Dr Rose easily performed the procedure, which fixed my tooth pain and saved me money on an endodontist referral. I’ve sinced moved away from Cranbourne, but will always come back here. Fantastic experience: Broke a tooth a molar that left the legs in my jaw which Rosy had to dig out. Usually a bad experience but Rosy made it painless and quick, which I had no after effects. She has a very calming pleasant demina which puts you at ease. All in all a very pleasant experience

Negative experience: I want to share some of my experience about shine dental group, I visit with my wife as my wife was suffering bad pain from wisdom tooth and dr rose take the x ray and explain us that you have hole in the wisdom tooth and reached the nerves and if I fill your teeth may be your pain goes away or maybe not and I won’t give you any guarantee for the pain it is better to take it out, she said us , so In this point we was just very confused what is she talking about to take the tooth out it is not the easy way any way we decide to go home and think again, and luckily we found other dentists and they have done ex ray and explained that you have very small hole that needs to be clean and filling and we have done there and till today my wife she is happy life with no more pain, we waste $90 at shine dental for just nothing but bad experience

Fantastic experience: I do not normally write reviews, even bad experiences. I guess there will always be the first on everything. She was very thorough and very professional, never felt rushed. Ive had my filling redone and felt no pain during and after the procedure. No sensitivities at all. The first time i have had this filling done(from another dental clinic), i had pain throughout the procedure. I can feel the grinding on my tooth and it was horrible. Made me reluctant to go for dental appointments since. Thankfully my wife found this clinic and she was excellent. Highly recommend!

I started attending here after I had a dental emergency (chipped tooth) and Dr. Matthew was able to squeeze me into her schedule ASAP which i was grateful for. Ever since I have been attending this clinic for my regular check ups and cleans. Dr Matthew is an absolute professional who is extremely thorough. Her prices are very reasonable. I will continue to attend her clinic for many years to come. If you are looking for a good dentist, however don't have a spare kidney to pay for every visit- come here!
