Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Ranjan and his wonderful team. My son has quite a bit of anxiety when it comes to dental visits, and from the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and safe. Dr. Ranjan took the time to really listen to my son’s concerns, never rushing him and explaining every step of the process in a calm, reassuring way. He spoke directly to my son, helping him understand what was happening and why, which made a world of difference. It was clear that both Dr. Ranjan and his staff genuinely care about their patients and take pride in providing compassionate, patient-centered care. The whole experience was so positive that my son left feeling confident and relaxed — something I never thought I’d say about a dental appointment! I truly couldn’t recommend Dr. Ranjan and his team more highly. If you’re looking for a dentist who is professional, kind, and exceptional with children (especially those with anxiety), this is the place to go.

Fantastic experience: Today I had a new dentist at this practice as it’s been a hot minute since I’ve been to the dentist. She was absolutely lovely, very friendly and given I’m a nervous patient she did things a little bit differently which made a stressful situation much easier for me. I have also, in the past needed an emergency appointment and they were able to get me in promptly. Would highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend this dental clinic. A few years ago I had a very unpleasant experience at another clinic and as a result I was hesitant to do my regular checkups. Dr Esca Jacobs as well as the rest of the team at Arch Dental have been reassuring upon my return to the dentist by listening to my concerns and giving me reassurance. As a result I have no hesitation now in returning every 6 months for my regular check up.

Fantastic experience: Professionalism with genuine compassion. Such an amazing clinic! Everyone is so lovely and calming. Prices aren’t ridiculous either. What an awesome team. On that note, I suffer from panic attacks and had a little menty b in the chair, scored some head tickles and so much reassurance that I calmed down so quickly.

My youngest was very unsure and nervous but the super friendly and caring Dr. Sheenah was AMAZING … she explained and showed my boys everything that was happening during their checkup and clean. He is very gentle and gives patients plenty of breaks in between your dental visit. From dental cleans to surgical to root canal’s, Ranjan is your Dentist!

Negative experience: Went in for a 11:30 appointment, sat there until 11:50 when I asked if it was going to much longer as my baby was getting upset. The receptionist Nat was unnecessarily rude when I asked if it was going to be much longer. She quite rudely said to me “it’s not my fault we had an emergency come in, to which I said ” I never said it was & I just asked a simple question” This all could have been avoided by simply informing me of the emergency & the delay on my arrival. Instead I was left sitting there with no explanation as to why. Communication isn’t hard. Nat was pretty happy when I said don’t worry about it I’ll go elsewhere. I got a “ ok no worries” & she smiled. Do not recommend!

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing practice, both the admin and the dentist are so professional and awesome! I called due to an agonic pain and they took me in within an hour (I've never been there before). Found out it was a dental infection (huge) and it was all removed safely and not as painful as my previous tooth extraction. I had my baby with me and they were so helpful, offered me to have her on me. The assistant was very caring and helpful as she put "Row row row your boat for my baby" and was holding my jaw to make it less painful to remove the tooth. It was a great experience. Thanks to all of you.

Fantastic experience: Amazing, professional, personable and just damn good! All staff are awesome from Nat who runs the admin to Dr Ranjan who is so nice and so good at what he does. As a family who aren't fond of dentists, these guys are AMAZING. We are thankful as a family to have found such a great practise & we would be happy to put our money where our mouth is on just how good these guys are.

Fantastic experience: After stumbling upon Arch Dental a few years ago by chance when another dentist had canceled on me last minute all I can say is I am so glad I found this practice! Ranj and his team are so professional, friendly and caring. The practice has a personal touch where you feel more like family rather than just another client. I’m always greeted welcomingly and conversation carries on in between my six monthly check up and cleans which have always been gentle and pain free. They even automatically rebooked myself and my partner appointments back to back again which is so convenient with having a little one. The communication has also always been exceptional! I can’t recommend them enough!

Negative experience: Toothache Friday night so I Booked online an emergency dental appt for Saturday. Drive 1 1/4 hours from Eungella to Shakespeare clinic but no one arrived. Tried to Rebook for 9 am left phone messages with no response.

Fantastic experience: I had my first dental visit in life at Arch dental. Dr. Ranjan and his staff made me feel comfortable on my visit for general check up and cleaning & tooth fillings. Dr. Ranjan also took time to educate me about self dental care and answer all of questions with great patience in easy to understand language. I highly recommend Arch dental for any type of dental work.

She was very helpful in explaining and addressing helpful information, a variety of treatment options and made us feel very comfortable.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I recently had to visit this dentist. I had 3 fillings on top of my bottom teeth to stop sensitivity and my husband had an extraction. Found them on google and made appointments. They fitted us in straight away. Excellent customer service and Dr Ranjun the dentist and Bethany i think her name was is the dental nurse were just both amazing. Very gentle and great at calming nerves. The receptionist / dental assistant got me in very last minute, and the whole process was easy, supportive and informative. Tooth removal was quick and painless. Ranjun used Numbing Gel before inserting the needle. My 11yo daughter said she didn't feel a thing. Nice Work Arch Dental.

Fantastic experience: Squeezed me in despite being fully booked after explaining I only have one window a week. Which is why it had taken 2 weeks to get sorted to even try for an appointment. Cost was very reasonable which was a plus given we don't have health cover. Have no problem giving 5 stars and a big Thank You.

Fantastic experience: Great dentist. New to Mackay and had not been here before. I visited because my partner rated them so highly, and I can see why. Very professional. They were running a bit late on my first visit so they called to let me know, rather than me sitting in the office, which I appreciated. On the second visit (for fillings) the appointment was right on time.
