Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr Eranda De Silva highly enough. As a specialist physician myself, I know how rare it is to find a clinician who is not only exceptionally thorough but also brings such genuine care to each consult. After years of searching in Melbourne, I was fortunate to find him and now QLD patients are the lucky ones. His bedside manner is second to none: calm, kind, and attentive. Every appointment left me feeling confident I had received the very best care. His attention to detail, skill and professionalism are unmatched. It’s a huge loss for Melbourne, but Queensland has truly gained a superb dentist. Without hesitation, I recommend him to anyone wanting the highest standard of dental care.

Fantastic experience: I needed emergency dental work, not being able to get an appointment at my usual local dentist for some time, I started to ring around and credit to the reception staff at J1 dental who completely understood the urgency of the situation and even though I'd never been there before, scheduled an appointment for that day. They handled the situation with the utmost professionalism. I've now switched dentists permanently and I advise everyone reading this to do the same. My time with Dr. Eranda was extremely positive. He went above and beyond. I honestly feel like he actually cares. He spent a lot of time with me explaining what was happening at every stage, dental hygiene and different options to proceed forwards. I found him exceptional at his job. Very easy to talk to and just an all-round top bloke. Can't recommend highly enough. Would give 10/5 stars if it was possible!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve recently been to see Tony & Nichole to help with not only getting ALL my teeth fixed but helped with the financial side of things & I can honestly say that I’ve never experienced more professionalism in my life. I am hard work at the best of times & suffer severe anxiety & they not only calmed me but made me feel like a part of the family. I don’t normally give reviews (good or bad,) but in this case (because of my anxiety) it had to be done. My teeth were in such a bad way because I’d left it so long & Tony has knocked 20 years off my smile. Thanks again to your team from the bottom of my heart ❤️. Negative experience: Tried calling 17 times between 8am-8:44am (44mins) First phone call I was on hold for 17mins and then tried time after time again after that to a tied up line that wouldn’t even ring. Was desperately trying to book something local for my 2year old for an appointment. You guys really need to reassess your booking/phone system, will go elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I'm a 61yrs and from my 1st visit to dentist when 8 is when my phobia started I had a very bad experience. I CAN NOT RECOMMEND HIGHLY ENOUGH Dr Tony Su & HIS ASSISTANT FROM J1 DENTAL JIMBOOMBA, I never felt my wisdom tooth come out and my gums so sensitive they numbed fully cleaned & 2 fillings sat me up for a rinse I thought, than the bib came off, I said have you finished the lot fillings & all, yes to my surprise again, never felt a thing I give J1 Dental for their understanding of my phobia well done ✔️

Fantastic experience: Looking for a dentist who defies the stereotypical dentist who causes pain? Dr Sophia is that dentist! She’s absolutely fabulous… from her genuine interest in who you are and what you like to do, to cleaning and caring for your teeth without causing any pain or even discomfort. I don’t think I’ve ever had someone so proficient at doing their job whilst avoiding the pain factor. She even filled a small cavity for me without having to numb it… bonus!

Fantastic experience: Dr Tony was amazing! The whole way through he was kind, understanding and compassionate to me and my reasons for being anxious about the visit and the work that was required. He listened to me and heard what I wanted to talk about. I have rebooked for a 4 week follow up and I'm actually not feeling anxious now about future appointments. The assistant (I think her name was Bec) was equally wonderful and kind. Thank you Dr Tony for restoring my faith in going to the dentist. We are not regular patients but they went above and beyond to help my daughter with an orthodontic wire problem on Christmas Eve when our regular Dentist was closed. Dr Chris Tay is the most patient and understanding dentist, who takes time to explain all parts of the dental procedure before proceeding with the work. I was treated by Dr Tony SU on several occasions for quite extensive dental work including crowns on some teeth. With his direct and engaging manner, he is able to establish an instant rapport with patients and put them at ease as he explains what needs to be done.
