My dentist Rose was warm and easy to communicate with and my full check up and clean was very thorough and very comfortable. The technology Rose utilised gave me a very clear understanding of what maintenance was required and a thorough treatment plan was provided accordingly. Maria worked with me to schedule follow up appointments to address any issues, all the while taking into account how much time in the dentist’s chair I was comfortable with. I feel confident that my smile will be well taken care of with the help of Brisbane Elite Dental.

As it turns out, my jaw was a little off and needed an 8 mil correction so I had the works, jaw surgery, braces, everything and all in my 30's. I don't have any regrets and Dr Tony Cassimatis and his team were amazing throughout the whole period, highly recommend.

Negative experience: ⚠️ Avoid this clinic at all costs. If you value your teeth, your health, or your money — run in the opposite direction. My sister went to Rose for veneers, and what she walked away with was a full-blown dental nightmare. Her teeth were DESTROYED — both in how they look and how they function. She had to go back three times because the work was so badly done, and somehow, it got worse each visit. The cherry on top is that once it was clear Rose couldn’t fix the damage she caused, she did what all shady "professionals" do: she ghosted. No accountability. No apology. No offer to make it right. Just disappeared. I was considering cosmetic work myself (with a different dentist), but after witnessing what my sister has gone through, I honestly have secondhand trauma. The emotional, physical, and financial damage is something no one should ever experience. It’s been two years, and she still can’t bite into most foods. She’s in constant discomfort, and the aesthetic is an actual horror show. She doesn’t have the emotional capacity to relive all of this by writing a review — so I’m doing it for her. People deserve to know what they’re getting into before trusting this place with their smile. Rose didn’t just botch a procedure — she ruined someone’s confidence, comfort, and quality of life. I wouldn’t let this dental clinic go near me if it was the last on earth. Do. Not. Go. Here.

Fantastic experience: I had my 1st dental appointment at Brisbane Elite Dental with Dr Ri today. It had been several years since I had last gone to the dentist, so I knew today's clean was going to be a big one. I must say Dr. Ri was so gentle, and her calm nature definitely put me at ease throughout. I have extremely sensitive teeth, but she talked me through everything and helped settle my anxiety and nerves. I will definitely be back to book in with her again soon.

Fantastic experience: I was able to make a short notice appointment to get some emergency restoration work done on a broken tooth, service was excellent, process was quick and painless. I was given the price up front before any work was done and the Dr Sarah was very transparent about my options and made me feel very comfortable throughout. 10/10 Best dental experience of my life.

Fantastic experience: This dentist is easily the best I've been to. My tooth chipped last night and I was able to get in today. They numbed my cheek before even putting in the syringe - I didn't feel a thing. They were lovely, super quick and very transparent with the pricing. Before they even started they told me how much it was going to cost.

Fantastic experience: ** Can’t thank Rose enough for giving me back my smile and confidence ** walked in today with a gap in my front teeth which has been annoying me for so long and walked out with the gap filled. Rose did an excellent job of filling the gap and is such a perfectionist that i can’t remember what it looked like before. My only regret was not taking a before and after photo. Will definitely be back in the future.

Negative experience: Worst dentist I have ever been to. Absolutely would not recommend. Went for a consultation, was told I needed work done, paid a lot of money to get said work done only to end up in excruciating pain. Went to a different practice bc they were closed and was told the procedure was absolutely unnecessary. Still having problems from it years later bc my tooth was grinded down so much I get nerve pain when eating certain foods which I never had prior. Staff and dentist also have horrible attitudes and are very entitled especially given the poor quality work and obvious greedy motivation and prey on young people/ppl they think they can sell anything to (which they absolutely tried to the point of making me SO uncomfortable I wouldn’t have gone back either way).

I needed two new veneers on my front teeth and I hoped he could also “straighten” the two teeth either side of my front teeth, saving me having to go the Invisalign route. This he did with shaping and veneers and I couldn’t be happier with the result! The whole process of bleaching and dental work was carefully explained and Tony made sure I was completely comfortable with the whole process before we proceeded. The staff were friendly and helpful. Fantastic experience: For years I have had issues with seeing the dentist due to really poor experiences. I met Dr Tony and his team and over the years the anxiety when heading to the dentist is gone! The team all make you feel so comfortable and informed of exactly what work is being done and making sure you are ok with everything being done. Both my kids and husband now go to Brisbane Smile Centre. I’ve recently had Veneers done with Dr Tony. No injections. No pain. Took an hour and a half and I’m so happy with my top teeth! Highly highly recommend Dr Tony and his team. They’re all amazing.

Fantastic experience: I love a good clean by hygienists usually as they generally do a much better job than the dentists. Alisha is probably the best hygienists I have had so far - so detail and careful, even some of my oldest tartar build-ups between teeth came out!! She was very good with my 6 year old first clean, and my 3 yo first dental visit recently too!

I spoke to Dr Tony after researching fast braces and he was able to deliver what I wanted. His service and his wonderful staff are first class. I had my braces off today and could not be happier. As a Dental Technician I do not do Tony’s work and choose to go to him on my own accord. Thank you Dr Tony and all your staff. I will be recommending Brisbane Smile Center to everyone I know.

Negative experience: After my initial consult with Tony I was happy when he repaired my sheared veneer but after I returned the next day when it had partially broke off in my sleep, his attitude had changed. He was very abrupt and threw the broken off veneer on the table and I was made to feel like I was wasting his time by returning. Then he suggested that I was a tooth grinder and it was probably my fault it broke the second time. Would not recommend Dr Tony in a hurry.

Negative experience: Dr. Tony is really bad. My tooth wash only took 5 mins. The water pressure was very high that made me so pain. He did not clean my teeth comprehensively. It is not worth to go there. His attitude is super horrible. I was trying to talk to him after half an hour, but he said you do not need come to see me anymore.

Negative experience: Terrible. I grew up in a family of dentists and worked as a dental assistant for 4 years. I am appalled with the terrible service of this dentist and poor examination. I went in for a check up and consultation re a possible gum lifting; and found the dentist to be rude and dismissive. Before he even examined me he asked if I was flossing daily - then told me to floss more and come back in a few months. Well, I could have been told that over the phone; instead of being lured for a clean and check up (that took no more than 4 minutes) for $149 dollars. He did not give me a chance to ask any questions. Above all, he did not check my overall mouth health (inner lips, tongue, roof of the mouth). He did not even pick up on simple facts such as the fact that I have been suffering with bruxism for many years. Never again...

Fantastic experience: Dr Tony Cassimatis and his lovely, friendly and helpful staff are so professional and actually make going to the dentist a truly rewarding experience. I'm so happy with the quality of work that has been done, and you can't beat the price, either! I had been contemplating full porcelain veneers for some time but was rather put off by the preparation that needs to be done to your natural teeth. The Glamsmile option was perfect and I'd recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat. My teeth look and feel fantastic, and I have absolutely no regrets.

Fantastic experience: I have always been petrified of going to the dentist - I actually avoided going for almost 10 years but when I noticed a spot on one of my teeth I knew I needed to go again. I found the Brisbane Smile Centre via Google and selected them based on their good reviews. I was lucky in that my teeth were in relatively good condition, but I did need one filling. It was a very deep filling, and they were worried they might have to do a root canal but Dr Tony managed to save my tooth (he takes photos as he goes so you can see how bad the tooth was). He researched my medical history and altered the drugs they typically administer to cater to me and as a result, the experience was very pleasant. I later had some pain in the tooth and went to another dentist because it was so sore and Brisbane Smile Centre weren't open on the weekend. They told me I needed a root canal and quoted me $1000's. I decided to wait, no so much because of the price but because of my fear of the procedure and not wanting to lose a tooth. When I went to see Tony the following week, he discovered that the filling was slightly high, filed it down quickly for free and almost a year later I still have the tooth and there have been no other issues. Tony is very passionate about what he does and he deserves all the 5 star reviews. For anyone scared of the dentist or just looking for a quality, ethical professional, I'd recommend Tony.
