He gave me a better option to put in a bridge and did an excellent job with the extraction of my tooth, which I was nervous about and he made me feel calm. With precision and detail my bridge tooth was fitted perfectly. He is a terrific dentist confident, caring and experienced. The staff are also very helpful.

Fantastic experience: Got a filling done and had a great experience! Walked in with a missing filling and the lovely girls at reception were able to fit me in on the same day. I saw Dr Jess and assistant Mai they were able to get the filling done promptly. Anaesthetic was painless and the filling was done in a very fast and professional manner. Can’t rate the experience highly enough. I look forward to complete my clear aligners in the subsequent weeks!

Fantastic experience: I had my teeth done overseas it was a huge mistake my teeth didn’t close and I was in pain since the day I received my crowns. Thankfully for the honest dentist and treatment planner at this clinic the time taken in my consultation was unexpected they listened to me and all my concerns and gave me the chance to ask all my questions. They took photos and a scan I didn’t pay anything and all the cost for the treatment I had to do again was given to me no hidden cost. After my first appointment the pain disappeared and I could eat I was shocked again at how good my mouth felt I can’t wait for my final teeth to come in and I’m so thankful I couldn’t recommend this place more.

I also started the process for invisalign. I proceed with the quote and excited to start the process. The team at Dental Design co have always been our choice when needing assistance for any orthodontic work or even check up for our children. Negative experience: I visited dental design co for a quote to have wisdom teeth removed with sleep dentistry as I suffer from anxiety and this place seemed to be the only option for sleep dentistry. The clinic gave me a bad feeling for no specific reason, but it felt silly to be there. It comes across as a rich person’s luxury dentist.. which really is discomforting when you just want help with annoying wisdom teeth on a budget. I felt embarrassed to say I am scared of the procedure. Anyway, it’s just not worth it. The quote came out to be $4000 (and counting) the $4K was already so hard to have to pay for, but then when finally attempting to sign up for an appointment there were hidden costs getting added on top. The forms you have to sign have a lot of fine print saying that you are liable to pay extra (there’s multiple reasons why they say so and I don’t want to list them as this review will go on forever like a document) but basically after researching the anaesthesiologist they use, it’s all for profit of them and the clinic and the patient will foot the bill. And it’s all expected to be paid on the day of surgery. I will not be using Dental Design Co for my procedure and will have to seek alternative options, but hopefully my review can help save someone else’s time, money and stress. Avoid this clinic unless you are rich and like boutique style dentistry. Because I didn’t realise this was a designer company and not just a dentist that happens to offer sleep dentistry as needed.

I hated my teeth and avoided the dentist out of fear. But eventually, I decided it was time to do something for myself. From the moment I walked into Dental Design in Epping, I felt a shift. The staff were so warm and welcoming—they could tell I was nervous and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Then I met Dr. Zina, and honestly… wow. She was incredibly patient and kind through every single appointment. I’ve never felt this calm in a dental chair before. If you’re someone who fears the dentist, I can’t recommend this place enough. They truly understand and care. I can’t thank Dr. Zina enough for giving me my a smile I can show off—I literally can’t stop smiling now. So grateful, always.

Negative experience: The worst dentist. Stay away from this place. I have a hole and infection in two teeth with xrays from another good dentist. Went here to get a second opinion and they argued with me that the hole is only in one teeth. As if i cant see my own teeth. Dentist did a rush job and they are not even confident enough to do a root canal themselves. Telling me to get it done elsewhere. Totally useless

Fantastic experience: I went there upon reading the reviews,and its exactly what I read,exceptional service from the 1st visit till last,my teeth were shocking,had a free consultation and went ahead,paperwork was easy and all team there to help if your unsure how to fill out the forms,had a full top of crowns and all other teeth fixed,it was a fantastic journey as started in September 2024 and finished up march 2025 but that's my whole mouth being fixed and what a difference from before and after photos,all I can say is no need to think about it go for it as no hidden costs and the service is exceptional! Fantastic experience: After not going to a dentist for 20+ years, I was very overdue for a lot of work. I've now had 4 appointments at Northern Dental including tooth removal, clean and lots of fillings. I was terrified about going the first time to get a tooth pulled bit Dr Zina was incredible. See dosed my mouth up and I barely felt it come out. The tooth had a huge hook on it and should've hurt like mad...but seriously, it was no problem at all. Healed up within a couple of days. Since then, I've had 11 fillings done in one session and it was barely an inconvenience. My teeth aren't nearly as embarrassing as they were and I am so thankful to Dr Zina and the lovely reception staff. I couldn't recommend them enough. I actually floss occasionally now

Negative experience: These women are rude and unprofessional. I had to get dentures over 2 years ago and it was the worst dentist I've ever been to. They joked around between themselves and tried to belittle me about my teeth. They also didn't match the right color for my dentures the tooth was a shade too high and I was told "you smoke don't you? They will darken." When I came back to asked for them to fix the dentures they wanted me to pay for the cost of sending them back to be redone. Recently I found that my jaw muscles hurt and have been coping headaches. Another dentist has told me its call TMJ and it's caused from my dentures not been made properly. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Negative experience: Oh gosh where to start.... was promised a appointment Monday for a wisdom removal, took a week off work to make this happen. Wad called Friday and told it had been moved to Tuesday which wad ok..... called back with Tuesday still confirmed but location now either docklands or Glenroy, still ok cause I just wanted it out as the pain was causing me grief After confirmed appointment I was called back saying it ha to be Wednesday now and in RINGWOOD! Umm By this stage I was furious they were playing me like a fool. What was our family dentist is now the past. Never again will I go here and I do NOT recommend these guys to anyone. So unhelpful and lies through their teeth literally

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I took my 8 year old granddaughter to an appointment with Dr Zina. She had several teeth that needed attention possibly as a result of too many lollies and not enough brushing. The poor angel was terrified. However within minutes Dr Zina had her cooperating, as a result of her gentle approach. She explained in simple , fun terms every step of what she was doing and won my granddaughter’s trust. She displayed warmth , kindness and excellent communication skills when dealing with children.

Fantastic experience: I have been looking for a good dentist for awhile and decided to give these guys a go. From the initial booking to the consult, it was a seamless and easy process. The customer service is above and beyond, with friendly yet professional dealings with the girls at Reception. The clinic itself is bright and very clean (an absolute must!) and Dr Zina was amazing during the procedure, she was very warm, welcoming and helped calm the nerves as I usually loathe being in the dentist chair! However, since discovering Northern Dental Design my anxiety and fears around Dentists have reduced. Every visit feels like the first time where Dr Zina and her staff welcome me with a warm smile. I just received my first whitening treatment by Pamela and I couldn’t be happier. Pamela was transparent making sure I was part of the process and making sure I was comfortable. My teeth look amazing and my confidence has boosted thanks to Dr Zina and Pamela. I look forward to visiting them soon.
