantastic experience: I'm happy with the services provided by Dr Jesslyn and team. I had a wisdom tooth pain and I called them 9.00am and they were be able to fit me into 9.40am appointment. Dr Jesslyn gave me a detailed explanation about my condition, the choice of possible action to be taken as well as the risk associated with my pregnancy. She also works very gentle. Eventhough my gum was swollen but she still can work on it with minimal additional pain. Definitely will always come back if I need help with my teeth. Thank you :)

Fantastic experience: My boys and i were very nervous coming in for a check up and clean. We were so impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of Dr John and Dr Cana. They were so gentle and very thorough. We need to come back to have some more work done on our teeth, but are no longer nervous as we know we’re in good hands. Their no gap offer is also very appreciated.

Negative experience: They over charge you even if you do a payment plan they still make you pay most of it upfront now im stuck with absolute pain and holes in my teeth cause i cant afford there over price bs

I have been going there for the last year and only had nothing but positive experiences. Their Gap free policy is fantastic too, I’m never out of pocket when I need my teeth cleaned. Fantastic experience: Amazing service, best dental practice I have been to and now won’t go elsewhere, I have done all my cleaning here and they have also applied my braces. Dr Chloe is amazing, always sweet and patient and answers all questions. She is also very good at what she does. Dr Gan is something else, love him!! I’m in such good hands with all the work related to my braces and he is fantastic. Shoutout to the dental nurse Yung for looking after my little boy during my appointment, so sweet and Kristy the receptionist is always so lovely!
