Fantastic experience: Such a warm and welcoming practice. The reception staff are so lovely and no question or request os ever too much hassle. They help put your mind at ease in sometimes stressful situations relating to dental work. Dr Sahil and his nurses are so warm and reassuring, letting you know what is happening every step of the way. Dr Sahil is very thorough and is transparent about procedures and potential future work.

Fantastic experience: Can not rate the team & especially the dentists highly enough.!! Not only great at what they do and make me feel welcome BUT very appreciative of the work they do and was very helpful on my last visit. Fantastic experience: So impressed! AMAZING with kids! We have been dreading a dentist visit for our 3 year old but had the absolute best experience! What I appreciated: The team made sure that my son was not in the waiting room long at all. They asked him what is his favourite tv show and it was playing when he entered the dentist room. There were MULTIPLE surprises for my son. The team provided amazing education. We left and my son has been asking to go back to the dentist for the last 24 hours non stop! So pleased that the team could give my son a positive first experience at the Dentist.

Fantastic experience: I should have written a review ages ago because I've been going to this practice for over two years now, since moving to Shell Cove. It happens to be five minutes from my house but I would drive much longer distances to continue to come to see Dr. Sherif Elkady and Sahil Bareja, the hygienist. Over the past couple of years I have required some fairly extensive work that both Dr Elkady and Sahil carried out, and I have the utmost confidence in their skill and ability. In addition, they are unfailingly welcoming, both act as if they have all the time in the world for me, and their happy smiles never fail to lift my spirits. It's clear that everyone who works there from manager to assistant, is a reflection of their attitude and it's really a joy to go there. How often can we say that about a visit to our dentist?

I’ve seen a few of them to date and no matter see you are made to feel comfortable and can tell you are in safe, capable hands. Also great front of house staff who go out of their way to fit you in when suits. I can personally vouch for Sherif he is fantastic had a filling today with (Sahid) and he was exceptional, zero pain, caring and reassuring throughout. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had an extreme fear of going to the dentist after bad experiences as a child. I have hated my teeth my whole life but have just been too frightened to go to the dentist. I tried several different dentist throughout my teenage years but the fear just increased with more bad experiences. I was recommended Dr Ahmed Bassim at Shell Cove Dental, from someone who was in a similar situation with dental anxiety. Even though it was out of my local area, I decided to try it. I am happy to say that I rate and recommend this dental practice extremely highly. From the minute you walk through the door you are greeted with kindness and professionalism by the reception staff and this follows through into the dentist chair. I now, after 48 years of hating my teeth, have the smile I have wished for and I am no longer petrified to go to a dentist. Dr Bassim is so very kind and gentle. I have a special needs daughter who hadn’t been to the dentist for over 10 years due to fear. Dr Bassim worked so patiently and was empathetic with her, using diversion techniques that resulted in her being totally comfortable and pain free during her fillings. I have had so many different services and treatments from this practice with Dr Bassim, Dr Elkady and Dr Bareja including fillings, crowns, deep cleans, Invisalign and whitening and I do not have a single negative thing to say. My experience has been extremely positive and the dental assistants and reception staff are all so lovely. I highly recommend Shell Cove Dental.

Negative experience: Sadly our first experience with this dental practice will definitely be our last We were told at a check up and clean consultation that my teenage daughter needed to have eight cavities filled we were extremely surprised to hear this as my daughter is diligent with her dental hygiene so we sought a 2nd and opinion from another local dentist only to be advised that she had no cavities present I was not happy to say the least with shellcive dental and it makes me wonder how many other customers have been given false information

I thought I would try out Shell Cove Dental since it is local to me and the reviews seem good. The outcome was better than I imagine. Thanks to Dr Geetika Natha, I now will no longer feel anxious about going. She was amazing, she made me feel comfortable, was very gentle and explained everything that I needed know. Very happy to say this is now my go to dentist and I will be bring my kids here too!

Fantastic experience: I was up from Victoria on a family reunion for a week, when one morning l awoke to a broken front tooth. My relatives phoned Shell Cove Dental ( my relatives use this Dental Surgery)& the receptionist went to a lot of trouble to fit me in the next day. I saw Dr. Sahil Bareja, & from the moment l met him l was impressed & he completely made me feel at ease & important. He did a fantastic job of my tooth in repairing it and my only regret l live interstate and he can’t therefore have him be my Dentist. Also, the Dental Practice was beautiful & calming & the surgery itself extremely modern with a TV monitor directly mounted above your head on the ceiling to watch whatever you liked should you wish to. The service was the best l’ve ever experienced, & as a former Dental Assistant myself, l obviously noticed the surroundings, and indeed how far things have progressed since l was once a Dental Assistant. I wholeheartedly recommend this surgery to anyone looking for a friendly, professional but above all a thoroughly pleasant experience at a Dental Surgery.

I then visited my local shellcove marina dental team and was so glad I did! Such a professional operation and so calming friendly my fears left me which I thought they wouldn’t, as I had a tooth removed and a filling. Positive experience: Friendly team but unfortunately very expensive I was given a quote for a filling of $240, whereas my previous dentist quoted $166. I’d moved to the area and thought I’d try them, but I’ll go back to my other dentist, even though I have to drive a little distance.

Fantastic experience: Best dental experience of my life! The dentists here are gentle, knowledgable and thorough and their staff are diligent and accommodating. Best of all, they use advanced techniques, and equipment that doesn't make that terrfying 'dentist noise'. Very, very happy.
