Fantastic experience: Dr John Bakalakis has been my provider for many years. This is an exceptional practice in every respect - and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The level of skill, professionalism and empathy is outstanding! The clinic is also clean, spacious and as relaxing a space (as a dental surgery could be :)

Fantastic experience: I would say this is a highly skilled dentist. You can fully trust his professional skills and he is extremely meticulous. However, the powerful technology has made me dependent on it. Nevertheless, I still decided to seek another dentist. This was entirely my own fault because I am a person with a strong need for dependence. This has caused me a lot of internal stress and indecision. So I've decided to give up on this place. But you can have complete confidence in the dentist's skills.

Fantastic experience: Motivated to book in as he uses a fantastic cleaning machine/process: the Guided Bio Film which I had experienced overseas. An elegantly designed dental studio is immediately calming. Dr. John has deep knowledge and professionalism and explained everything very clearly. Also kind and caring handling it all and my extra medical needs. Assistants and staff were lovely. Easy to park in the secure garage and lift is straight up to the practice. Do make an appointment! Great to watch TV throughout.

Fantastic experience: When I first met Dr John Bacalakis 13 years ago, I was so afraid of dentists that I had not been for years. He was so kind and professional that I ended up with a full 8 hour appointment having 16 crowns done in one day. I have never looked back. No more fillings. No more fear. The new premises are full of shiny and new sparkling equipment. You could not ask for more. Two years later, everything is still sparkling clean, and Dr John and all the staff are just as friendly and professional as ever.
