Fantastic experience: I can’t thank Dr James, Dr Emily, and the receptionist (so sorry I forgot her name!) enough for the incredible care and compassion they have shown me. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely cared for — not just like another appointment in the book. I was dealing with a lot of pain and discomfort from a broken tooth, and Dr James fitted me in quickly to try and get it sorted. Dr Emily phoned me before my appointment to introduce herself and to find out a bit about me, especially since I have severe dental anxiety. She asked how to make me feel more at ease, which I found incredibly helpful and made a real difference. Dr James was incredibly patient and explained everything clearly, making sure I understood my options and felt comfortable the whole time. Dr Emily was gentle, reassuring, and had that calm, confident touch that makes all the difference when you’re anxious or in pain. And the receptionist went above and beyond — kind, organised, and genuinely welcoming. I’ve honestly never felt so looked after at a dental clinic. Professional, empathetic, and truly human. I’d give more than five stars if I could.

Emily, James and Minette are the best you could hope for. I learnt so much in my first few visits then I had in the prior 30 tears and they caught details and issues about dentists that others had missed. They have a warmth that helps you feel more comfortable in an uncomfortable situation for many.

Fantastic experience: Being neurodivergent, I’ve always been incredibly scared of dentists, even being in a practice gives me a huge amount of anxiety. But approximately 1.5yrs I saw Dr Emily & Minette, I knew I needed a lot of work done and I told them my anxiety and apprehension about dentists. They were absolutely PHENOMENAL. I was blown away. Both of Minette & Dr Emily made it very clear that I could stop when I liked, take a breather if I needed or even end the session. They were so understanding and kind. Dr Emily thoroughly explained what we were going to do each session and was perfectly happy to give me breaks when I needed. I’ve never had such a kind and understanding dentist visit, I didn’t know they could be this wonderful. I highly HIGHLY RECOMMEND for any neurodivergent kids and adults.

Fantastic experience: Easily the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. The consultation with Nathan was easy and informative and the check up and treatment plan was really well explained. Comfort was prioritised throughout, with regular check ins throughout the treatment process. Charlie the dental assistant was very friendly, with all staff I encountered being really welcoming and easy to talk to. The staff put me at ease from the front door through until the end of my appointment. The offices themselves were very clean and comfortable.

Fantastic experience: We took our 7 year old daughter to see Dr. James at Aesthetic Smile Collective last week and had the best experience ever. Our daughter is very adventurous but when it comes to teeth is nervous and gets very upset. Dr. James was amazing. He was calm and caring with her but firm which is what she needed. He explained everything and answered all her questions. He built trust with her by doing what he said he was going to do and by the end she had a needle and a filling that she said didn’t hurt at all. Dr. James had some pretty amazing techniques to perform the work without her feeling any pain. She had a smile on her face by the end and Dr. James was her hero. She is so much more confident with her teeth now and it really is all because of this great experience at Aesthetic Smile Collective. All the staff were so friendly and professional and I highly recommend Aesthetic Smile Collective.

I needed a new sports mouth guard so I booked in to see James. I was able to get in straight away, and because they had a state of the art scanner, the appointment only took 10 minutes! A few days later I received a call that my mouthguard was back from the lab and ready. It fits absolutely perfectly! It used to be such a pain to get these mouth guards made by taking an impression - but this experience was so seamless! Felt as though they are very on top of things (more so than other dentists) and have a plan for your teeth (aesthetically and functionally). Fantastic experience: It’s not often you hear about the dentist being a beautiful experience but that is exactly what we have just had with Dr Emily. My son (six) had his regular check up at Aesthetic Smile Collective today and it was incredible how comfortable the staff made him feel. The quality and thoroughnesses of the check up was like none I had experienced before for my son or myself. Dr Emily really took the time to explain everything whilst also asking questions to ensure she had all the information she needed. The kind and caring nature of the team really shone through during our time in the clinic. We have finally found a dentist we can stay with for a long time to come.

Secondly, they continue to be the rarest of dentistry practitioners where it is not a dreaded experience to attend.
