Fantastic experience: I want to extend my deepest thanks to Dr Molly and Chloe at Broulee. My 2-year-old had a badly broken front tooth, and before coming here we’d visited another clinic that showed no care or compassion during what was already a traumatic experience. From the moment I spoke with Chloe at reception, she was incredible — compassionate, reassuring, and quick to organise an urgent appointment with Dr Molly. Dr Molly treated my daughter with such gentleness, patience, and thorough care. She made us feel supported through every step. Thanks to their prompt action and genuine kindness, my daughter was able to have her tooth safely removed in Canberra without delay. I’m so grateful for the exceptional care we received during such a stressful time. Highly recommend this wonderful team.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointing experience with Tidy Tooth Dental (Batemans Bay & Broulee). I was referred to their endodontist for a specialist appointment that cost $600. Weeks later, neither I nor my regular dentist have received the report, despite four follow-up phone calls. Each time I was told it would be sent, yet nothing ever arrived. For the price charged, I expected at least basic communication and follow-through — but instead I’ve had to chase them repeatedly for something that should have been handled promptly and professionally. Very poor organisation and customer care. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic based on my experience.

Fantastic experience: CARE,EFFICIENCY, EXCELLENCE & KINDNESS. I spent lots of money on other dental work & this surgery has fixed all dental issues including my front tooth being knocked out by my grandson. It was glued in place over Christmas 24 into the next Christmas 25. Their patience is astronomical & work is even better.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

She was very gentle and did not rush the procedure as it was a difficult extraction. Follow up care was excellent.

Fantastic experience: A Big Massive Shout out to Dr Steve At tidy tooth dental batemans bay Called up this morning in needing a tooth removed the amazing Staff behind the counter fitted me in with 2 hours. Honestly I been to the a few dentist around the area some are rough some are there just to get the job done. However today's experience with this place was absolutely amazing from getting ex rays getting injections then the removal process was really stress free From a bloke that's been to a few dentist and have felt previous drs just jabbing my jaw then feeling the injection. Today's experience was the complete opposite didn't even feel.the needle hit the jaw line. Will be definitely going back to these guys Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: My son had two procedures done today. Dentist Zoe was amazing!! My son sat there for 30mins and didn't move, didn't cry or show any concern. Zoe was very gentle, and made my son feel quite at ease for his appointment. He didn't even notice he had a needle lol. When we left he said that dentist was nice. Fantastic experience: Shout out to Tidy Tooth Dental who fitted me in on Monday after I'd left a message on their machine Saturday morning. I had two toothy problems, one was an upper molar where half of it became loose and a lower molar that lost its filling and left behind a lethal piece of wire that mangled my poor tongue every time I drank or talked. I am petrified of dentists because of possible pain and having to lie there with my mouth open, full of stuff and being unable to move. Well, Molly put me at ease, always telling me what she was doing and why, and nearly an hour later, I emerged with a big filling and no wire. I could drink! I could talk! Yeeha! They are truly wonderful! But the question is, will I be brave enough to book in to get the other tooth extracted? (My last experience years ago getting a molar out was unpleasant - it took 90 minutes - and left me a bit buggered, sore and sensitive). But I think I will because it may get painful if I leave it too long. I dislike dentistry, but Tidy Tooth are pretty darn good and I'll recommend them to anyone who'll listen, considering I can now talk without punching holes in my tongue, thanks to Molly and her lovely assistant. Just got to pluck up the courage to make the call...

Fantastic experience: Each of my visits to Tidy Tooth Dental have been both professional and friendly. I have been treated with courtesy and all questions answered honestly without any condescention. I had to have a bridge put in and while it took a long time, I was told to simply raise my hand if I needed and break and I was asked from time to time if I was Okay. I am happy to recommend this practice to anyone as I have seen two dentists here and both were of the same high standard of kindness, consideration and efficiency.

I was able to see someone that day, and the dentist was friendly and explained everything clearly and gave me the time to decide what type of procedure I wanted to do. I then received a follow up call a few days later to ask how I was feeling after the procedure. Fantastic service and care.

Fantastic experience: i was very scared of going to the dentist , however, when i went to Tidy Tooth Dental and i saw Dr Eoin Lehane my fears went out the window. Best chair side manner I have ever experienced at a dentist and I’m not even a regular client. Professional and gentle. Admin staff were also excellent with a follow up check in phone call after surgery.

From start to finish I was made to feel comfortable. My fears were acknowledged by the dentist and his dental nurse. Procedure was explained by each step, during which i was checked on, comforted. He took his time and great care was taken every step of the way. I was so grateful on completion, i couldnt thank him enough. Negative experience: This dentist was great when they first started their business now having to wait 6 weeks to see one then told going on holidays have to reschedule. There is no care for existing patients anymore. Had a friend who had an abseses and they would not see her when she was in agony. Ok if you dont have problems with your teeth
