Today was my first visit and from the moment I walked in I was put at ease.Jenna has a gift she is so special ! Fantastic experience: As a life long person with a fobia of the dentist ,I am so pleased to find a dentist that takes the time to understand the fobia, i felt completely at ease with what he was going to do, that even had work done with no injection or sedation. Fantastic experience: So glad I found this place, I have just completed all on 4 lower implants, been a long journey but well worth the time, the staff are excellent and I have had nothing but great service. My dental trauma from years ago left me with very few options but I received honest consultations and upfront discussions about what would work and what wouldn't, originally went looking for top and bottom implants but was told they could do the top but not enough bone to graph the implants so I am staying with my plate which I am now planning on a new 1 in the new year to match up perfectly with my lower implants. I never felt under pressure to spend money on anything that was not going to last and has discussions about I could if I wanted to but they would sooner be as happy as I am with the end result- they really do care about the person then the service- and didn't want to sell me anything that would not last. I could have looked at going overseas to save money but have heard so many stories of problems and if you try to rectify it over here it can cost you more in the long run, from the time my treatment started until today when I now have my lower implant, nothing has been too much trouble and the service has been excellent. Although I have only a few teeth left, I will continue to be a patient here from now on and have them look after my plate, implant and teeth knowing that I don't need to be afraid- I have really bad trauma issues from my youth. I cannot recommend Accolade Dental enough for all your dental needs, my advice to anybody who is scared of dentists or like me has dental trauma is to make that appointment today - you will not be disappointed. I am very happy with my new smile and I'm looking forward to the update early next year.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Kamal for the past year. Due to all the medication I'm taking, my teeth have turned black. My bottom teeth are almost finished, and they are beautiful. I recomend Accolade and Dr Kamal to my friends who have had disastrous dental treatment. Dentures that are loose and uncomfortable. Accolade is the most modern clinic i have ever been to. Negative experience: I am really unhappy my granddaughter went there because she was scared of the needle and didn’t want to have a treatment done, they’ve told her she’s never let it go back there. What a load of bullshit.

Positive experience: When i came to see Dr Kamal i was so nervous, my teeth were a mess after smoking my whole life and Dr Kamal helped me work out a plan. I can highly recommend Accolade Dental Adelaide … they deserve the accolades indeed .☺️ I’ve had a very complex history with my teeth and dentistry , due to a host of health issues … and am very avoidant of dentists .. I can’t remember the last time in 15 years that I haven’t come away with complications or feeling quite traumatised . .. Yesterday under the care of Vani and Kamal at Accolade , I had what could have been a complex tooth extraction… but instead it was a miracle of ease and expert care .. .. with NO Trauma and NO complications .. I’m very grateful to have found them ..

Previous dental practices always left a sour taste (pun intended) and fear of what will the bill be this time. But not Accolade, every time I leave I achieve my dental goals and am provided a 5 star service by all the team. Looking forward to going back is not a statement generally heard when referring to a dentist but will continue to.

Having neglected my teeth folding an interstate move plus covid, I was so worried about judgement and fear of how bad my teeth had become. Dr Kamal was upfront, kind and reassuring. Nil judgement at all. He came up with a stepped treatment program so I knew exactly what I was in for (money and pain wise). The practice has been responsive and accommodating when I have had some pain and sensitivity post treatment and have fit me in at short notice. They even occupied my 4yr old whilst I had my veneer fitting! Such a lovely practice, definitely no anxiety walking in! Would certainly recommend Dr Kamal and the team.

Fantastic experience: Cannot speak highly enough of this dentist, I am only two visits in but I have been taken back with the genuine care shown for my oral health. These guys aren’t just a dentist by profession, they are also humble, down to earth people, they understand the struggles of day to day life and have tried to make the prices as affordable as possible, in doing so they hope to change peoples approach to prioritising their oral health. They are doing an awesome job as far as I can see, highly impressed.

They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. they have an excellent billing system and are willing to work with you in regards to public funding. I am very satisfied with the practice.

Negative experience: Do not trust this dentist! I tried this dentist as they were new to the area and close to my house. I went for a routine clean and check-up. Kamal told me I needed 3 fillings, so I scheduled another appointment to have this done. Once the fillings were done, I had a lot of pain and sensitivity in one of the teeth. I went back 3 days later to have this checked. Kamal said that this can be normal and he put a seal on the tooth. I was still having pain and sensitivity, so I went back and Kamal redid the filling. After having more issues, I went back to see the dentist again. I told him that I was worried this was leading to a root canal and that I wanted to avoid a root canal if possible after a previous bad experience. Kamal told me not to worry, it wasn’t at that stage yet. He said that he would redo the filling which would hopefully settle the issue. Kamal said that it was quite a big filling now to try to fix the problem. He told me that some people have sensitivity for quite a while (he said up to 12 weeks) and that maybe that was the issue. At the end of this appointment, another appointment was scheduled for 3 weeks’ time so that the dentist could check if everything was okay. Half and hour before that appointment, the receptionist called me and said that there was an emergency and they couldn’t see me for the appointment. I said that the tooth was still sensitive but I wanted to see if it would settle by itself. I continued to have problems for another 2 weeks, and then went to see my regular dentist to see what the issue was. They were able to get the X-rays and notes from Accolade. The X-rays showed that Kamal had started a root canal and the notes confirmed this. The notes said that I did not want a root canal, but the dentist had started it anyway. I now have to follow through with the root canal with my normal dentist. I wonder whether this would have been necessary at all if I hadn’t seen Kamal. **After my first visit, I received a text message which stated, “We hope you had a 5 STAR experience. Help us help others by posting a review of your experience.” I can only assume this is why they have so many 5 star reviews.

Fantastic experience: Apart from Dr. Kamal being amazing, so friendly and comforting, my wife had her wisdom lower tooth removed without GA something that not other dentist agreed on, as my wife was worried about the GA, Dr. Kamal did extraction successful with local anaesthesia and it was great result, healed the area no complications. Thanks doctor, it worth driving all the way to you everytime.
