Negative experience: The people on the desk were lovely, but this is a factory. I was pushed through the system, requirements ignored and concerns shut down with toxic positivity. The results are dominating, heavy and oddly aligned veneers that I have to redo.

Fantastic experience: I first started seeing Dr John back in 2008 at Albert Square Dental in South Melbourne, so when I heard he had brought his magic to the Geelong region with Aesthetik, I was beyond excited. Since joining the new clinic, I’ve been seeing Dr Chris for my cleans, and he has been amazing, so patient with me and really understanding of how anxious I get during the process. The whole team makes such a difference too, from the warm welcome at reception to the care in the chair. I really value what everyone brings, and I’ll definitely be continuing my journey with them.

I personally have a lot of issues with my teeth and find it quite uncomfortable talking about it, but when I spoke to the lovely girls at reception they were so helpful and insightful even i though I can't start work on my teeth yet, I'll definitely be in soon to start my journey. Negative experience: I had Invisalign done at Aesthetik Dental and honestly regret choosing them. My final set of aligners went missing, and even though my contract allowed for replacements, they told me to just end the treatment early — which I clearly didn’t agree with. As I was leaving, I overheard the dentist speaking poorly about me, which was completely unprofessional. They ordered a retainer that didn’t even fit properly — it was far too loose and failed to hold my teeth in place. I will now need composite bonding to achieve what I actually want. They also cancelled my follow-up appointment and never bothered to reschedule. I had to get costly fillings before starting, and one was drilled way too deep. Now I get intense pain every time I eat. They also filed between my bottom teeth and they are way too small. The whole experience felt careless and dismissive. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I hate the dentist. I hadnt been in over 12 years, so you know i wasn't keen on going. Jen and the team were AMAZING. Made me feel very comfortable and relaxed explaining any processes and recommendations, also offering a pillow, blanket, headphones to make my appointment more comfortable for me. Will definitely be going back with less to no nerves next visit!

Working around my work schedule seemed difficult at first but you guys really helped fitting me in where you could. Fantastic experience: Rena at the Eastland front desk was an absolute gem – she answered all my queries on complicated issues in ways that helped me understand and caught a booking error made accidentally by someone else (that would have led to wasted time as I couldn't actually get the service I needed on the day originally booked). She was kind, friendly, knowledgable and did all this with a smile even through persistent technical difficulties. She found a solution and left me a very happy customer. Dr Rohini is also great - she is very engaging and excellent at making sure you are comfortable and happy with your treatment. Highly recommend - I've never had a negative experience here.

Fantastic experience: Went to see Dr Riaz for a check up and clean, she was very informative and explained everything to me. She referred me to Dr John for cosmetic treatment and I loved how many options were available to me. So happy with my results! Definitely recommend Happy to start my Invisalign soon with aesthetik as Dr John and the team explained that I wouldn’t need to do jaw surgery as I have cross bite and this was my concerned as it is quite expensive. Happy to know I can avoid jaw surgery and start treatment for straighter teeth as I’ve been quite insecure about smiling with my team. Thank you so much aesthetik!!! Would 110% recommend

Fantastic experience: The most luxe dental clinic I have ever attended. The service is beyond what I would ever expect, when presented the beverage menu I selected a champagne and then being able to select my complimentary treatment services which included a hand massage, and a 24k gold eye mask. Dr John & Dr Riaz we amazing and understood my dental phobia, I left feeling beyond educated with all of options to enhance my smile, so excited to start my veneer journey with the team at Aestehtik Dental.

Negative experience: I had a deeply disappointing experience with Aesthetik. After visiting for what should have been a routine filling replacement, I left with not only a poorly done replacement but also a damaged tooth that was adjacent to the one they were supposed to work on. To make matters worse, when I brought this issue to their attention, they refused to take responsibility. Instead, they insisted that I should pay for fixing the tooth they damaged, brushing off any accountability for their mistake. I urge anyone considering their services to think twice and explore other options where your dental health and trust are valued. I'm now left dealing with the consequences of their negligence and am forced to seek proper care elsewhere to rectify the damage caused. After leaving this review I had a text message from Aesthetik threatening to take legal action if I did not remove this review within 24 hours. See images attached of the threat and communication.

Negative experience: I do not recommend Aesthetik Dental Geelong, as my own experience there was really poor. There was miscommunication in relation to my dental health which proved quite costly and unnecessary, as determined upon going to a different dental clinic and obtaining a second opinion. I won't be going back there.
Fantastic experience: Have visited Aesthetik in Geelong a few times now and the staff especially Nakita & Dani are always so gentle and caring with me and my children, (my 6 year old son is obessed with Dani) the staff even let my children sit in the chair for a 'ride' so they relaxed and warmed to them for a postive dentle experience for future vistis they had a great time and as for me, my teeth have never been whiter they took time in ensuring I had no pain afterwards as I generally have sensitive teeth & gums and have avoided teeth whitening in the past but i feel comfortable with all the staff here

Fantastic experience: Updated 21/03/2023 Hi everyone, on the 17/03/2023 I phoned Aesthetik Dental Geelong to make an appointment, I had broken a front top tooth. I was very worried about losing this tooth. In no time I was in Dr John's chair and he said that he can repair this tooth. I can honestly tell you that I felt so relieved when I heard this. Dr John is a great doctor in dentistry and I didn't care about the cost, I was just very happy to have my tooth fixed. As it turned out Dr John repaired my broken tooth and now my smile is bigger than Luna Park. I feel very fortunate to have Dr John as my dentist, and I'm sure that you will too. Highly Recommended! Epilogue 30/11/2022. Final required treatment. This afternoon at Aesthetik, Westfield I kept my last appointment for a clean and polish. The staff were really good and friendly to me. My teeth were cleaned and polished and it was pain free, and now they feel good. I'm glad that I had this treatment done and I highly recommend it to others needing proper dental care. I am so impressed that I have already booked in for for my next inspection and clean in 6 months time. A special thanks to Dr John, a great skillful man, and his staff. God Bless Latest update 28/11/2022 Today I had my second last appointment, where 2 fillings were done by Dr John. Dr John has now done 3, 3 that were missed by Dr McPherson at Totally Smiles. Dr McPherson wanted to pull out a front top tooth, he said it was to bad to fill and had to come out. I said it was not giving me a problem so I want to leave it in, I said that it may last me 3 months or 3 years. Anyway Dr Jonn only took a few minutes to do the filling after he said the tooth was good, and the tooth was restored, how about that! The other tooth Dr McPherson had missed was a bottom left tooth, Dr John did a filling on that and took a bit longer at about 25 minutes. I am now happy and I am also disappointed, disappointed with Dr McPherson, for obvious reasons, I don't make it up. On a brighter note, in 2 days time I will have my final appointment, a teeth clean and polish, of which was not offered to me at Totally Smiles. I have the pleasure to show you my new dentures made by the most caring Dr John and his most caring staff at Aesthetik, Westfield Shopping Centre Geelong, oh, and the black coffee on arrival was mostly appreciated. Update 7/11/2022 After having digit scans and photo's taken of my mouth three weeks ago I was pleasantly surprised when Dr John pulled a rabbit out of his hat and fitted my mouth out with new upper and lower dentures where teeth were missing, just like that. Yep, just like that. No fuss, no bother, no pain. A little filing here, a little filing there, and they were fitted with comfort. An amazing transition done by Dr John, and he even managed to do a filling in the same session, 2 fillings and a cut and polish to go, can't wait. And to get some change back from $3000 being a non insured bloke, I thought the costs were manageable and reasonable. The service is great, the complimentary coffee served to you upon arrival was a surprise and a treat. If you want a good dentist with friendly staff you had better come here, highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hello all, I was a new client today booked in for a dental check up. I found the staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable. Olympia explained my options for my situation very well and hence I have booked in for some dental work to repair some old fillings and to proceed with new upper and lower false teeth to fill in some gaps. Easy to talk to staff is a plus. I got the best deal ever for my initial check up and assessment. Highly recommended.

Positive experience: Had zoom whitening here and overall was happy ,, although I have had this treatment at a dentist few years back and noticed teeth were noticeably whiter immediately after and couple months post compared to here possibly due to lower peroxide concentration that aesthetik use it’s hard to say but at $400 a pop probably will go with the dentist next time to get max results

Fantastic experience: There’s no comparison. Aesthetik have gone above and beyond for me since the moment I contacted the clinic for a consultation for porcelain veneers. Nakita, the practice manager was nothing short of brilliant. All areas of her service were spot on, she went above and beyond with organising finance with me, (and chasing up poor excuses from companies) Nakita made me feel comfortable, without judgment, she was always smiling and more than happy help with any concerns or questions even out of hours. The clinic itself is beautifully presented and you complimentary beverages offered everyone you walk through the door, the staff are polite, informative and professional throughout the entire process - understanding how emotional and life changing this process can be. The initial consults are completely free, there’s no pressure to commit and they do a mould so you can actually see what the end result will look like before going ahead and signing any papers or being locked in. They accept all health funds as well! I can’t express my thanks to Nakita. Shoutout to Nakita & Dani for all their help. You girls are beautiful.

I filled in a few details via an iPad and was given a short but very helpful video on what to expect and the process. I was presented with a menu for a choice of drinks and coffee etc. My teeth cleaning experience was far better than any of my dental cleans.
