Fantastic experience: Highly recommended — Smile Line Dental Care Bankstown So far, I’ve had four appointments, and every single visit has shown their high level of professionalism and genuinely caring service. If the dentist is running even half an hour late, the receptionist will call to inform me. On one occasion when the dentist couldn’t make it, they arranged for another doctor to handle what could be done first, and the next time I saw my original dentist, the very first thing was a sincere apology. They also make sure a staff member who speaks my language is on duty when needed. All the staff are incredibly friendly, taking away the usual fear and tension people feel when visiting a dentist.

My dentist, Salli Adil Ali, is very friendly and explains the procedure before, and also gives feedback and suggestions afterward. Other doctors have given me advice about my wisdom tooth. They are partnered with Bupa Dental, and as a Bupa member, I can access all the facilities and benefits they offer.

Fantastic experience: Went in for a full checkup and clean today with Kristina. She was so sweet and understanding when I told her about some issues I was worried about. Kristina took her time to talk me through all the questions I had and gave me lots of amazing advice. Her and her assistant Hawraa were super nice and caring the whole time. I've been to multiple practices before to get my teeth checked and cleaned and this is the first time I've loved the dentist. I'll be seeing Kristina from now on and I'm so happy I found someone so caring and knowledgeable.

Negative experience: I was disappointed with the lack of understanding from the receptionist when I had to cancel due to illness. It felt as though the clinic prioritised payment over patient care.

Negative experience: Very very bad experience, my 80 years old mum was late for her morning appointment, due to no fault of her own, buses were late which made her late, and was told they wouldn't be able to see her that day or make another booking for another 2 weeks but that will be to late as her voucher would have expired. They told her to go to another clinic. How unprofessional of them and they have no "duty of care". They policy does not accept "lateness" according to one of the ladies i spoke to. She did not care or apologise for telling my elderly that they can't fit her in that day. Terrible customer service, they need training around empathy and compassion, which clearly they don't possess. If you had thousands, I'm pretty sure they would have accommodated for her lateness.
