Fantastic experience: My experience here was amazing and I'm forever grateful, before coming here I did go to another dentist which tried to charge me 1300 + more for other stuff they try to sneak in and ontop of that told me to wait 2 weeks for surgery, so I cancelled and went directly to tcare. TCare took care of me lol, charged me only 600 to remove my wisdom and its been 5 days since extraction and I feel great. They did a solid job and I will forever recommend this place to family and friends. Much appreciated saved me $700 so thank you so much!!!

Been looking for him everywhere after all these years ever since he left cabra dental, and yes unmatched service from the quality of dental service provided as well as customer service and attitude as always. Greeted with a very welcoming and friendly demeanour the moment I stepped into there operating room, always ready to help and give helpful advice, and connecting w/ his pt on another top- notch level. Just had a cleaning session previously w my new dentist at another clinic last wk, didn’t done it properly…Today walked- in went through a very thorough cleaning session w/ Dr David, help me clarifying things out, and a thorough phenomenal detailed cleaning session and smooth communication. Loved the Korean D.A also very nice and friendly as well :D Been coming to him very since I was in primary school 2018 and as always will always being a loyal pt bc of the service that was provided. Found him at T-care dental and will always always return.

Fantastic experience: I only heard good things about this dental clinic from my mates and decided to get my teeth cleaned and an implant done. I was assigned to Dr David Nguyen and am very happy with the result of the implant. His cleaning was also very gentle. Both him and his dental assistant (Jennie) were very attentive and pleasant and I will be bringing my family here going forward.

Fantastic experience: I can't say thank you enough to Brian Kim. I had an issue with a teeth coming out above the front fake teeth/upper gum. I was thinking I needed to have an implant teeth which will cost $8000. However Brian Kim gave me a correct diagnosis and told me an extraction could fix the issue.....his professionalism, friendly and kind approach made the appointment enjoyable. I have no hesitation to recommend Brian Kim to all people. Thank you so much Dr. Brian. You are the best dentist!!

Despite our fault messing up the appointment confirmation, Dr Le and the wonderful team were so accommodating and obliging to finish putting the braces on. I hope we didn’t cause too much inconvenience to others. The professionalism of everyone who works there, the welcoming vibe and exceptional services provided at Tcare are totally worth my 1.5 hour drive. Highly recommend!!!

Negative experience: I had the worst experience ever with Care Dental. I initially booked an appointment at the Campsie branch for 31.08. Unfortunately, I couldn't make it, so I called to reschedule for either Sunday or Monday. The receptionist, Sylvia, rescheduled me for 02.09 (Monday), and I took leave from work for the appointment. My case is special as I need to consult both an orthodontist and an implant specialist since I've lost a tooth. My partner also needed to see an orthodontist, so I booked for both of us. I received a reminder message about the rescheduled appointment, but it mentioned Villawood instead of Campsie. I called them on Friday, 30.08, at 2 pm to reconfirm the appointment. During the call, I mentioned the discrepancy in the location, but Sylvia assured me that the appointment was at Campsie. She even asked me to send a confirmation, so I thought everything was fine. However, when I arrived at the clinic, they informed me that the booking was at 2:30 pm for another patient named Norah, not me. While I understand that names can be the same, phone numbers cannot. They casually offered to reschedule for the following week showing a complete lack of responsibility and respect for my time. After investigating for 10-15 minutes, Sylvia admitted that Mimi (Meme) from the Villawood branch had made a mistake. Despite this, they initially insisted that I had called Villawood, even though I had dialed the Campsie number. In the end, Sylvia checked their call logs and found that it was indeed her mistake. This caused us immense frustration. They then offered me a consultation with a different dentist, which I had to pay for, and promised that the next visit with Dr. Dylan would be free of charge. However, there's no point in having double consultations with different dentists. Either reschedule to get 4pm appointments at Villawood. Meanwhile, Sylvia was trying to promote their Invisalign brace offer. This experience was extremely disappointing. They don't even deserve a star. I do not recommend TCare Dental at all.

Didn’t wait for that long and all the staff are very kind and offer cookies and drinks while you wait. The equipment is very new and the staff that helps you are kind and gentle, but get the job done. They tell you what they think is going on and are willing to answer questions regards to your health. When you finish the appointment, you get a prize of a bag of hygiene products!

My husband suffers from extreme anxiety with dentists and was so scared throughout the all in 4 process. Fantastic experience: Hands down the most incredible experience always. Been going to TCare Dental Centre since they first opened. Dr. Andrew Nhan recently placed a All-On-4 implant for me. The procedure was painless, and the process simple and especially I got new final teeth just 5 days after my surgery. Dr Andrew has a very unique way of giving injections that make even that painless. His entire staff from front to back is amazing and welcoming. If you have not been to this practice it’s time you check them out.

Fantastic experience: I visited TCARE Dental Centre in Villawood for the first time yesterday for a Check Up & Clean. I had not been to a dentist for quite some time and was impressed by the good reviews online. The centre was very easy to find with parking available outside. Inside, the centre was exceptionally clean and modern. The front reception staff were very warm and welcoming and served me quickly. After completing an Oral X-Ray, I was brought into a bright and modern room where I was looked after by OHT Julius Lee, who was very knowledgeable, kind and personable. I felt comfortable throughout my entire Check Up & Clean and look forward to returning in the next six months. I highly recommend this dental centre.

Fantastic experience: I came here last week for 4 wisdom teeth surgical removal under sedation. I would never be able to get it done if no sedation. The surgery was done by dr Lam and sedation by dr Dong. They were both great. Recovery took about 1 days for sedation and 3-4 days for surgical. Overall great experience and recommend TCare Dental Centre for those who can not handle dentist fear like me.

The team was great and my dentist Dr. Nhan did a great job explaining everything that he was doing and listening to what I had to say. He kept me calm during all of my appointments and answered all of my questions. The environment at LN dental felt so homely. After seeing many different dentists I can say that Dr.Nhan and his team are the best I have seen and experienced and I will continue to go there and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr Nhan a year ago for a a tooth implantation. Dr Nhan and staff have been very dedicated, professional and taken great care of my teeth. Especially beside the implantation of 1 tooth, another tooth of mine might have been extracted but Dr Nhan tried to save it, which I really appreciated. Thank you for excellent treatment. Tcare is highly recommended.
