Negative experience: The most terrible reception today!!! My appointment at 12.50pm with my 7 months old. I’ve waited until 1.20, then baby cried for food. I walked out for 1 min to my car which parked right across the clinic entrance! Then the doctor has called next patient just when I walked in!!! This is so frustrating when your baby is crying for nap but u have to wait for another half an hour!!! Don’t understand why the receptionist Can’t tell doctor to wait for 1 min?? The clinic is not busy at all!!! Only 3-4 people waiting! The worst experience with receptionist ever

Negative experience: My latest experience and appointment time was late as usual. Also disappointed that they cannot work out how to put your Medicare through the correct channels, I was in tears at the Fiasco had to go through. Also lack of experience on front desk is frustrating and inexperienced workers are being employed probably because it’s cheaper!

Negative experience: My experience at this medical centre has been extremely disappointing recently. Both the doctors and the staff showed a lack of professionalism, care, and attention. The communication was poor from start to finish, and I often felt rushed, unheard, and dismissed. Wait times were excessive even with scheduled appointments, and the overall attitude from the team made the experience stressful rather than supportive. A medical centre should provide compassion and quality care, but that was not reflected here. I cannot recommend this place until significant improvements are made in how both staff and doctors treat their patients.

Negative experience: Very rude personnel No manners on how to answer the phone I have not been sick for 2 years but just got back from holidays with nasty viral infection and I called in asking for help and options on what I can do for a telehealth as I do not want to spread it to everyone other people (not the staff as that’s the risk of their job but to other patients especially ones with kids) The receptionist told me I’d need to wear a mask to come in and I said because of my asthma with the infection in struggling to breathe already and I just need a dr to tell me what meds I need. The receptionist transferred me to her manager who answered the phone in a very rude manner and when I confronted her about it she backtracked and said no i asked what I can help with which was not the case. I ended the call telling her not to worry about helping me even though it is her job to help sick people in need Clearly she is in the wrong profession as she has no compassion

Negative experience: Worst medical centre, booked appointment for my daughter for 11am, on arrival we have been told , we have 20 mins waiting. But took 1 hour 30 minutes to see doctor.

Positive experience: Dr. AbdulSattar Ali has been my go to GP in this medical centre. He is gentle, kind and I don’t feel like I’m being rushed. Dr Riaz Hashemi is also the same! The receptionists could use a little customer service training though. And I wouldn’t recommend the Physio here - the bed and face rest cushion pillow smells like sweat. They could at least sanitise it every after patient. Would not come back for another physio appointment here.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with this practice due to the lack of knowledge and communication from the reception staff. I booked an appointment two weeks in advance specifically for the yellow fever vaccine. However, only on the day of my appointment after seeing the doctor I was told they didn’t have the vaccine in stock and that it would take another two weeks to order. This nearly caused me to miss my flight. I’m leaving this review to warn others, as I’ve since noticed several reviews describing the same issue. Appointments are made for a reason, and it’s unreasonable to waste people’s time in this way. I strongly recommend the practice take this feedback seriously and improve their booking and communication effectiveness.

Negative experience: Concerning my recent appointment with Dr. Alireza Eskandaripour, I experienced a wait time of one hour. Moreover, I observed that patients who arrived after me were seen before their scheduled time. Upon inquiring with the receptionist, I was informed that the order of consultations was at the doctor's discretion. This operational procedure was not consistent with my previous experiences, and I found the staff's conduct to be less than professional.

Negative experience: Doctors are amazing! However the clinic only has a nurse working 2 days a week and only available in the mornings. Not very convenient for patients wanting a nurse.

Negative experience: Dr Riaz Hashemi probably one of the most unskilled drs out, doesn't know a thing just throws medicines at you and laughs at you and made me repeat what my issue was and when I got mad at the fact he kept laughing he had the audacity to ask my misses if she was angry too? I wouldnt recommend seeing this Dr poor effort mate.

Negative experience: Due to unavailable appointments until the 5th May, I’ve used the app to request for my prescriptions. When I’ve understood that it will take 48 hrs to process the request I decided to cancel it. When i called the clinic today (14.04.25) at about 3 pm, the receptionist told i’m new I can’t do it, but didn’t give me any options. I was still insisting that she should find a way to help me, instead she hang up on me. To the management, train your people properly, your staff should learn not to hang up on someone.

Negative experience: Doctor Ali Shakur was not up to the mark we have wasted our hard earned money for just reading what’s on the report. We visited him for late periods and irregular cycles, like two months back.He proposed blood test and it turned out to be negative. When I am asking him questions like if the report was negative then what might be the problem, he haven’t responded instead he said something which is completely irrelevant and i thought at least he will provide some alternative or recommendations for further gynaecologist, but he haven’t and whenever I asked him or I explained him about my situation or symptoms, he was telling like he doesn’t know about it, then why we are paying?? Only to hear that the doctor doesn’t know anything about the symptoms we are having, and till today I am suffering with irregularities and prolonged periods. But still I don’t want to visit this place again and I don’t recommend this place.

Negative experience: Me and my wife came to this clinic and we have consulted gp Dr ali takur My wife was suffering with periods issues at first we thought pregnancy.. so we had a blood test…. and waited for 2 days. After 2 days when we went to get the reports the receptionist told that we need to book an appointment to get the blood test result…. Again we booked an appointment with him… He didnt even tell any thing….. just told that it was negative.. when my wife ask about the periods…. He just ignored it…..

Fantastic experience: It’s been a long time since I’ve visited the dentist. The practise looked after my needs and did a top job on my teeth. Extremely professional and would certainly recommend their services

Fantastic experience: My family see Dr Abdulsattar Ali and Dr Ebadi. They are always on time, professional, welcoming, and always listen to any concerns I have. I have been coming to this clinic for a few years now and have never had to go anywhere else. My 4 year old son is seen by Dr Ali and he is always so warm and considerate in making sure he is comfortable and less anxious. Thank you to all the staff for the wonderful care you provide.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ali Abdulsattar would have to be the best doctors I have come across. My mother and I were seeing him when he was at a Morley clinic and we have followed him over to Brabham. He is upfront, he is determined, he is welcoming, and he is very caring. He has turned into a friend ☺️ I would not go anywhere else

Negative experience: I had a 'last minute' appointment with Dr Ali Shakur yesterday to discuss some blood tests results (they had not been requested by Dr Shakur but the requesting specialist did not have availability until April to discuss). I am 22 weeks pregnant and was advised by my specialist to go see a GP to discuss results. When I advised Dr Shakur of my situation, he almost seemed 'annoyed' that I didn't bring the results (which I didn't have) to discuss. He printed 1/10 test results which showed markers of an infection being present. I asked for the other test results, and he told me there were "too many" to look at and refused to provide me the results or even look at them. He told me he was "helping the other Dr" by even seeing me and it wasn't his responsibility, it was the requesting Dr. Throughout the appointment, I felt judged and looked down on. He was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. I am 22 weeks pregnant with blood results indicating an infection and he failed to even investigate what could be going on. I will not be returning and would strongly advise against seeing this GP if you actually need medical attention/advice. I have now since seen multiple reviews indicating similar experiences - this is not acceptable. Patients are paying out of pocket to be judged, ignored or dismissed even when there is medical evidence suggesting a need for investigation or treatment.

Negative experience: To whom it may concern Dr. Ali Shukr is a person who lacks professionalism as a doctor in dealing with patients.

Negative experience: I recently saw Dr Ali Shukur and was incredibly disappointed with his bedside manner and medical knowledge. He got me to read something he pulled up on his computer myself instead of him explaining it to me whilst I was holding my toddler. When I asked him how a certain medication worked, he proceeded to tell me to read it up myself or ask a chemist. Very inappropriate behaviour.

Negative experience: Would not recommend going to see Dr Ali Shukur he is the most useless doctor I have ever met

Negative experience: I had the worst experience with Dr. Ali Shukar. He lacks the basic skills to treat patients properly. Which doctor tells a patient that they will only address one issue at a time and doesn’t care if you’re extremely unwell? On top of that, he doesn’t listen properly, and if you ask additional questions—even related to the same issue—he dismisses you, saying you’re giving him too much work. How ridiculous is that? If you don’t know how to treat patients or provide proper care, why are you even here? Apart from him, I’ve had great experiences with the other doctors at Whiteman Edge Medical Centre.

Fantastic experience: The staff at the medical centre are very welcoming and supportive, especially towards parents with little children, offering activities to help keep them calm during their visit.

Fantastic experience: She is a really good doctor.

Negative experience: Be careful their doctors do tests and don't tell you when there's a cost assiocated with it I had my son tested for chicken pox by Dr CHIKEZIE he insisted on this test even though I told him my daughter had pox two weeks ago. Today I recieved an email with a bill from clinipath for $143 to do what? Test a swab in a Petridish and confirm what we already knew. If your doctor had acted with integrity and honesty then said the test would cost $143 I'd 100% of said forget it. I found out my medicare number was never provided to clinipath either so good luck to them getting me to pay them a cent. But if I found out what they were getting for a simple thing I'd never of given 143 dollars of tax payers money. What a rip. Tell your patients when tests are going to cost something big like that. Also your so so greedy charging $80 for a consultation and decide now your bulk billing concession card holders

Fantastic experience: My partner and I saw Dr Abdulsattar Ali for some travel vaccinations and he was fantastic. He was very polite, he was prepared with what vaccinations to recommend for our travel and we were able to get the scripts and vaccinations on the same day. The receptionist was lovely and we were seen right on time.

Negative experience: I'm an existing patient. I was trying to cancel an appointment prior an hour of appointment time and called at reception. This reception staff told me 3 hour cancellation policy and was trying to force a cancellation fee. I told her I'll get back to her on this and try to search about cancellation policy which was no where mention on Hotdoc app from where I booked it. I called back and ask about the policy then she rudely replied by saying "I can cancel as I cant argue" when I ask her to send me the cancellation policy details. Dear, You cant force anything which doesn't exist and if it does exist, why do you hesitate when I ask for it. Please learn to be polite and humble with your clients.

Negative experience: Pathetic service and long wait for test results

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Whitemen Edge Medical Centre for well over a year, my Husband and I are there quite often as we are elderly, and Dr Chikezre has been very professional and very efficient with his treatment, I would recommend this Doctor. I have found the entire staff at this practice very polite and friendly, I would recommend this practice.

Negative experience: We recently visited a doctor Dr. Chikezie Anopueme for our child, who was experiencing fever and abdominal pain. Unfortunately, we were quite dissatisfied with the experience. The doctor displayed unprofessional behavior and did not seem knowledgeable about the appropriate diagnosis and care for a pediatric patient. We waited 30 minutes to be seen, and when I politely inquired about the delay, the doctor responded dismissively, stating that he wasn’t sitting idle, rather than offering any apology or explanation. Furthermore, when we requested our child's blood report, he refused to provide it without a clear reason. Such conduct is highly concerning, especially in a profession where empathy and professionalism are critical. Given the way he treated us and our child, I believe this behavior warrants serious attention and review of his ability to practice.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Chikezie Anopueme Is amazing . I have started my GP journey with him this year and have been so Comfortable and confident in him. He is very thorough which I really appreciate, very honest and goes straight to the point. Highly recommend him and he was the one who detected my pregnancy and have been on top of my tests to ensure that I am in best health . Thank you And I also did a session of physio there and really enjoyed it and it did wonders for me. The staff are super nice and accommodating. The nurse who has been taking my blood test has been amazing and friendly. . Thank you

Fantastic experience: Went to the practise Dr Alireza was on time, very knowledge and friendly. Referred me to a neurologist and has changed my life without headaches. Went the second time and very polite and one time! Great doctor and very hard to find a doctor who is on time and down to earth!

Negative experience: Do not go here! Extremely unhelpful and uncaring doctor; specifically Dr. Robab Ebadi. She is extremely volatile, raising her voice and speaking over you if she doesn't agree with what you say. Dr. Ebadi lies about medication she is prescribing and disregards concerns raised as a result. She misses or fails to order correct medical testing. Jenni the Practice Manager is also just as unhelpful, verging on completely incompetent. She will sit back whilst her practitioners verbally disrespect patients. She has no concern about her practitioners missing medical services and overall seems very uninterested. I do not recommend this practice and will be making a full report to Ahpra.

Negative experience: My child was 23 months old and to be asked to "hold her down" and then to not listen when advocating for her whilst she is screaming is frankly appalling and extremely traumatising. I understand that procedures such as checking her ears is necessary but, this could have been handled so differently! This experience has left me unwilling to ever book in with Dr Marashi again, and has left me wondering if this is his usual performance and conduct, because if so I believe it is unacceptable. I complained to the practice but they did not reply or bother to apologise.

Negative experience: Dr Raheleh Hadipour extremely rude and condescending. I was in her room for 30 seconds after waiting 15 minutes and she said she wouldn’t do anything for me and that I just need to deal with it. Definitely will not be back and she charged me $60 for a 30 second consult where she didn’t even help me!! RUDE

Negative experience: My 2 kids and husband attended this practice for the 2nd time this year which was a huge mistake. The GP, raheleh hadipour, was DISMISSIVE and LACKED EMPATHY, and spoke to my husband and kids condescendingly. My kids are 6 and 8 and showed up unwell, as you would to a practice, but her presentation just wasn't what you would expect to see. She didn't sound friendly at all to save her life and was just rude about everything. If you are having a bad day, maybe take a deep breath before your shift starts or light some scented candles or take a year long holiday and maybe work on your communication as you will be communicating with patients of all ages in your chosen industry?? Safe to say we will not be coming back to this practice and we woulnd not recommend them.

Positive experience: Visited the surgery this afternoon,for the first time due to feeling chest pains. I was very scared. The woman in reception had zero discretion and was asking for my surname, and personal details while I was sitting in the waiting area surrounded by other patients.. Dr Ali,who treated me was very kind. I nearly walked out due to the woman in reception, even though I thought I was having a heart attack... I appreciate being seen at the last minute but reception made the whole experience more unpleasant than it needed to be.

I initially sought her help with neck and shoulder pain, which was at a discomforting 7/10 intensity. Through her expertise and tailored approach, Dr. Patel not only alleviated my pain but completely eradicated it. Her commitment to patient care is evident, and I am grateful for the remarkable results. I highly recommend Dr. Krunali Patel to anyone seeking effective and personalized physiotherapy

Negative experience: Dr. Chikezie anopueme, is not punctual… we got an appointment for 2 pm… as he was not at the clinic and buzy in his personal work… as we had to wait for 3 hrs for him…

Negative experience: Booked the appointment for 2pm. Waited here more then 2 hours to see the doctor. Its not professional.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ali has been my GP since December 2022. His expertise, professionalism, kindness, and compassion are exceptional. He's made a positive impact on my life, and I highly recommend him for his outstanding care. Dr. Ali's punctuality is also a standout feature. I've never had to wait, as he consistently sees patients on time, which adds to the overall excellent experience of being under his care.

Negative experience: I don’t recommend whiteman edge to anyone they charge me $40 when I cancelled my booking during the time of my booking, which some other medical centre didn’t do. The lady at the reception didn’t even informed me, that I should have to pay when I cancelled my booking

Negative experience: If I could give a zero I would, I love my Dr (Dr Robab Ebadi)there but I might have to change her due to lack of empathy, professionalism, sacarstic tones, very undermining characters that work at reception there. They are at work and they work with patients but they do not care at all, all they care about is taking calls and being receptionist. They are our first point of contact so it messes up the whole experience if you leave your house knowing you’ll be helped by someone who has no customer service training.

Fantastic experience: DR Ali has literally saved my husbands life, with his knowledge and research into conditions affecting my husband. Kindness and compassion are forefront. My sons are now also patients . We are treated as people...not numbers.

Negative experience: Absolutely rude customer service asked for a general dental check up and what it would cost got no answer and was told the dentist wasn’t in and they would call me back Tuesday 23/5/23 it’s now Thursday and still no call I’ll take my business elsewhere.

The reception staff here are very kind and helpful with booking in appointments, it’s also very handy to have a facility for blood tests within the same centre . Negative experience: Do not ever go here or at least never see Chikezie Anopueme. I have never felt more uncomfortable in my life with the invasive questions he had as well as him googling what I asked him about. Do not take patients in if certain area of medicine is not your expertise. Very incompetent and unprofessional. No wonder he always had booking times available. I will never return and I suggest you do the same. I had to walk out as I do not trust he knows what he is doing. I feel sorry for his patients. Edit: I eventually went to a specialist doctor and when Chikezie’s recommendation is totally opposite of what is recommended by the specialist, that just goes to show that he did not know what he was talking about. Do not tell me that he is just printing materials because he did not even know what the medications are and does not know the difference between them.

Fantastic experience: Never thought going to a GP could be a fantastic experience, walked away feeling like everyone there did a great job and was happy to help. Reception, nurse and Dr all helped me out, squeezed me in at 4pm by communicating with eachother and just wanting to help. It made a huge difference for me to see a dr that afternoon and they genuinely cared. Thankyou

I was worried about finding a trusting doctor when I moved to WA however on my first consult with Dr Ali I knew that I have no worries. He is now the only doctor I will see in WA. Worth the 45 minute - 1 hour drive for any appointments. Couldn't recommend Dr Ali any higher!

Negative experience: booked in at whiteman edge medical centre for a medical for my Dangerous Goods licence. i handed the doctor the paperwork required which was downloaded from the department of mines and petroleum (they are the providers of a dangerous goods drivers licence). the doctor firstly had no idea what he was looking at , he then told that he needs blood tests and medical history for a dangerous goods licence. i questioned whether he 100% sure because it was what the DMP told me. he said "mate, ive been doing this for 10 years i know what im talking about" booked in with knight health in south perth and was signed fit for my dangerous goods licence after a eye sight check, hearing check and physical assessment, which was all that was needed. no blood tests or medical history required turns out your doctor who has been doing this for 10 years didnt actually know what he was talking about. if your doctors aren't competent in doing dangerous goods medicals maybe don't have them trying to do them. shocked to think what other incorrect things have been said to patients from this doctor

Negative experience: Never told me it won’t be bulk billed, charged me $139 massive rip off, the all seemed unorganised. Doctor never got me to feel out consultation. Didn’t explain the procedure to me properly. I left crying and no one cared. Not a very good experience so unprofessional

Negative experience: Very very disappointed in Dr Chikezie Anopueme, i called ahead at 3pm and asked if there was a wait as my daughter is young and can’t handle being still for long periods of time. I was assured he is on time. When I got there for my appointment at 3:50pm and I was told that someone else had gone in when they called my name however I got there 10 mins early, the nurse tried to tell him 4 times that I was there waiting as a random person went into my appointment, and then was told that the doctor is writting notes in my child’s documents because he didn’t know who was in our appointment. So we waited, he came out and got the next patient, I then talked to the lady behind me and she said her appointment had been missed and she was waiting there for over an hour, the doctor finally brought her in after many other patients went before her. My daughter and I waited 1.5 hours to be seen before I stood up and walked to the doctor myself, I said you missed my appointment I have been here since 3:50pm and he did not even apologise he just said oh well come in then. I am so unhappy with this, the nursing staff were amazing in the process but he will not be having myself or my family return to him again. Super unprofessional behaviour, he was all over the place and didn’t even know who he was calling into the rooms, most of the time he would say, who is next? Soooo unorganised. Complete waste of my time

Negative experience: Very disappointed. Thought I would try this place as I was desperate for an appointment for my daughter who I suspected had an ear infection. Waited 20 minutes past appointment time, to be told the doctor had gone to lunch and I would have to re schedule??? Very unprofessional in my opinion and a complete waste of my time. I won’t be back

Fantastic experience: Amazing Drs surgery. From initial contact with the friendly Receptionist on the same day I got an appointment as a new patient. Practice nurse was lovely as was the Practice Manager. Dr Ruby was excellent, very thorough and I did not feel rushed. Happy with my care here. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Great new facility with friendly and professional staff. Usually no issue being seen on time. Bulk billing for under 16yrs and seniors, but standard billing otherwise. Would highly recommend.
