Fantastic experience: Dr Xuan is an amazing dentist. She is up to date, professional and clearly strives to recommend the most practical and effective solutions to any problems. Fantastic experience: It is never easy to find a professional who meets your every needs. Fortunately for me, Waverley Road Dental is about as good as it gets when it comes to dental treatment. It truly meets my dental needs. Dr Xuan Tran has been attending to me for several years since she took over this practice which I was already going to for my dental treatment before the takeover. It didn't take me long to feel assured and comfortable with the new management. The administrative staff are always welcoming, polite and helpful, whether face-to-face or on the phone. Dr Xuan Tran has demonstrated a high level of professional etiquette, knowledge of the latest dentistry technology and excellent "bedside manner". She takes the time to explain a situation and provide the most appropriate remedy, again with explanation, for any particular dental treatment my teeth may require. There was a time when going to the dentist would strike terror in me. Dr Xuan and her team has made it all seem so painless, literally. Yes, I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a true professional with high ethical standards and up-to-date knowledge.

Fantastic experience: Been going here for years now and I’m very happy with the service, never cared about the health of teeth and I also used to be scared of the dentist, but Dr Tran has changed my perception and has really highlighted the importance of oral health, knows how to explains complicated topics in a simple way, and is now part of my yearly routine. My favourite part of the experience is that I’m able to put headphones in and listen to music while getting my teeth cleaned and even when I got my wisdom teeth removal out. Definitely made the experience less daunting. Environment is well kept and clean and the staff are very open and welcoming!

Fantastic experience: Usually I don't bother to write reviews, but I'm very happy with my first visit. I heard this clinic when the dentist visited kinder. I took my one year old boy to see Angelica and she is so nice, informative and patient even though my son is not cooperative. All the staffs we met are so nice and the place is beautiful and hygienic. I will let them look after my children's oral health.

It's always clean, the front desk staff are lovely, and the quality of care from my dentist has always been great. Fantastic experience: Have an absolute phobia about dentists due to a bad experience. This team has eased my anxiety (to a point) and has been very professional and caring. Their approach is gentle and they always explain what they are doing and what is required, going forward, to maintain good dental health. I have recommended them to my friends as the service is exemplary and they are all really nice people as well. Although I still struggle to get there, I now know that it will not be unbearable!

Negative experience: Failed root canal which resulted in a cracked tooth and extraction. Two fillings that need replacing went undetected (as I found out through another dentist). Very disappointing and expensive ($3,500+)

Teeth that need Root Canal Treatment are usually badly broken down teeth, therefore after Root Canal Treatment there would be even less left of the tooth. This then would make the tooth have a higher risk of cracking. If a tooth cracks, bacteria will enter the Root Canal and re-infection will occur.
Our philosophy is to know and care for each individual patient like our own family.

Fantastic experience: Dr Khamtanh's bedside manner is impeccable. All the other staff are also great and very kind and caring. The doctor was thorough regarding my gums and wisdom tooth issue and took time to discuss after care as well. This is a clean, efficient and professional practice.
Fantastic experience: Had some wisdom tooth pain and was able to get an appointment with Dr. Khamtanh on the same day for extraction. He was very quick and clean, I didn’t even feel one of my two wisdom teeth getting pulled out. Best dental experience I've ever had.
