Fantastic experience: 5 stars is not enough to appreciate Dr Sami Haddad and his incredible team. From the very first day, I only experienced top class service. I found out about Dr Sami Haddad from other patients review but I am so grateful that Natalie, his reception was able to fit me in just before Christmas. I am naturally very anxious but I knew that I was in right hand. Dr Haddad explained the procedure of surgical removal of both my wisdom teeth thoroughly. Not only he saw me on the first day, but I got to see him in his clinic couple of times for a review before the scheduled surgery for no additional cost. The surgery was scheduled with no delay and the surgery went smooth. He is so experienced in his job that I did not have a single shed of bleeding after the surgery. I did not need to take a pain killer also. After the surgery he came to see me in the recovery room of Norwest Private. Not only that his team called me to know my recovery next day. Again Dr. Haddad saw me in 2 weeks time to confirm the healing was going great. The reason of my long review is to share my great experience with people and specially with those who feel anxious like me but I can assure you, if you choose Dr Haddad, you will not need to worry a bit. Fantastic experience: I just wanted to personally thank Dr Sami Haddad and his beautiful team. I recently underwent wisdom teeth removal surgery on all 4 teeth. I was extremely nervous because: 1) I had never had surgery before in my life; and 2) I always hated going to the dentist, so I endeavoured to look after my teeth as much as possible to avoid any problems!!! Last month I began to have intense wisdom tooth aches, and was experiencing immense pain in my jaw. I knew I had to (figuratively) bite the bullet and get them removed. From the start to the finish it was such an amazing experience. Dr Haddad was able to accommodate me expeditiously and offered interim advice on how to alleviate the pain in my mouth. On the day of the surgery I was feeling very nervous, but Dr Haddad took the time to calm me down and work through exactly what was going to happen. I felt like I was in very safe hands. After the surgery I had (surprisingly) very minimal swelling despite my bottom two wisdom teeth being impacted, with one very close to my nerve. Dr Haddad and his team checked up on me and provided advice on how to manage any pain symptoms and keep the wounds clean. The stitches were so perfectly done I barely even noticed them! Within 7 days of the surgery I was able to finally open my jaw again without any pain or difficulties (which was such a relief after being in such severe discomfort before the procedure). On my final review with Dr Haddad I had no swelling or pain whatsoever. I was extremely happy with the entire process, especially how my own anxiety was managed so professionally by Dr Haddad and his staff. Thank you again for looking after me everyone! I have posted a photo of my swelling within 48 hours compared to 7 days afterwards.

Fantastic experience: My fourteen year old daughter had her three wisdom teeth and one second molar surgically removed by Dr Haddad recently. They were all impacted and we just have to say how amazed we were at her recovery. Minimal swelling, no bruising at all and minimal pain. We cannot thank Dr Haddad enough for his expertise and professionalism. His kind nature and explanation of the procedure put both my daughter and myself at ease. He is a brilliant surgeon. Negative experience: I called in to get more information regarding consultation. The receptionist was so disinterested and unprofessional in explaining the procedure. Did not sound that she's enjoying her job or wants to provide a service, rubbing the conversation. Can only imagine what the actual services would be like.

Fantastic experience: I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Dr Haddad has got to be one of the most thorough and genuinely caring surgeons I have ever encountered. I went to see him for what I thought would be fairly standard wisdom teeth surgery but thanks to his due diligence and careful questioning I identified that I had an underlying genetic bleeding disorder. I have seen countless surgeons in my life and not one has reviewed my medical history like Dr Haddad. After undergoing testing recommended by Dr Haddad, with the help of a haematologist , he was able to safely extract my teeth. Similar to the other reviews I am recovering well, with minimal bruising and swelling and no issues whatsoever with bleeding. Post surgery I was sat in a waiting room with another one of his patients and we were just gushing at how lucky we were to have Dr Haddad as our surgeon. I cannot recommend Dr Haddad enough.

Fantastic experience: I had recently had undergone surgery to remove three of my wisdom teeth, in which my orthodontist recommend Sami, and I can definitely see why! From my first consult to the end of my recovery Sami’s welcoming and warm personality, certainly shined through not to mention his levels of professionalism and levels of expertise, was represented through how smoothly my surgery went as I had minimal bruising and pain and was fully recovered in 7 days. Fantastic experience: Dr Sami Haddad removed my two upper impacted wisdom teeth this month (July 22'). I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Haddad, not only was it clear to me Dr Haddad is a highly skilled expert in his field, completing the surgery perfectly, his bedside manner helped to calm me as I was very nervous. Dr Haddad was thorough in his approach, I feel one would be hard pressed to find a better surgeon in the field. I did not experience pain post op, just soreness and discomfort as expected. Fantastic experience: Dr Haddad recently helped me with the removal of all four of my wisdom teeth a couple of weeks ago. From what I understand, my teeth were not in the ideal position so it wasn't a particularily easy surgery to perform but Dr Haddad was amazing with how he handled everything. I had such an amazing experience through out the whole process. The most important thing for me was that he took the time to explain everything and even though I was very nervous, he really managed to help alleviate alot of the stress of going through surgery. Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Haddad for the removal of all four of my wisdom teeth about a month ago. They were all impacted with some being on the deeper side and sitting on the nerve. Let me say how incredible this doctor is. He was so thorough, and handled everything with such care. Fantastic service from his staff, to consultations with him, to the surgery and aftercare. I only took pain relief for two or three days, swelling was gone within a week, and he was quick to respond to any post op care queries I had. Couldn't recommend Dr. Haddad enough! A super lovely person and an extremely skilled surgeon!

The entire process from start to finish was seamless and the recovery was surprisingly quick after the surgery. I am very knowledgeable in medicine in general and very fussy when it comes to choosing the right doctor, having said this, I can attest that the level of care Dr Haddad and his team provide is second to non, he is truly one of the top doctors I have seen so far, and by the way I have seen plenty of doctors in the past. Fantastic experience: Don’t normally write reviews, but this experience felt like an exception. Had a fairly complex surgery, with the removal of 4 wisdom teeth (including 2 impacted bottom ones). The surgery went flawlessly and the recovery process was also very easy. Didn’t need any pain killers and I was eating normally again on the 5th day after surgery. Very grateful and would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: My 12 year old son recently had surgery with Dr. Sami Haddad & we cannot recommend Dr. Haddad & his staff enough. We do not have health insurance but wanted the best care for our son & certainly received this with Dr. Haddad, definately not about fees but I was surprised with how affordable it all was (was expecting to pay much more). Dr. Haddad most importantly made my son feel so comfortable, we left his office yesterday after our check-up visit with my son saying "I don't want to see anyone else Mum"... Fantastic experience: Dr Sami Haddad is very professional and provides informative options towards wisdom teeth extraction. He conducted a 4 wisdom tooth extraction on myself where it involved risk of nerve damage on my bottom jaw as it was intertwined within the roots of the wisdom teeth. I recovered to no pain within 5-6 days. No nerve damage sustained. Dr Sami Haddad did an excellent job and would recommend him to people who are in the same position as myself.

Fantastic experience: Great surgeon and I want to thank Dr. Haddad for a very painless and easy surgery. I was worried about getting my wisdom teeth out before the surgery but I've found out that it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Very fast recovery because after about a day it felt like I didn't even get my teeth pulled out, definitely recommended by me.

Fantastic experience: You are in really good hands with Dr Haddad. I had 2 deeply impacted wisdoms with large cysts on both sides. I was told by 2 specialists this was going to be a complicated surgery. Dr Haddad not only removed the wisdoms and cysts my post op recovery was amazing and I owe this to his amazing skill as a surgeon. If you are in my situation take hygiene very seriously post op. Salt water gargles every 2 to 4 hours and take antibiotics on time even though it meant setting an alarm to wakeup at night. This is how I got through it without complications.

Fantastic experience: I have HUGE anxiety around any dental work but Dr Haddad was incredible. Calm, patient and professional. I'm writing this literally 10 hours after having a wisdom tooth removed (which took like 10 mins!) with barely any pain, just over the counter pain killers. He obviously knows what he's doing! I can honestly say I'm less than 24 hours post procedure and I'm in minimal pain with no adverse affects which I know demonstrates a skillful technique. Fantastic experience: I'd like to say thank Dr. Haddad and his team (Louise and Natalie) very much for his miracle performance, kindness and care for my wisdom teeth surgery. Now it's been 2 months since the surgery date and I don't have any problem with my health and teeth at all. My wisdom teeth at the lower jaw were horizontally deep (roots are very close to the nerves and the left one extremely deep) and I was really worried. Before I came to Dr. Haddad, I visited another doctor who told me that I should stay with those 2 lower wisdom teeth for the rest of my life because they're too deep, and saying that extracting them would have more damage than good. That's why I delayed extracting them for a few years. But I'm lucky to see Dr. Haddad and have him performed my wisdom teeth surgery. Everything went amazing well without any problem. My face was just a bit swelling and I felt little to no pain post surgery. No dry socket or permanent numbness of lips or chin at all because I'm 33 years old and someone told me it's likely to have these risks for those who are over 25 years old. Dr. Haddad also offers affordable cost and gives excellent care to his patient as well. Before him I came to another surgeon who gave me the estimated fee of almost $10k for the surgery because I don't have a health fund. Then I canceled the surgery as I couldn't afford it and his receptionist got angry to me over the phone. And there're some doctors who charged me $150 for only 10 minutes talk of consultation. But with Dr. Haddad, it's only $80 and he charged me at affordable fee and also gave me suggestion of other services to lower the total costs of my surgery. When I was at the hospital and waiting for the surgery, Dr. Haddad suggested me to cancel it and switched to another hospital to lower the costs after he found out I don't have a health fund. He said that I would have to pay more if there's any problem during the surgery because this hospital costs more than other ones. So I listened to him and canceled to switch to another hospital. His receptionist gave me the refund without any complain. In short, I definitely recommend Dr. Haddad to perform wisdom teeth surgery. Now I'm so happy and don't have to worry about my wisdom teeth anymore cause having wisdom teeth is like having the bullets inside my body.

I would like to thank Dr. Haddad for his care on my wisdom tooth removal procedures. The surgery was exceptionally good and I felt no pain while surgery and post- surgery. I had my left side wisdom tooth removed from some other dentist before and I suffered a lot after the surgery. I had to live in pain for almost 2 weeks and I could not eat . After which one of my professor recommended me to go to see Dr. Haddad through her experience. At Dr. Haddad's clinic it was very homely, full of care and friends. Fantastic experience: I Would like to convey my Sincere appreciation to Dr. Sami haddad and his team, I had my right Wisdom tooth touching my Nerve and infected, it was a very tricky situation, I was so nervous about that as if my nerve get touched or injured during the surgery I could potentially be num in half of my leap and tongue. I consult with 6 Doctor locally and overseas and finally choose Dr. Sami Hadad which I was so lucky to choose him.The level of his professionalism and attention to detail during surgery is Fantastic, he did take my wisdom tooth without even touching my nerve and cutting my bone, he made it through small hole which increase the time on hassle surgery for him but decrease the recovery time and pain for me. when it comes to level of art that he is doing money has no place. if you having serious trouble with your tooth and is the surgery is risky I definitely recommend you to go with Dr, sami Hadad with no doubt. Fantastic experience: I had a lump on my tongue and was quite scared in getting it removed and so I procrastinated in the removal of the lump. I ended up seeing Dr Sami Haddad and he instantly put me at ease with his amazing bed side manner and was so caring. He was able to fit me in that day to operate. No needles were required and he was able to numb the area. I experience no pain whatsoever. I was beside myself that I had hesitated in the removal of this lump when Dr Haddad was able to fix the problem in minutes with no pain at all. He was beyond caring and genuine. I can’t thank him enough.

Fantastic experience: Had my four wisdoms removed two weeks ago in the chair. I was up and running after 3 days of rest. Minimal swelling and no bruising at all. Negative experience: Dr Sami and his team were kind and professional. However, I was able to find two other doctors who offered wisdom teeth removal at a much lower price. I ended up finding one at more than half the price of Dr Sami which is who I went with and had a great experience. This is made frustrating as a consultation with Dr Sami to get a price costs nearly $80. I understand Dr Sami may be a specialist, however I recommend shopping around unless you have a serious issue.

Supernumenari tooth is the extra tooth that not grow out. Because of these two teeth, no orthodontist would like to take the risk to do bracelets for him, because the two teeth are very close to his two upper front teeth. If do surgery to remove them, there are also some risks to damage his front teeth nerves and lose some feels of upper palate from the surgery. Because of all these risks, I were very struggling on the decision of surgery or not. Dr. Haddad is very patient to have explained to me the risks and the surgery procedures. Fantastic experience: I had major reconstructive surgery to my face after a work injury and needed a bone graft and 4 implants. I Was literally made to feel at home in the surgery. Sami bent over backwards to help and aid my recovery the whole way. His staff were caring and really eased my recovery process. He came highley recommended by many normal dentists as he is a specialist. If i was to ever need any further treatment or follow up work i wouldnt hesitate and call him.

Fantastic experience: I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed in the chair and felt nothing during the procedure. The numbing needles only stung very mildly and only for a second. I recovered almost completely within one week and returned to work just as quickly. There were no post op complications, I recovered perfectly. Dr Haddad and the team did an amazing job. I would recommend getting them out in the chair if possible as the price is much better and the recovery is the same.

Fantastic experience: Absolute pleasure and no headache getting my wisdom teeth removed. I had them removed in the chair and i can honestly say it was so quick easy and so painless during procedure considering i had to get all 4 removed. I was previously nervious about gettinf them removed but during the procedure dr Haddad made me so comfortable and while me whole me mouth was numb i felt no pain. Theres no doubt that you should get your wisdom teeth removed in the chair if its an option

Fantastic experience: After radiotherapy I needed to have 12 teeth removed. A big undertaking! It all went amazingly well.... the day after my surgery I felt no pain... I was expecting to be debilitated for days, if not weeks. I cant recommend this practice highly enough. Friendly, sympathetic and efficient! Made a very difficult time for me very easy.
