Fantastic experience: We have been going to Boroondara dental for around 10 years. John is great with young children, and teenagers, and very patient with our elderly parents. We have recommended him to friends and family, who are also very happy. His team are always so helpful and friendly. John is so professional and caring. Always helpful with answering our questions.

The rooms are always pristine and John and staff are always happy to see us. John is fastidious and takes his time to ensure we get the best outcome possible. Fantastic experience: The team of Boroondara Dental is incredibly friendly and professional. I have seen Dr John Chen for more than fifteen years. His work ethic, patience and knowledge makes me feel very comfortable at every single visit. Dr John Chen made an implant for me a few years ago. I absolutely love it, no difference to my own teeth. Unfortunately I cracked one tooth in July and had it removed. However, the good thing is that Dr John Chen is able to give me a new tooth later this year. By the way, Boroondara Dental’s location is very convenient. There are lots of parkings around. I will highly recommend Dr John Chen and Boroondara Dental to anyone who is looking for an excellent dentist. I feel that five starts are nowhere close to describe Boroondara Dental.

He was not judgemental of my financial situation which put me at ease straight away. Before I knew it the procedure was over!! Complete pain free dentistry. Fantastic experience: We love going to Dr. John. He has very professional, gentle and reassuring mannerisms. My 9 year old son has been seeing him since he was 3 years old. He keeps our teeth clean and healthy always ready to give pro-active advice how best to maintain healthy teeth and gums, so much so there is not a single cavity in my son’s teeth thus far , fingers X we keep it this way for many more years! Fantastic experience: I had the chance of discovering John and his team at booronadara dental over 5 years ago after a very bad experience with another dentist in the local area who mistakenly cracked my teeth while removing an old filling. After been is so much pain i decided to look around and never go back to that clinic. John was carefully able to fix someone else mistake and i've never looked back since then. I have been a regular at Boroondara Dental for over 5 years, John and Rebecca, his assistant, are always welcoming, their level of professsionalism and customer service is unprecedented. John has a very soft and gentle hand anytime performing a clean or any applications you require on your teeth, he is a perfectionist, thats also what i truly like about him, he is very transparent and calm, always up for a good chat with his clients, building strong relationships and trust. I highly recommend John and his clinic, i havent had a single decay or issue with my teeth for over 5 years, i would highly recommend families and elderly, you will not be disappointed. I hope this honest review helps this amazing practice to succeed even more. Please dont change Boroondara Dental.
