Fantastic experience: I am very nervous when going to the dentist. Dr Gavin was amazing, he let me know what was happening every step of the appointment. Explaining everything good and bad at the end of the appointment as well.

Fantastic experience: a great new patient experience, really efficient and gentle Dr Kundi and the dental nurse were both lovely, he really listened to all my concerns and very empathetic and understanding, he explained things simply and I left feeling great, rare with dentist visits!

Fantastic experience: Kelvin replaced an extensive filling from many years ago that had a small hole under it. Rebuilt the whole tooth. He was very gentle with the injection, and I got a senior's discount as well.

Fantastic experience: I had a toothache while travelling and booked an appointment with Dentistry First in Mooloolaba. As soon as walked in I knew it would be a positive experience. I was greeted by a very friendly young lady (Anna?) and then examined by Jason. He was very thorough and explained everything clearly. I would certainly recommend this practice - if I lived on the Sunshine Coast, I would definitely choose Jason as my dentist.

Fantastic experience: I first met Jason at Dentistry First after chatting to one of his assistants at a coffee shop. I had two implants done in Thailand ages ago and the screws in them were now loose, which resulted in them breaking my bottom denture a few times. The government dentist told me, I would have to go to a private practice to get them tightened and implants were not covered by them. To cut a long story short, Jason told me he could tighten them and more importantly, for a price I could afford. It took a specialised tool, that measures the torque whilst tightening. During the appointment, Jason told me, that the implants could be used to secure my bottom denture more steadfastly. I would need new pins to replace the screws and new dentures would need to be made. He would do a deal for me, as he was wanting to get extra letters after his name and would document his steps to help build his portfolio of different types of work, to help prosecute his case for the letters. I went with his suggestion and had him order the parts and start work on the dentures as the current bottom one rocked and rolled a bit when I ate. I wasn't expecting what happened. He made the dentures, so my teeth showed when I smiled. Shopkeepers noticed, my neighbours as well. I can't stop smiling. My self confidence and esteem has soared, effects I was not anticipating but none the less have delighted me. Fantastic experience: Our whole family has been coming to Dentistry First for years, and hands down it continues to be the best dentist we have ever had. Great dental care with the latest equipment, and a very personalised service from Jason, Zheng and the team that means we all receive a very highly standard of tailored care. Our young kids have also, incredibly, taken to sitting in the dentist's chair without any complaints thanks to the patient and personal approach (and also, no doubt, thanks to the ability to watch kids movies on the TV in the roof!). Fantastic experience: What a wonderful experience. Yes we’re talking about dentists Jason is highly skilled and fitted me in with very short notice. I had an extraction with virtually no pain. He numbed the area first and although it looked like a difficult extraction with just a stump visible, he managed it with expertise. Probably oversharing. Before this he took a mould, sent that off and it was returned and fitted with a new tooth added to my existing denture in the same day. His costs were very reasonable. Do yourself a favour and if you’re looking for a dentist in Mooloolaba or even the Sunshine Coast he’s the one. Highly recommend
