Fantastic experience: I had a wisdom tooth removed on18/11/24. At times during the extraction it was uncomfortable. With my mouth being stretched wide and various instruments to assist the removal of the tooth being placed inside my mouth. However, it was basically pain free. Amir (the dentist) provided extensive communication regarding the surgery both before, during and after the event. And, as a result I felt as relaxed as possible and confident that the surgery would be successful. The day after I feel pain free and very pleased with the result.

Negative experience: Good dentist/service however it doesn’t justify the costs, way to expensive. All I did/asked for was a basic clean which is what I got, however the dentist insisted on X-rays and photos to be done to which she didn’t mention were going to be of an extra charge. To be fair I understand the charges applied however the charges were crazily expensive. The receptionist advised that the dentist had given me a $30.00 discount and would waive the fees for the photos taken however the total somehow still managed to reach $400.00 Thank god for private insurance! Was not advised of these costs prior at all and I was shocked to find out the total, I didn’t want to make a scene so I quickly left. This was my first time visiting the clinic thus why I only asked for a cleaning however when the dentist asked if I had any concerns I advised I think I need some new fillings but Iam not sure. I didn’t want to get anything BUT a clean today but somehow she lured me into getting those checked out. Even though I never asked for it. Therefore the X-rays and photos. I felt uncomfortable asking to not do it as she’s the expert so I trusted her expertise but if I knew the costs that came with it I wouldn’t have gone ahead. Even though I only paid $128.00 out of my own pocket it seemed like they took massive advantage of the fact that I had insurance and tried to benefit of off it. The dentist insisted I come back for 4 fillings that she recommended however after seeing the costs for a clean, 2x X-rays and some photos I don’t think I will be back

Fantastic experience: Gentle, kind and professional After some negative dental experiences, I know suffer dental anxiety and finding a dentist who are both thorough and gentle is hard to come by. Dr Ern Chee ia the best! She is so professional and thorough whilst also beinf very gentle and understanding about my anxiety. This clinic offers gas if you need it (with fragranced nose covers that I've never seen elsewhere). They alao offer amalgam fillings which can be very hard to find. Since my amalgam have lasted a lot longer than white fillings, I was keen to find a dentist who still does amalgam. All of the staff are friendly and lovely to deal with and provide a reminder phone call. Even though we have moved out of the area, I still come to this clinic from across town because I am so happy to have found this dentist and especially Dr. Ern Chee.

Positive experience: The cleaning process was alright. From the stuff the dentist was saying to the dental assistant, I presume that she was a trainee and not a regular staff (her nervousness was apparent throughout)- it didn't exactly inspire confidence in the process as it was my first time there. I wouldn't have minded this if I was told this beforehand so that I would've known what to expect. The dentist (Dr Amir) seemed confident, confident and friendly. I felt that he could've been more professional in his communication- he was a little condescending. Would've preferred if he spent just a few seconds elaborating on some of his recommendations/comments or even recommend that I book a session with him (or the other dentists) for a checkup (would've gladly obliged)- was left confused and a little worried at the end. Your mileage might vary.

Negative experience: GP is useless. Doesn't want to sign off on anything. Does't care, Doesn't listen. Just another hack only interested in counting his money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Negative experience: I like the convenience of having a bulk billing medical centre close to home as well as the ease of being able to book appointments online. However I don't like having to wait an extra 30mins despite being on time especially when I'm not feeling well, I'd prefer to be resting at home instead.

Negative experience: Don't feel the gp take a good care of patients. She said it was a just normal cold and didn't prescribe any medicine. But my son kept coughing badly having high temperature. She didn't even check his temp and we just saw her for a very short time even though there was no one waiting. So i had to take my son to another gp on that day cause his coughing didn't sound like a normal cold and the gp said he got a croup. I'll never go there again. Terrible..
