Fantastic experience: I have a major fear of dentists. I had to go in yesterday due to a tooth hurting badly after 3 weeks. My anxiety was high. My dentist and nurse were amazing. They listened to my fears. Took their time and explained everything to me step by step. And very sneakily removed the offending tooth with no pain at all. They have restored my trust in having my teeth looked at. Very highly recommend MP Dental.

Fantastic experience: I’ll be honest, going to the dentist has always been high on my list of pet peeves. So when I recently lost a filling and broke a tooth, I wasn’t exactly looking forward to the experience. But I was pleasantly surprised when I tried MP Dental in Albury for the first time. From start to finish, the whole process was simple. Parking was easy, becoming a new patient was straightforward, and everything was explained clearly. The team was transparent about costs, and I found the pricing very reasonable. The dentist himself was excellent, personable, skilled, and reassuring. He explained what he was doing every step of the way, checked in for my input, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. For someone who doesn’t enjoy going to the dentist, this visit was a surprisingly positive experience. If you need dental care in Albury, I couldn’t recommend MP Dental highly enough. They don’t just look after your teeth, they look after you as well.

I’m so glad to have found a dental clinic I can truly trust. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Very Disappointed! Over the phone lady told me that there will be no gap as they are NIB preferred provider. I offered her my nib before my appointment she said no she will claim later and after my clean she asked me to pay $121 gap fee as NIB paid them 182.30 only. I have had a chat with NIB they advised normally their preferred dentist don’t charge gap fee and they offered low rate as compared to others. Receptionist accepted that she advised me wrong over the phone as she is new but declined to offer me refund as that’s their mistake. Be careful with this dental clinic I am going to escalate this issue with NSW health care complaint commission.

Fantastic experience: Highly Recommended- Wonderful experience. It was my first ever dental appointment. I had 2 teeth removed. Absolutely no pain during or after. I was made to feel comfortable, welcome, and most importantly, cared for. I am very grateful to have had such a pleasant experience. Not to mention, the team is incredible. First thing the next morning, i had a call just to check to make sure i was doing okay. Wonderful atmosphere. If you're putting it off out of fear/judgement, book into MP, and you won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Vishal for a few years now. We are currently in the process of doing an implant and it’s been a much better experience than I expected. The whole team is wonderful including Merryn, the receptionists and the assistants.

But my experience at MP Dental Albury was completely different. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel calm and at ease. Fantastic experience: I was really grateful to be able to see a dentist at short notice, and I was pleasantly surprised by the professional aesthetic of the surgery. The Dentist was the nicest I have ever seen. He took time to listen to me, and made me feel very confident with his process for dealing with my concerns. He explained everything as he went along, regularly checking if I was feeling ok, as well as giving me breaks. His assistant Jess was really lovely as well. All costs were explained as well. This will now be my dentist.

Positive experience: I was able to secure a next day appointment after suffering a cracked tooth which dislodged a previous filling. Very happy with the prompt service and reasonable cost. Just a little more numbing of the area would have been great. All in all a great response and satisfactory outcome.

I needed a filling for a broken tooth, and they not only explained all the available options with their respective prices but also gave me honest advice without any financial bias. Fantastic experience: Have not had good experience with dentistry in the past but my first time with MP Dental was the best experience I’ve had; very calm and calming approach from Dr Pooja who gave great explanations of everything happening today and in the future.

Fantastic experience: Certainly a great effort made on my first visit regarding all communication, often checking pain/comfort levels. (root canal process before crown) Nearly fell asleep twice during op I felt that relaxed! Although the ladies reckon that's unusual, I'd recommend this team for sure if you're nervy about the process.

Negative experience: My root canal fell off few years after procedure. Another dentist said after examining me and pulling it out that it should never have been done in the first place as there was nothing for the crown to hold onto. This place also has many employees leave, 4 in last few months and is fact as I am the grandmother of one of those girls.

Every time I have been very happy with the standard of care and work done. Everyone at MP Dental from all the girls, Merrin to Ajay are all very friendly and professional. Fantastic experience: Dare I say it.. had such a pleasurable experience today at the dentist. Ajay is the best dentist I’ve ever had and I have had a few.. he was straight to the point, explained everything and made sure I was comfortable during the appointment. I had a massive filling and the cost was $320 (which he advised beforehand) everyone was so helpful and I 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had to have a tooth removed and I'm not going to lie I was so nervous and I never liked going to the dentist well I was happily surprised at the process it took all of 15 minutes and I felt no pain and now feel no hesitation in going back. Fantastic experience: I required an emergency appointment due to pain, and MP Dental were able to provide me with a same day appointment. I felt welcomed, and instantly at easy as Dr Avery explain every step of the procedure. As someone who is nervous and has sensitive teeth, I have never been so relaxed sitting in a dental chair. I will 100% be returning, will not go anywhere else again.

Fantastic experience: Triple filling with hypersensitivity and it was the closest you can get to be comfortable in that situation. Bedside manner and communication was A+. It's not the cheapest dentist but I'll happily pay that when the service and care given is of such a standard. Genuine thanks as dentist trips were always an extremely uncomfortable experience.

Negative experience: Good luck if you just want a routine teeth clean. That’s all I wanted, but because I am a new patient it’s “mandatory” to get X-rays done also. Total cost was $370+ for my first visit. It’s a shame this place has such good reviews yet doesn’t consider new patients needs. #JustACleanPlease

Fantastic experience: I had 2 loose teeth and very bad pain. The reception helped out heaps and got me in that day. The dentist and assistant was extremely well mannered and got straight to it, they numbed the area and pulled the teeth without me even knowing. Stitched it up and I was on my way. I expected some pain from the removals after the numbing effect wore off however no pain no discomfort, no pain relief at all and it’s been 4 days now. I can highly recommend these guys and girls with the service provided.

It's the sort of place where everyone working there is highly trained, extremely professional and has a very warm and caring personality. I have been terrified of the dentist since childhood and my teeth had subsequently been neglected. From the receptionists, to the dental nurses, to seeing Dr. Sharnam, I felt comfortable and supported the whole way.
