Fantastic experience: Darrel and the girls are amazing. Just had stage 1 of 4 implants yesterday and no pain or discomfort just 1 day later. If your looking for dental by a team that wants the best for you this is the place to go for so many reasons. I am having 7 implants in all as well as other work after medication caused the deteriation of the majority of my back teeth. This is going to change my confidence and give me a much better quality of life and I am so very thankful.

Negative experience: Dr. Jessica Kaur was very good and thorough with my wisdom teeth. However the experience with the receptionist was not good at all. The receptionist who took me to the bathroom, on the way said to me that because I have short legs I am too slow. I was thinking if I signed up for a leg competition coming here!!

Fantastic experience: In both sessions, I’ve had one of the best dentists I’ve ever had, Dr Jessica Kour. She was very kind/friendly, she explained everything in great detail to help me understand, and also checked in to make sure It wasn’t hurting. My filling has had 0 issues since she’s worked on it, and I’m very happy with the work she’s done. I would highly recommend asking for her if you need any work done. Everyone working here seems to be very friendly, and it has a very inviting atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: I’m from Belgium and travelling through Australia. After some days of tooth pain, i was looking for a dentist. Positive experience: My dentist found it amusing when i mentioned my infected root canal was causing my stomach problems. I asked him to take an x-ray, he told me an x-ray wouldn't show infection and that i am wrong. I then went to another dentist ( a holistic one) he straight away acknowledged the connection to my stomach and took an x-ray which did show infection in the root canal. After a tooth extraction my stomach problems i had for years had disappeared. So i will be sticking with my new holistic dentist.

Fantastic experience: Had the best time here! The dental assistant named Han was a lovely girl and she made the entire experience so smooth and relaxing. Would definitely recommend coming here with kids as they are very understanding and kind while beibn extremely thorough.

Negative experience: Don’t really go to the city during the week and not familiar with the parking. 1st time booking here, was late for 15mins as spent more than half an hour to find a parking and the traffic was horrible on north terrace. Finally parked at the $9/hr building and walked there. The reception was nice and told me couldn’t do the cleaning as no enough time. The female dentist was very rude and repeated LOUDLY again and again ‘you have to be on time next time’. Yes, sorry I was late but no one wants to! I spent time/money and frustrated as well! Could you talk to the patient in a nice way as a professional!! My daughter was even scared and said the lady was so bossy! Didn’t get any service and walked away.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Darrel this week for a general clean and a small filling. The level of detail and care shown as well as clear communication was very comforting. And the skill in the procedure - all I can say is that I could have fallen asleep while the cleaning/filling/injection, all of it was being done. The aesthetic of the filling is also top notch. Fantastic experience: I have been coming Dr Beckley for a few years now and have had all sorts of work done from minor fillings to most recently an implant. He takes real pride in his work and is very thorough whilst at the same time explaining what is happening and making sure I'm OK! The staff are lovely, kind and caring. I cannot speak highly enough of him and his team!

Negative experience: Used to be good and helpful, but not anymore. Stay away from this place!!! The dentist they have is pretty arrogant and doesn't try to help you in anyway in solving your concern. They will try to rip you off even when their own workmanship is in question. Sorry to say but you do rip your people off. When asked about assurance of your work a standard arrogant reply of “how long is a piece of string?” comes.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dentist. Due to having lived in three different cities I’ve been to quite a few dentists and yes dentistry is quite possibly the best one I’ve been to. They are diligent and upfront re costs which is not something that is common to the medical industry.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr Darrel to see if he could improve my smile. I’ve always been a little self conscious and was unsure about getting anything major. But Dr Darrel eased any of my concerns and was incredibly supportive and informative. The friendly receptionist (Brittany) and assistant (Taylah) were so great at keeping my at ease. Now I can’t stop smiling!!!!

Negative experience: I used to enjoy coming to this dentist, the staff were friendly and always accommodating. That was until they left a foul taste in my mouth… Just over a year ago (14 months to be exact) I had a filling done here which has recently fallen out. Now this was already the second time the filling had been done with the previous one lasting approximately 4 years. I expected that being the second time it has been done, and being only 14 months since being done, it would be repaired free of charge, especially considering any potential issues were discussed at the time of filling as it was already the second time around. I contacted staff only who spoke with the practice manager only to be contacted a week later and denied a free repair because it was done ‘over a year ago’. I was told I could go in for a consult to work out exactly what needs to be done. I mulled this over and called back a few days later to request that at least the consultation be free of charge. I expected this would be allowed and told staff I would happily pay for the repair to be done as long as they come to the party and offer the consultation free of charge as there was still a chance the filling came out due to application or method of the repair. I waited a few days for a response, followed by an email asking for an update and finally got a call back saying the consultation would not be free. The company I work for sells products that come with a 12 month warranty and if one of those is outside of warranty and has an issue we offer leeway with the product, because who wouldn’t be upset that they paid over $200 for something that is now defunct. Alas my attempts were all for nothing as the practice were unable to offer anything or handle the matter reasonably all because the filling conveniently fell out ‘just outside of 12 months’. This is not reflective of the reception staff if anyway but more so a review and reflection on the operation of Yes Dentistry as a business and their inability to take responsibility. I can safely say I will not be returning for any dental work in the future.

I wanted to change this, but all the Dentists I had previous consultations with made me uneasy and did not fill me with confidence. I eventually came across YES Dentistry. When I first met Dr Beckley he treated me with kindness and respect. He also listened to all of my concerns and patiently answered all of my admittedly stupid questions. He's even taken the time to explain the whole process to me multiple times. Now, I would be remiss not to mention the Dental Assistant, Tamika. Her bubbly attitude and humor, makes me look forward to every visit. It's these sort of experiences with staff that just make the whole experience a uniquely positive one. The whole team there need a special mention. All of them make me feel at ease and welcome, even the mysterious stranger (Han). Fantastic experience: My teeth were a mess! After years of not looking after them, I had to have 7- 8 extracted and an upper and lower denture made! Dentist Daryl patiently extracted the teeth and constatly checked if I was ok. I then had to come back to have the socekts cleaned out and the denture fitted. After numerous visits to fine tune the fitting they finally seem to fit well ! Maddie was excellent - She remembers everybodies name and face - Amazing attirbute to have in customer service - Kudo Maddie and the team !

Fantastic experience: i am hoping ive done this right and it comes up annonymously to protect my name but this place has been great. i came in a couple of weeks ago and had a nother check of my teeth the young boy dentist with glasses was great and the lady on the desk maddie was really helpful with finances and getting money stuff sorted for me . would definitely tell everyone to go see them if you need good dental work that doesnt cost an arm and a leg and payment options available. top stuff and great staff

Fantastic experience: I came here a couple months ago because I had persistent headache and bleeding in my gums, Dr Rachel was really good in doing a check up and giving me the right advise. Commenting here now because the problem has since been solved and I haven't had any issues! She made the right decision is advising me to do a clean on the day as well as she noticed my gum health was not good! She even gave me a special syringe to allow me to clean the back of gums at home to avoid future problems. I have since followed up on her advice and she referred me to Advanced Max for my wisdom teeth. So glad I came to see her, would highly recommend anyone who is nervous about seeing a dentist, she's really reassuring and has a steady hand, made me feel very comfortable! Thanks Dr Rachel :)

Fantastic experience: Going in to have a root canal done i was extremely anxious and completely freaking out because I had some bad experiences at other dental clinics but within the first few minutes in the chair at yes dentistry dr Rachel calmed me down and started my root canal, she was awesome, she is extremely professional and is obviously extremely experienced, i felt no pain at all and was very happy with the result. I'm going back to have my root canal finished off in a couple of weeks and for the first time ever I'm not at all anxious because I know she is a great dentist, I've given 5 stars and highly recommend YES dentistry. Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dentistry for a year now and I must say it has the best service for the price you pay. I have been to more than a few dentists and I highly recommend them. Every bit of work they have done has been of a high standard. The staff are incredibly friendly, especially Tamika and dr. Bekley. The procedure was explained well and they were always making sure that I was comfortable. They are genuine, outgoing people who show great empathy and concern for your wellbeing.

Negative experience: Absolute rip off. $350 minimum for 1 filling. Preaches free checkup's and free x-ray on website. But not of any use. Stay away if you want to save pocket.

Fantastic experience: This review has been too long coming. Moving from interstate and setting up new medical providers is always challenging, but we lucked out with practice. Wow, a dentist who actually takes the time to explain what work needs to be done and actually shows you the areas of concern is amazing. Dr Beckley and the staff are professional, kind and courteous. If you had to give this practice a one word title it would be integrity. My wife and I always feel comfortable coming to the surgery, knowing that we will receive the best in dental care and not being over charged. Thank you guys for providing such wonderful caring and genuine service.

Fantastic experience: Had a pesky wisdom tooth situation which was causing me some serious discomfort. Luckily i had the wisdom to call these guys and got a quick same day appointment. Had a few issues with the removal not due to the dentist but some curved roots (my bad) but everyone was lovely and the price was lower than expected. Highly recommended :)

Negative experience: This place was awful. I paid upwards of $750 to get a mark on my front tooth covered up. However, they didn't explain the process even when I asked about it and did not even mention what they were doing would completely cover the mark! I was so so disappointed with the outcome! The even did a REALLY BAD job of it, they left a dent in my front tooth that food gets caught in?? Don't waste your money here.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't be happier with the service provided by the staff at Budget Dentistry. My Partner and I have been going to Dr Beckley for general dentistry for a few years & he is always very gentle. I have always hated my smile so when Dr Beckley told me about 'Fast Smile' i was very interested. Within a few months i had my braces on, it was pretty much pain free and most people hardly knew i was wearing them. After having them on for just over 12 months i had them removed. I couldn't be happier with the results and am very impressed with the transformation. All of the nursing, admin and hygiene staff are very friendly. It was a pleasure going in for my monthly visits to have my bands changed. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone for both general dentistry and orthodontic. I am forever grateful to the staff for helping me my smile and will continue to go to Dr Beckley for years to come.

Fantastic experience: I am currently undergoing general and specialised dental care with Dr. Beckley and his team. The customer service has been outstanding and compassionate.

Negative experience: they get 1 star for getting back to me. I was enquiring re switching for a cheaper molar root canal and crown. Seemed from reviews the prices would be cheaper. Firstly, they wanted to charge for the exam and xray when the webste clearly said they would not. Second, the told me their prices were comparable; so begs the question where the budget aspect comes in. Somewhat of a misnomer this place - extremely disappointing.

Fantastic experience: I was recently made redundant & in the process of wanting to get a dental implant done in my mouth, unfortunately I had to pull out of this due to the instability of my income. Dr Beckley @ Budget Dentistry & the team there was very supportive in my position & arranged for me to go through with the dental implant procedure at a cost to them. This was an amazing opportunity & I am grateful for their support with this & meant that I was able to feel good about still having this procedure completed. I am now back in Adelaide after being flown to Sydney (at Budget Dentistry's cost) & am ensuring I follow instructions for healing. It wasn't at all, and Dr Harris and the entire team were FANTASTIC. It's only a smaller dentist but this made it feel so much more comfortable and friendly.
