Fantastic experience: My crown came off and I rang the surgery and as I'm not a regular patient as I had just moved to Mandurah I didn't think I would get an appointment but the receptionist was so lovely and told me to come in at 2pm and the Dentist re cemented the crown back on and he was also really lovely and made me feel very relaxed.So they are now going to be my go to Dentist .Thankyou so much Definitely get my tick of approval

Fantastic experience: Had a big molar removed and it was done very quickly with no mucking around. A couple of injections, then it was painlessly removed in a couple of pieces. It looks and feels like it's healing very well with virtually no pain. An extraction is often stressful and painful during and after when healing, but this dentist had the magic touch and made it incredibly easy, with little or no bleeding and did I mention pain free, which is definitely a first for me and I've had a few teeth pulled. Thanks North Mandurah Dental that's one dental procedure I'll remember for good reason; my first painless extraction.

I can’t thank Zac and the team enough for the amazing job they did getting an extremely stubborn and painful back tooth out He was lovely throughout the whole procedure, kept checking I was ok and giving regular breaks. The receptionist is warm and helpful, DR Rob Norris the dentist was incredibly kind and caring. Listening to my concerns and taking into my account my anxiety he and the nurse really went above and beyond putting me at ease. I had such a good experience getting a filling and a care plan, I highly recommend this practise and will continue to come to see Dr Norris for all my dental treatments and needs. Thanks so much

Fantastic experience: From the very first interaction with TLC Mandurah my experience was exceptional. With a broken tooth causing me pain TLC booked me in the next morning. The receptionist was welcoming and explained the form to fill on arrival then I was quickly lead to the examine room where I was greeted by Dr Love and his assistant. They were both extremely down to earth and relatable ensuring I was at ease and felt comfortable while under their watchful eye. Dr love was extremely relatable with personal experiences. The room was light hearted yet professional. After trying a few different dentist around Mandurah I have found a home at TLC. They offer quick to get in bookings when needed and gentle and yet efficient in person appointments. I can’t recommend highly enough the team at TLC Mandurah.

Fantastic experience: Thank you Charlie for your excellent and gentle pain free filling treatment. This was a most pleasant and friendly occasion, with detailed explanation of the process involved. And receptionist Peta - so friendly and helpful. All of this was a total contrast to the nightmare butchery I experienced years ago from someone else in the eastern states masquerading as a dentist. TLC is certainly an appropriate name for this team showing tender loving care.

Fantastic experience: I went to regular dentist with an emergency broken tooth. The receptionist told me now that you are on a pension we can’t fit you in for six weeks. I looked for. Dentist that would be helpful to pensioners, and came across TLC Dental. They responded immediately, and fit me in the next day. My experience was one of the best I have had at a dentist. They were all very kind , helpful, and very welcoming. l would more then recommend them to anyone! A wonderful experience. Thank you to all the staff at TLC Dental.

Fantastic experience: After trying 4-5 dentists and getting mixed experiences, I have finally found a dentist I trust, and a level of service from the whole staff that is far superior to the rest. I will travel a long way to visit this dental clinic. Dr. Charles and Andrea are a pleasure to be treated by, the ladies at the front desk were so helpful and friendly, and efficient. You can tell the whole team cares about what they do. I learned so much about my teeth and why certain work was needed which is very comforting for me. It seems so often you’re getting sold services you might not need which has been my past experiences at other dental clinics, but I had no questions or concerns here. Total transparency. I will be referring TLC Dental to all my friends with immense enthusiasm.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency appointment last week with TLC Mandurah because of a toothache. I had never been to this firm before. The whole team was friendly and provided excellent service. The dentist filled a deep cavity and corrected an error from a previous root canal by another dentist that had given me problems for years. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough! I will be going back to them for more work. Very satisfied. In my opinion, other Google reviews of this firm complaining about their work must be bogus and should be ignored.

Positive experience: So happy with my experience at TLC dental. I rang concerned about a cracked tooth and was able to get an appointment the same day. The receptionist on the phone was warm made me feel very comfortable booking in. On arrival the ladies at the front desk were friendly, informative and lovely. The nurse then made me feel very welcome once in the room. The dentist had great bed side manners, was friendly and explained the entire experience as well as being very informative about what was happening with my teeth and what I can do going forward. I was a bit nervous and unsure with most dentists but I was so happy with TLC that I booked in again for my next check up.

Negative experience: Horrible horrible service!! I know where to avoid now. Pay $68 for a rude receptionist being mouthy behind people's backs and a useless dentist who took a 2 second look with a reply of 'i can't see' in a toddlers mouth, with no help nor advice for the issue in place.

Negative experience: I would give 0 star if I can. Completely disappointed. Went there for my 14month old toddler with gum inflammation. Doctor barely bend his waist and didn’t even touch him. I tried my best to open his mouth without help and the result I got from them is end it up doctor said I can’t see.

Fantastic experience: Just made an appointment to see Charlie for a check-up and regular clean. Great place to go with great staff like Peta who aims to please and is so helpful.

Negative experience: Went in for an extraction paid $50 upfront for consultation. Was told the dentist i saw was not competent enough to do it. They said come back next week gave me an invoice for about $300 and sent me on my way. I was told on arrival if they may not be able to do it they will help relieve the pain but all they wanted to do was talk money. Worst $50 ive ever spent. Ended up getting it done in perth for less than half the price of the invoice they gave me. It seemed from the start all the ladies at front desk were talking about was money felt like i was in an accountants waiting room not a dentist. It looks like they only said they could do it just to get me in there to make some money.

Fantastic experience: Previously went to a local dentist in Mandurah, part of a big group it was terrible dentistry, found TLC, Mandurah North Dentistry, wish I could of found them before, Dr. Charles Love, was probably the best dentist I have ever seen, had to have dental surgery, and they have a wonderfull lady that does problem extractions, she was so good, and caring, and hardly felt an impacted tooth coming out. I would recommend this Dental surgery, to anyone, believe me it has taken me a long time to find a good one.

Positive experience: I've had a root canal, a broken tooth restored, fillings and some remodelling done. With many visits now accrued, I can provide an accurate and fair review. My experience is that this practice is both gentle and professional. Their prices are inline with the community it serves.

Fantastic experience: I had two wisdom teeth taken out by Dr Anchalee and an amazing nurse, The teeth were causing me some issues and a bit of pain. That Dr was fan-bloody-tastic without a doubt best dentist I have ever been to, they were very caring and I didn't feel a thing if you are worried or afraid of dentists I would make sure you go and see them I can not stress how amazing they were.

Negative experience: 2 fillings fall out within 2 weeks. Instead of fixing I am referred to another dentist as they cant help. No refund or partial refund offered. I would never recommend when there are so many other dentists in town.
