Fantastic experience: Dr Lakhman is the gentlest dentist I’ve ever been to in my 60+yrs and always friendly, informative and professional. The DA Linda is also very efficient.

Fantastic experience: Appointment was quick, easy and in good spirits. Dentist was polite, as was her assistant, and were able to have a small laugh while they performed the routine check up. Dentist also made sure that I wasn’t in a discomfort. Receptionist was also very polite and capable of having a laugh with patients.

We have seen Dr. Shilpa Walia many times now, for general dental cleaning and also teeth extractions, each and every time she has been nothing but amazing with my son! If you want someone that is caring and compassionate and genuinely cares about how you feel through your whole appointment look no further. We have found our forever dentist! Fantastic experience: I've followed Dr Lakhman around for the last 20 years. When living or working interstate, I'd factor in being able to pass through Orange to get me some of that quality dental lovin' that everyone needs. Sarah at reception is super nice, and goes above and beyond to offer advice and assist with making appointments fit in where she can. I must say the one time that Dr Lakhman was not available, another dentist at the practice did a great job as well. Now I live 100km from Orange and she is the regular dentist I am trusting for my two ratbag kids, and I'm pretty sure I've talked my wife info coming along next time as well. Why? Is it her professionalism whilst still having a sense of humour? Maybe. Is it because without Dr Lakhman I'd look like I could eat an apple through a tennis racquet? Also maybe. I think it is the fact that Dr Lakhman and her DA Linda work so well together, the only pain I have ever felt is knowing that I can only leave a 5 star rating.

I visited from interstate and rang up with toothache on Friday afternoon and got an appointment to see what was going on wurh the Dentist in an hour. Shilpa the dentist was soooooo gentle, caring and efficient. I had my treatment the next day an Saturday, and follow-up on the Tuesday. Amazing, amazing service!!!!

Dr Bashudev is a great dentist and has a lot of knowledge and did everything he could to get me back into action. Thanks Team!

Negative experience: The dentist that replaced Dr Bothma at this practice gave me a truly awful experience. Dr Bothma was kind, gentle and holistic, but this lady was a bully. During cleaning, when I was visibly distressed and asked her to stop, she pinned my shoulder down with one hand, and forcibly spoke close to my ear that we must continue. And she did - while I had tears in my eyes. It was an awful, traumatic experience. I’ve been to many dentists in Orange who don’t put patient safety first. Their attention to detail is no where near the level Dr Bothma provided. Their fillings leak after a few years and it makes dental hygiene very challenging to keep control of. I now travel 2 hours to the mountains to a holistic dentist who puts my comfort, well-being and safety first, and has excellent attention to detail all my dental work.
