From getting braces years ago to recently having my wisdom teeth removed, the care has always been exceptional. The doctors are friendly, highly skilled, and knowledgeable. The head doctor is also a lecturer and trainer for other dental professionals, which speaks volumes about the expertise and high standards of the entire team. A special thanks to Dennis and Peng for their outstanding care during my wisdom teeth surgery—it was quick, professional, and seamless. PS. if you or your kid play impact sports like rugby or ju jitsu and they need proper sports mouth-guards (ones that don't fall out of your mouth each time you open it) I also highly recommend you contact ADCC Dental as well.

Positive experience: Most of the dentists are nice; I booked an appointment at 8am and the dentist was late for her shift. However, I am experiencing the worst issue with this clinic. I was not informed that the dentist I saw in November 2024 was not a premium provider, which resulted in fewer benefits from my private health insurance and a higher out-of-pocket cost. I should have been covered since this clinic is a Bupa Members First provider. When I raised the issue a week after my appointment, I spoke with a female staff member named Sunny, who was extremely unprofessional and confrontational instead of being helpful. Before even listening to my explanation, she questioned whether I had enough credit in my private health insurance. She then stated that they used a different provider to process the claim because the usual provider was not working on the day of my visit, which resulted in fewer benefits. My case is currently being handled by the practice team leader, Maddie, who has been helpful. However, the problem remains unresolved. I only received a response after mentioning that I would file a complaint with the ACCC. I also contacted Bupa, and they confirmed that this clinic has not reached out to them regarding my issue. Additionally, I requested a copy of my receipt four days ago and have yet to receive a response. The efficiency in resolving this issue has been extremely poor, and as of today (27/02/2025), it has been almost three months with no resolution. If I could give 0 stars for this matter, I would. At this point, I don’t expect to get my overcharged amount back, but I believe the community and future patients should be aware of this issue to avoid being overcharged. This feels like a dishonest tactic to charge customers more.

Fantastic experience: Very warm welcome on arrival by reception team. Dr Dennis & his assistant were friendly and helpful. He treated my gum disease professionally and eased the pain in last October. Had checkup again and the treatment was effective and good progress. They ensured I was informed & comfortable at all times during the examination and consultation. Highly recommended

Negative experience: Appointment scheduled but not open at time of business. Waited for 10 mins allowing for traffic. No one showed up. Will not return. Clearly do not value clients time

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Doctor Ping by my friend Sharon. She assisted me the entire way, from booking me in last minute, to also assisting with the dental clean. Both herself and Doctor Ping, made me feel very comfortable, relaxed and not once did i feel like there would be any dental discomfort. Sharon made sure that i was comfortable at all times, keeping me in the loop, step by step through out the entire treatment and asking me questions that allowed me to make them aware of any discomfort. I would highly recommend this dental practice. The customer service i received from Sharon was above and beyond. Doctor Ping was able to deliver the deep clean very smoothly. All in all a great experience, especially during this busy times closer to Xmas and New Year.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a crown done at ADDC. I found the staff to be extremely helpful, and accommodating to my difficul schedule. Jackie worked tirelessly to shift appointments around to find me a workable solution. Dr Erica did a fantastic job on my tooth with zero pain and no after affects. I was in terrible pain on Thursday with my jaw & despite being fully booked out the receptionist behind the counter , somehow managed to slip me in straight away. I saw Dr Ping who was INCREDIBLE!!! & went over and beyond to help me. Very kind & gentle. He made sure I was getting the best possible treatment. Because of him I won't ever go to another dentist clinic. He is definitely 100% an asset to the company.

Fantastic experience: I haven’t felt the desire to ever rate a dentist but I must say that the level of care and service and friendliness that Dr Denice and her team have given me and my family has been next level. My kids felt so at ease with Dr Denice and her gentle nature and loved the animal balloons that Irma the dental technician made them. If you have kids, I highly recommend Dr Denice at ADCC. Their front of desk Jackie is also very friendly and welcoming and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I needed a lot of dental work and like most people felt very anxious about going to the dentist but no longer. Dr Ruth was my dentist. She and her assistant made me feel so relaxed and was so informative of every procedure. Everyone at ADCC Dental, including receptionists, were so professional and caring, and very friendly. Negative experience: Dentist was good. Rude staff and dodgy practices. Double check the cost and everything before you get anything done and get it in writing. They will quote you one price and charge you different cost. I was shocked by their dogdy practices. Reception staff was the rudest I have ever experienced. One reception staff literally called me, yelled at me, abused me and than hang up the phone on me twice. Suggestion for the practice owner: Get your staff some customer service training so that they can learn how to talk to the customers specially on the phone. Improve the dodgy practices of trying to rip off the customers and blame it on health insurance companies.

Fantastic experience: Taylor Wolf - Peaceful Dental was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable & caring. She expressed concerns with my daughter’s large tonsils & took the time to explain ongoing health problems this can cause if not addressed and referred her to a highly recommended and respected en&t specialist for kids/adolescents. Something our GP has been wanting to hold off on due to her being older despite ongoing tonsillitis. She went above and beyond to ensure my anxious daughter was comfortable and at ease with her treatment today. The receptionists are also friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: ADCC is a very nice dental clinic, Dr Josh is just amazing! He is professional, calm and so patient. He is also great with little kids. My son is 4 years old, he has four decays on the back. Most dentists I saw said they need to do the general anesthesia to fix my son's teech. Luckly I found Dr Josh who are so patient and nice, he helps to fix each decay one by one without doing genernal anesthesia. We are so happy with Dr Josh, would highly recommend him to anyone who needed.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience! I was a bit nervous about my little boy’s first dentist visit (he’s only 3). But as soon as we walked in, smiles from the friendly staff made us feel at ease. Dr Katherine and the assistant were just SO GREAT with my little one. Fantastic experience: Five ⭐, go above & beyond for their patients. Every single team member is warm, friendly and accommodating. Have been coming here for approx 12 years now and they have been wonderful. My daughter gets anxious with some of the drill sounds etc and Dr Jeff organised 'sound cancelling' headphones for her. These guys will do anything within their means to make your experience as comfortable as can be - nothing is too much. I also referred a friend who was moving inter-state who they squeezed in for an appointment - she was so disappointed that she hadn't used ADCC as her regular Dentist & was blown away how friendly they all are not to mention the professionalism.

Fantastic experience: Camelia makes you feel very comfortable in the chair for any dental work and you can tell she really cares about her patients. They also do payment plans which is really helpful. I would highly recommend!

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed! Original appointment was stuffed up, no reminder message as promised! After calling i was told we did attend the appointment which we obviously did not! After rescheduling, waited almost an hour (after being told only a 10 min wait) before being told we would not be seen at all!! Will not be going back !!

Fantastic experience: My eternal gratitude to Dr Jeffrey and the team for changing my life. I am no longer embarrassed by my smile. Australian dental care centre has given me confidence in my appearance -a debt I can never repay! The dentist is usually an unpleasant experience but at this centre it was always fun, entertaining and comfortable. They showed sensitivity and compassion every time I had my braces tightened. They held my hand when I was being a sook with needles and comforted me when I felt pain. Thank you thank you team you are all amazing!
