Fantastic experience: Efficient and friendly team! TC Dental’s checkup and cleaning were smooth and informative. Dr. Linda explained everything thoroughly. We also discussed teeth whitening options and felt confident about their recommendations.

Negative experience: I was very disappointed with the service I received. The filling I had done was poorly executed — the dentist didn’t check my bite, failed to smooth the edges, and left a noticeable gap between the filling and the adjacent tooth. This meant I had to floss after every meal, and the area quickly developed further decay. This was my first ever filling, and as someone who has worked in the dental industry, with good oral hygiene, I’m confident the problem lay with the procedure itself. A few weeks later, I had an X-ray at another clinic, which clearly showed two areas of the tooth that had not been properly filled. I was also concerned about the infection control practices during my appointment. For instance, the nurse opened a drawer while wearing gloves, and there were no protective covers on the overhead light, among other oversights. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

The team here are very friendly and professional, and made me feel at ease the entire time I was there. I was able to make a same-day appointment and have my problem tooth removed quickly. Dr Lin is an exceptional dentist! She thoroughly explained the procedure and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. It's been three days since the procedure and I have experienced no issues so far. They continue to be extremely professional and friendly and always explain to us what they are going to do and how much it will cost. No-one likes going to the dentist but we don't mind going when the staff are so friendly, helpful and professional.

Positive experience: Dr Yulian is kind, patient, and skilful. I had 2 wisdom teeth extracted easily without pain. Have recommended 2 friends for her already. Receptionist Amy was helpful at the clinic, but hardly respond to emails or sms even when she initiated them. She promised to give follow up call yesterday, and no calls were received today either. I feel sorry for Yulian and Monica who provided excellent service, yet receptionist has turned down the customers. I hope this review will reach management, as I was pretty disappointed about the reception.
